Dear sir, with ref to municipal garden behind baba cottage, sec 26, kopri vashi. I would like to highlight that their is no regular cleaning done inspite of highlighting the same to local corporator mrs. Usha bhoir. Small iron gate of the garden is broken near hinges which is kept standy near the wall which fall on one of the kid and the kid was in bad position. Every day there are druggist who visit there in the afternoon as well as night to drink n smoke. Incase during that time any kid is playing in the garden they try n hit the kid specially girl kid. No action taken as of now from the corporator. Additionally few supporters of mr. Usha bhoir from baba cottage building try and threaten others if others are taking any action against the newsense to hide crime. There is no fixed time and the garden gates are 24x7 open due to which other residents are not able to have family time at night too. Appreciate if you can take some action against the same. All plants are almost damaged. Too much of garbage no cleaning done. People who walk there in the morning they take initiative and do the cleaning work voluntarily. On which also baba cottage resident i. E. Mr. N mrs. Nidhi, mukhtar, mr. N mrs. Shilpa, abhinav and ms. Asha singh take objection. Appreciate if you can arrange surprise visit and rectify these issues

This is to inform you that 3 chamber in front of my house among which 2 chambers are overflowing since last 2months. I have complaint several times, they come and say that its steep so it will overflow. But, what kind of architectural planning & construction is this? In front of your house the chamber is overflowing everyday. U know how it stinks? How unhygienic it is? Every day u have to go from this dirty #? Because it's exactly in front of house and the only path to go towards road. Is nmmc going to pay for illness of my family due to this careless behaviour? This is my last complaint. If it is not solved permanently, i know to go in social sites & media. Because i'll have no other option left. Keeping my work aside i can't just keep complaining at such place where my issue is not solved.
The chambers are between saiprerna apt & anandkrupa apt, behind nmmc office, digha lake, 400708.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful asap!

Dear sir/ madam, this is to bring to your kind notice that nri phase - ii has a lot stray dogs, there have been incidents where in the kids have been bitten by these dogs, they often chase us especially if we have eatables in our hand. There are atleast 20 dogs here in the complex. We feel quite unsafe to send our kids down to play or even take a walk. Request you to please take action.

Hii.. I m sagar from khanda colony, new panvel.. Here the stray dogs are the biggest problem.. Stray dogs are increasing day by day... And there are very agreesive bcoz in our area there are 2 restaurant and bar and both of them are giving the remaing. Food to the dogs which is mostly wasted nonveg and vegetables... So dogs are increasing and it's a big problem for us. I hope u will notice this and take the quick action on. Stray dogs...

This is a letter of complaint about a missing Stray dog of our locality, He used to live near our shop . We raised him up, he is nearly a 1 year dog. Couple of weeks ago government dog catchers came and took few dog of our locality including him . After few days other dogs came back but he doesn't. Pls look into the matter at the earliest . His name is JAMES. He responds to this name.

For the past few months, we the residents of n 17-30 row, sector 7, vashi, navi mumbai 400703 are extremely troubled by a group of stray dogs. The dogs have not been sterilized due to which the numbers have increased in the past few weeks. A bigger problem is that the lane is covered with dog faeces leading to a terrible stench and dirt all the time. The conservancy workers are reluctant to clean this faeces probably because it is there on the road all the time. Vehicles moving in and out of the lane and people using the lane as thorough fare go over this dirt spreading it everywhere. It has become difficult for children to play and for residents to even step out of their homes for fear of walking on this stray dog faeces.

Request you to kindly take immediate appropriate action.

I live in new sector 15 kopar kairne and the increasing no. Of stray dogs in this area is a cause of concern.. They follow people behind if someone is carrying eatable stuff... The other day 8 to 10 dogs roaming anx 1 dog attacked and bit me today.

Last time also i comppaint but no one. Took action and all dogs also surprisingly roam freely in this area... We keep hearing the united barks of thesebdogs often during the night time as well causing disturbance.. Will nmmc do something about it or we are supposed to live with this? Kindly take some measures action.

During water supply morning and evening water supply getting medium pressure due to this found washing machine is not working properly. I was check with washing machine technicians also. And he is aggreed with this opinion. Also noticed this from 3 to 4 months. I late notify this but need to corrective action plz

I reside opposite to kopar khairne railway station. I guess it was built for the continence of the people but it has been creating nuisance now with the large number of vehicles passing from there. There has been continuously honking by the rickshaws, bikes, cars and other vehicles which has become miserable for us. The societies on the station road are helpless. There’s no law and order it seems to that part as no one seems to follow it. The rickshaw drivers create their own rickshaw stand and create traffic and a lot of noise. The bikes and cars honk as if it’s their birth right, they don’t care how they are affecting others peace. I wonder if someone honks outside their house all day will they be able to live peacefully. Why don’t people think of the problems they are causing to other people. I request the authorities to kindly have strict measures to people who honk all over the city. It would a better place to live in. Noise pollution has very serious health hazards, i have researched it and found out.
The problem should be controlled before things get out of hand.
To summarize, there are two problems here at the place i mentioned above,
One noise problem, there too much of honking happening unnecessarily which should be controlled.
Two, illegal hawkers and some outsiders living in large groups on the station area polluting it with their piss and other garbage deposits done by them.

