I am resident of sector-9 ghansoli, i would like to bring to your notice about the problem of growing mosquito population in our area. There were many mosquitos one couldn't able to walk outside at the evenings as mosquitos are chasing and going into the mouths and noses, so one couldn't able to breath well. Children couldn't able to paly ouside, as there is a rapid growth of diseases like maleria, dengue. We haven't seen any action taken by the municipality in the recent times to eradicate mosquitos. This might be a reason for this much mosquito population. It would be really nice if any action taken to stop the breeding of mosquito larve.

In seawoods sec 42 area there is a huge increase in numbers of beggars who harass passersby.
They sleep on footpath while night with all members
I hope strict action will be taken soon to limit such people around
This needs to be stopped on urgent basis either this will make nmmc dirty
Police people should take strict action an all ferrywala as well as people who do encroachment
This situation increases risk for our kids and reduces the quality of our leaving as well.
All foothpath are filled by this feryywalas

My name is Vicky Vaswani from Tulsi Aura, sec 8, Ghansoli. Our road from cng pump to our society is never made properly, just patch work which wears off in few days even though all the roads are already tarred. This is an ongoing thing from the time we are staying here. All the roads arpund are being tarres now. Whynis it that only we are struggling. Are we not paying taxes? Do we not pay property tax?
What if someone slips and falls. Who would be responsible. Street lights not there either which is another concern for safety. Can something be done since the tar work is going on everywhere around??

Infront of disha building and on cidco gargen road area one femel dogs is biting more than 4 to 5 person... Some days ago she was preganent after given babies she starting biting to person who are walking on road. So complaint but nobody is taken any action.. Today she bit me also

Now it is difficult to move on road. Without doing any noise, suddenly she attack from back side of person.

More than 4 stray dogs near the building c-7 of gharkul, sectort-15, kharghar have been chasing and harming the residents and the passing people for a couple of weeks now.

There have been atleast 2 incidents where these dogs have caused injuries to children.

Hence, displacement of dogs to an animal shelter as soon as possible will be very helpful and appreciated.

There is a toxic smell coming in areas of vashi sector 26 & koparkhairane sector 11 for last few days. Possibly midc factories are throwing toxic chemicals without processing in the water body again. Smell come around 03:00am to 04:00 am.
Smell feel like chemical medicine smell.
Plesase make proper arrangment for midc waste.. So that i will not harm citizens.

I pay the property tax on 1 jan 2020 Rs.1704 and amount get debited but then the webpage shows the error, and it does not reflect on website that bill payment is done, and still it's showing the bill is pending, so please resolve this issue, made the changes and please reflect that bill payment is done

NMMC has done a great job by installing new dustbins on the road aside of Nerul NMMC school Sector 18. But the issue is that the dustbins are still not in use. All the dustbins are kept in reversed position so that no one can put in the waste. I request you to take follow up on this so that people will not throw the waste aside of the road. Thanks in advance.

I sadashiv mangutkar resident of d-14/0:1, income tax colony, sector 21/22, cbd belapur navi mumbai. Writing this letter to bring in the urgent attention of department head, encroachment section of nmmc.

My neighbor mr. Ramesh babar shifted recently here at d-14/0:2, income tax colony. He has done reconstruction of his flat before shifting into it. He has intentionally (Knowingly) done following things which is considered illegal under encroachment policies of respected corporation:

01. Constructed/captured the part of common building duct into his flat construction to built toilet-bathroom.
02. All the windows of his residence have been enlarged and plotted with large box type grills.
03. The area allotted as courtyard for the building had been taken under his captured residence and constructed a bedroom.

I kindly request your attention on this issue and expect a a strict action against this illegal behavior of my neighbor. I believe in respected corporation that a right action shall be taken on this.

Of late, the number of stray dogs has increased substantially in sector 11, mostly near the creek and lanes connecting belapur railway station to the creek. They keep barking at passers by and move menacingly towards them at times. Also, the barking in the middle of the night is very disturbing.

Request you to please look into the matter and take suitable action to stop this menace.

Dear SIr / Madam,

Ref. : Change of Name in Property Tax in NMMC ( Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation ) .

