Hi authorities
I would like to put some light on this naigaon railway station (E) bridge .. which is used by 100s of people on daily basis . YOU ARE CONSTRUCTING a bridge parallel to it .. but please do it as soon as possible.. before it WL declair the life of many.. it's so shaky at times.. my father cross it on daily basis.. like my father many other parents kids senior citizen women crosses. Alot of families are associated with it. So many complaints are filed ..but no action is yet taken.. I request you all municipal authorities please remove the shaky bridge. Please.. do it as soon as possible.

There is a water leakage in one of the shop at below mentioned address:

The water is flowing continuously from the shop to the road and the society is not bothering to check the leakage. The shop is next to the main gate of the building. Send your personnel's to do the needful. Also take action against the society.

Request for cleaning garbage at near sector 20b, plot number 47/16, airoli navi mumbai. Except near plot number 47/16 all area cleaned by nmmc cleaning servents. There is reserved garden area which is also uncleaned and 3 feets bushes grown on reserved garden area. Too much mosquitoes and mices rendering in reserved garden area. Humbly request you to clean this area as soon as possible. This environment completely mentally disappoint. Please do the action as soon as possible.

We lived in sec-19/20, fanaspada, belapur and got really really frustrated with street dogs.

It's very hard to catch at least 1 hour of non stop sleep.

Stray dogs which is in 5 to 6 groups and each group is having 7-8 dogs used to bark and cry all night.

I am living with 2 month old baby and cancer patient mother.

Please try to understand my situation

Dear sir/ madam,

We the residencies of kurumanchal co-operative housing society, plot no. 35, sec 15, koparkhairane, navi mumbai 400709 would like to address concerns that is affecting our living condition.

The market of sector 15, koparkhairane that has just broken down is creating a lot of problems for us in and around our vicinity.

The following grievances are what we would like to bring to the notice of the authorities

The fish water from the market is thrown near our gate everyday which makes it difficult to get out of our society.
The temporary vegetable market has extended and has come to the road on either side of the lane outside our building.
Every evening after 5:00pm there are bikes parked opposite the temporary market which makes it difficult for pedestrians and vehicles
During midnight people carry out some form of carpentry work which involves drilling and hammering which goes on until 1:30 to 2:00 am.

It has been more than a month that the market has been broken down and the debris has not been cleared yet. We, being the only one building adjacent to the market have been facing a lot of health issues and bad living condition.

We request the authorities to act with immediate effect for the betterment of our lives.

Hello sir,

I stay in karanjade, sector 4, plot 24. There are numbers of stray dogs in this area. This numbers are increasing day by day and now situation is like this that when you go out you have to have some stones or sticks for your protection.

Here, there is a family who keeps on
Feeding these dogs and this is causing more threat. I request you to please send a dog catching van and take them away.

In kamothe - sector no. 21 and 22, there are many! Street dogs. Street dogs are increasing! And it is disturbing! The people who go on this way particularly at night. One day i was surrounded by 6 dogs so i used my loud voice in aggressive way and i managed the situation. These street dogs bark at night and distrub the people. These dogs roam near medical shop in sector 21.
I don't know how many people are affected by these dogs. Most of them being! Silent about this issue. Some of the dog! Lover's keeping! Quit. Take action for this problem because many people use this way. It is like mini main road.

Dear sir,
A hotel has been restarted in our society whose kitchen is set up on foothpath. All the smoke and pollution is disturbing the residents staying this building.
Earlier also we had complaint about this hotel as there was huge croud use to gather for eating and drinking alcohol. All the waste was use to throw on the road. After follow up with then commissioner mr. Munde this hotel was shut down. This has restarted again. Please evalute the situation and help the residents.

There are multiple hooka bars in the vicnity of my district, mainly at
1. Sheesha cafe at a 15 krishna park deoli road
2. Mahakaal. Cafe at e 18 khanpur extension opposite relaxo showroom
3. Hook nd cook cafe at khanpur shutter wali gali.
4. Black out at basist complex in khanpur road. Etc...
Nd there are so many small cafe in the area
Which are catering to underage students and youngsters, this is a serious cause of concern nd will lead to varoius harmful diseases in the future.
These hookah bars are also a menance and anti social elements have made them their hub and are seen loitering around, which is an additional cause of concern for the safety of girls and women of our area. Its only a maatter of time, before something bad will happen due to these hooka bars.
The delhi goverment has banned selling of hookah bars in non smoking zone as per section 4 of the cigrattes nd other tobacco products act 2003 (Cotpa) and as such, these are wholly illegaly and a menance to society.
Kindly take action against the illegal hookah bars nd close them permanently.