S. हरिश्चंद्र भोईर यांनी आम्हा दुकानदारांच्या नाकात दम आणला आहे. हि व्यक्ती कामावरून सुटल्यानंतर आमच्या दुकानाच्या दिशेने येऊन उगीचच मार्जिनल स्पेसच्या नावाने धमकावत असतो.जेनेकडून आम्ही त्यांना देणगी स्वरूपात छोटस हातभार लावू आणि अस नाही केल्यास दोन ते तीन दिवसात उगीचच कारवाई करून दुकानातील किंवा दुकानबाहेरील माल जप्त करतात व त्यात सुद्धा स्वतः ची वाहवाह करून घेतात. वॉर्ड ऑफिसर ला सुद्धा आम्हा गरिबांची काही पडलेली नाही. त्यांना फक्त स्वतः च्या स्टाफचाच चांगुलपणा कसा मांडावा ते मात्र बरोबर जमत.
हरिश्चंद्र भोईर या व्यक्तीकडून इतका नाहक त्रास झाला आहे कि आपणास काय सांगू. एक व्यापारी म्हणून मी उघडपणे तक्रार सुद्धा करू शकत नाही. आमची इकडे आड तिकडे विहीर अशी गत झाली आहे. तरी सुद्धा आपणास विनंती करतो कि आपण थोडेसे लक्ष घालून आम्हास या व्यक्तीकडून सुटका मिळून द्यावी.

At ghansoli sector 29c, sunderven chs mumbai corporation person have dug drainage trench, while doing so they have broken the drainage pipe of the apartments in the same lane and in the opposite lane also, but they have not closed or repaired the pipe, kindly look into the same and do the needful immediately, can’t even walk in the road as unhealthy

I stay in Mangal Niwas, Sector 1, Ghansoli. I observed that a road light on Sector Number 1 Road (in front of Mangal Niwas Apartment) isn't working from a few days due to which there's dark environment on the road and footpath as well. I request you to kindly look into this matter as residents are facing problems and safety issues as well because of the darkness.

There is lack of trees on pavements in all sectors of nmmc particukay 46, 47, 48, 59, 50 (Old) lack of trees means the city will heat up in coming months so at every 15 feet wide leaf trees like neem (Adirachita indica) pakad (Ficus virens) ficus microcarpa peepal and indian fig tree (Gular). Needs to be planted (See attatched image how it should be) so the old people get shade while walking in daytime heat specially old divyang and women and children
Activate tree authority in planting trees on pavement nmmc is heating up after rains

Dear sir / madam,
This is regarding the unhygienic environment in sec 2 airoli, near gajanan maharaj mandir, there is a unused auto rickshaw parked at the corner of the road, the people from the salon (Sahil men's parlour) just beside throw all the waste around the autorickshaw which is accumulating all the garbage beneath the autorickshaw. Also i would like to bring to your notice that the people of salon brush their teeth outside near that rickshaw. Please take the required steps & resolve the issue asap.

From the past few months, we the residents of Chandra Darshan Heights are facing a major problem of water supply. The flow of water to the society is minimal. It was observed that the morbe dam supplying water to Kamothe is full but still we are facing the problem.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and oblige.

There is an aggressive mad stray dog in sector -15, belapur, landmark near croma and in front of shreesai hotel. This aggressive dog is in black and white colour, full black and chest is white colour it’s paws. This dog looks medium in size and medium weight. It growls and barks now and then when someone or some other pet dogs pass by him. Also when asked to the hotel people from shreesai they also mentioned that the dog is very aggressive not only to other pet dog but also to humans. It has bit many humans too on being passed by it. Hence i request you to look into this matter and see the dog itself and check if it is not infected with rabies or any other diseases. This dog is very aggressive and was near about to bite me today. So i am very much concerned about this and want you to take action asap. Thankyou.

Would like to bring to notice & complaint about the smoking in public place in the building lakshmi chs, seawoods west sector 42 which is opposite to seawoods grand central mall. The building has yevle tea centre & few other shops which also sell cigarettes and the smokers have made the area as full smoking zone during morning, afternoon & evening peak office hours time.

There are 2/3 row houses which waste a lot of water through the usage of hose pipes for washing, cleaning their cars and front yards and over flowing tanks. It is heart breaking to see educated people of b 24 and c 2&3 wasting water on a daily basis. Kindly take action against this gross misuse and waste of drinking water. This is regarding the increasing number of stray dogs in sector-15 area, cbd belapur. It has been observed that the number of stray dogs is increasing and causing too much problem for residents of the area. They are barking and fighting all night making it a nightmare to sleep in the night. Also, it is getting very difficult and unsafe to walk out as there are probable chances that these dogs will attack and bite. Day by day this problem is getting worse and making the area unsafe for the public, especially during evening/night. There are many people who feed these dogs because of this dogs are increasing day by day and creating a nuisance.

Request you to kindly help us and mobilize the dog catcher team in this area in order to make area safe and nuisance free.

Please help us... Citizen life is more important.

We are facing problems accuse of street dogs since last few months. More than dozens of street dogs are there in our gharkul society premises all day and night.

They are attacking the residents of our building. And having many children living in our building, it has been difficult for them to play around.

Even adults found it very dangerous as those dogs are about to bite.
We are afraid of them to have some desease like rebies. All of our lives are in danger. Please get ur rid of those street dogs as soon as possible.