Kindly note, I have a small office of 350sqft in Hilton Center, Plot 66, Sector-11 in CBD Belapur which I purchased from the first buyer . Currently the property tax Bills shows the name of the party from whom, I purchsed this office .

Now I want to change the name to current owner. The nmmc staff in the CBD nmmc office indicated that I have to pay double ( Appr. 16700/- ) as I am the 2nd buyer from builder . I would like to seek clarification as to why I should pay double the charges for name change when the previous owner name is already showing in the property tax bills .

I am talking about my Property BEL[protected]. Kindly clarify with the correct charges .

My name is sameer misal, a resident of indramahal chs, plot no 10, sector 16, kamothe,. I am writing this letter to complain you about litter and chocked drainage problem of public toilet in our area. There is an open space opposite to our society where people from unauthorisely living in illegal constructed chawl and they used to throw garbage. They are openly peeing and doing toilet on road. It produces bad smell and mosquitoes. Also public toilet drainage line are chocked up, from our society it looks like hill of garbage, if wind is there then whole garbage and smell move around. The situation becomes very bad. I am requesting you please take action as early as possible. I look forward to seeing prompt action from you.

I stay at bindu madhav nagar digha, navi mumbai. Sweeper lady tulsabai ramji shinde cleans the road around 8 am, but while doing so, she does her work regardless of who is coming around and flies the saddle of rubbish or mud on others, but other sweepers dont do this type of act. Because of her only, we have to face this problem when going to the office. Please take care of this

So much pollution all unwanted supply as per the building plan from the builder the restaurant is not allowed and they have brass /bibe connection

It’s a request to nmmc head sir, i stay in sector new 50 seawoods with my family from last 12 years! There is fabrication and welding shop direct opposite to our flat window in quaswa height, i have requested these guys many times to not use machines and all which make terrible noises from morning 9.30 they start their work and continuously till evening they make lots of machines noises i have no idea how no one has taken action yet! It’s a residential area how can they do all this here we are the owner of our flat i feel sometimes i should stayed in chawl or something that would be much better than this! Please it’s a request help my dad is retired and from last 2years he is at home he suffer from continuous headache already he is a patient of heart and blood pressure and he is suffering from neuro disorder also please do something and help us! These guys are not scared of anyone i am gonna attached the video of these people and their machines please tell them to stop using such machines take action as soon as possible

Wanted to complain about stray dog menace at aykar colony sec 21/22 at cbd belapur... They dogs keep barking at passer-by aand also attack pet dogs... These dogs create a lot of commotion at night by continuous barking... Requesting authorities to look into the matter and try and relocate these dogs... These dogs are not even sterelized... And their number will further increase of no action is taken...

Despite repeated calls made to the person incharge of garden in sector 21- next to plot 73, the wild plants growing along the walls have not been cut (Only the grass in this garden has been trimmed).
These wild plants provide cover to people who sit in these conner's & resort to anti social activities (You may come down & see the glasses lying around). They also urinate in these corners. Requesting the authorities to do the needful.

The subject mentioned building ground is illegally enclosed and fsi consumed is more than alloted.
The ground door should be stilt as per plan whereas enclosed and illegally used.
The first floor has illegal constructed room.
No fire system available /activited.
Available fire system are not approved.
Illegal cooking takes place without permission and many more.

I the plot holder at midc turbhe juinagar (Near aa cold storage area) want to launge at complaint related to cleaning of street

Street are not clean for many years
There are rats, mice which are dead which smells very badly and lots of flies and mosquito seen in the chambers

Throwing of eatable thing, garbage at street and in front of our plot

There is no garbage collector at our area

Most of the workers falling sick due to dust, mosquito bite and unhyginic environment.

I request you to please do survey at our area related to cleaning and i hope appropriate action will be taken against it.

Hi, this is alvin from, sector-50 (Old), seawoods.

Here we citizens are facing a problem of stray dogs, these dogs bark all the day and especially in the night, ruining our sleep, and also has bitten people living nearby, people living here are having trouble with the stray dogs here. Please look into this and find a effective and a permanent solution. Thanks