The water bill for NMMC water bill Consumer number[protected] for Unit 101, plot 312, Nerul East, sector 21, pin 400706 is consistently coming excessive. The calculation of consumption of water is faulty and doesn’t reflect the true difference in meter reading leading to 10 times charge. Kindly address this issue and process refund for the overbilling incurred by the consumer.

We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of local food stalls (Vada pav + many vehicles with shops + many poekel making bajjis at foot path) opposite station. This is huge now.. No way to walk at foot path.

We are a group of children playing volleyball and other sports in the chadda cresent ground at sector 17 vashi. The ground is so messed up after festival celebration like navratri and ganesh chaturti that there are stones and the ground is very uneven that we often ger hurt playing. Also the street lights are inadequate and many are not working because of which many miscreants use the ground to smoke, drink and also other inappropriate activities. Kindly take immediate action.

Stray dogs in taloja phase 1
Dear respected officers,

This is regarding increasing problems due to stray dogs in taloja sector 2 area, taloja phase 1. It has been observed that number of stray dogs are increasing and causing too much problem for residents of area. They are barking and fighting all the night making it a nightmare to sleep in the night. Also, it is getting very difficult and unsafe to walk out in society area as there are probable chances that these dogs will attack and bite. Day by day this problem is getting worse and making area unsafe for public especially during evening/night. The dog menace has increased horribly in our society as many people and children have been attacked earlier.

Request you to kindly help us and mobilize the dog catcher team in this area in order to make area safe and nuisance free.

Please help us... Citizen life is more important...

Property tax continues to be on old area of 40.34 sq. Mtrs, whereas balcony is extended as enclosed balcony wherein the total area is given as 46.34 sq. Mtrs. This is brought to the notice of c ward officer, but there is no response. Pl refer nmmc, town planning letter no nmmc/tpo/oc/7333 of 30/1/96 granting o c for extended area. There are 10 buildings consisting of 160 apartment owners. All have taken permission and extended balcony as enclosed balcony. Pl look into the matter and have proper assessment of extended area.

There a a large number of stray dogs on the service road in sector 58 a&b. They are loitering on the service road which comes in front of nri complex towards vanashree, yayati and shagufa buildings.
We agree that we should love animals. But someone should take care of them. We find that some people come in cars and spill biscuits on the centre of the road. They go away making the road dirty, and leave the problem of stray dogs to the local residents.
The dogs are a threat to the walkers on the road and could harm someone any time.

I am a resident of prem amber chs ltd sector 16 plot no 5 kamothe 410209.
The drainage system outside our building has been overflowing since 25 days and there has been no action take yet. The dirty water has been overflowing and this has water logging due to overflowing water has not created a foul smell outside our building premises but mosquitoes has been breeding.
The children can't play down in the evening. Please take quick and necessary action.

There is no water supply in sector 19, kopar khairane. It happens every month for 4-5 continuous days. They open it for two hours and it all ends within an hour. This is the poorest situation in navi mumbai, when you wake up and all tanks are empty. Worst and shameful situation...
Competent authorities are requested to do the needful. At least such needs should be ensured.

Dear sir, madam,
Please note a serious issue faced by residents of airoli sec 20b.in front of our society kalash, himani, prasad gate, one unauthorised vehicle has been parked since so many years. Inspite of many complaints to nmmc g ward airoli, no action is taken yet. This is a big size yellow 4 wheeler damper. Every 5 mint. Beggars, rickshaw drivers, mavalis they go openly for toilet taking advantages of that big dumper. Many times theifs, chors are hidding inside that vehicle. Which is very dangerous for women safty. Big debris is thrown there. Mavalis drink taking advantage of big dumper and give bad words to residents. This has become a mental toucher for residnets staying here.
As no cleaning is done and so many garbage on daliy basis is adding. We are facing maleriya and dengu problems too.

There are so many notices stick but no action. I have a question to you that we residents over here don't we have life???
Our life cost is 0. I am attaching photos for your reference. Please help a common man. And please save our life and help us live better life.

Pls note that we have a stray cat menace here at our restaurant in kharghar area. The cats come in at any given time and get on the gas and the deep freezer area. This is causing great inconvenience to our bussiness. We are situated at shop no 11, vishnu vihar chs, sector 4, belpada, kharghar, navi mumbai, 410210.
