The residents of our building & area are facing big time issues with stray dogs. They are barking & houling entire night giving us sleepless nights.

Request you to kindly take required action & have a control on the count of stray dogs that are increasing day by day in our area.

Hope your team will take quick action on this problem.

Dear sir / madam,

There are a number of stray dogs in kendriya vihar chs, sector 11, kharghar; and their numbers are only increasing every year.

They pose a safety risk to children playing within the society premises as well as to all the other residents in the society. It is needless to mention that the nuisance created by their incessant barking during the day as well as at unearthly hours is creating a great discomfort to all the residents of the society.

Your goodself are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful to relocate them to any suitable dog-home and free us of the ever increasing dog menace.

Your earliest help will be of a great help to the hundreds of families residing in kendriya vihar chs.

Dear sir/ ma'am,
In our area the street dogs are causing lots and lots of problems to the residents. They follow bikes and cycle on the roads and frighten the driver this may cause a accidents and if the dog bits the person it may lead to rabies.
So i request nmmc to take measures on the same. I suggest to catch the dogs in our area for few day.

I'm submitting my complaint about water supply
We are resident in silicon tower chs ltd vashi. Sector 17, plot no. 46, problem with water supply from today morning (7:00am 26/11/2018) there are no any intimation about water supply and suddenly stopped from today morning
There are lots of problems with nothing supplying water our all water tanks is empty and not stock of water
Pls resolve this problem asap

There is an open sewer which is plague in itsel[censored]ntreated for years together. We live exactly on the opposite road to the sewer. There are approximately 10 societies surviving in the same line.

Sharp 5pm we have to shut all our windows else battle mosquitos all night. The number of mosquitos have gone up and so the fear of epidemic. There are various nights I haven't slept just because of mosquitos.

I am sure there have been voices raised before to cover this sewer and make proper arrangements thereto, but no action has been taken for the same.

This is to bring to your notice that it's been around 10 years I have been watching this sewer and nothing is done about it.

Location of the sewer: NEXT TO GOKUL DAIRY, Sector 18, Vashi.

Our Location(We residents): SECTOR 17, PALM BEACH ROAD, Vashi. Bang opposite Sewer/Gokul Dairy.

I am attaching snapshot of the google maps along for the exact reference of the locations.

The area circled in BLUE is the SEWER and the RED DOTS are we RESIDENTS.

I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and cover the sewer and make necessary feasible arrangements for the same.

Looking forward to a better sanitary conditions to live in.

Sir i reside in kamothe sector 22 plot no.21. Here in front if my building tirupati chs a cylinder station has been active for like 2 to 3 years which is illegal and also big trucks and trailors are tresspasing 24 hours and even many are parked near our apartment which is also not fine. So i request you to take legal action on this situation to resolve asap

Mosquitoes have plagued nerul especially sector 8.
We aren't able to sleep day or night, plz take action.
We request you to do the needful asap or else rampant dengue, malaria and diseases will spread.

We have sprayed hit and used coils, yet mosquitoes are increasing in the vicinty. Widespread bloodsucking insects are attacking homes - children-elderly : everyone.
Kindly do the needful.

Dear sir,
I live in datta nagar, thane - belapur road, near datta mandir, ghansoli. The children's are always affraid of the dog, because that dog always sit on the stairs and we beat him a lot then also he is not ready to go down and if he goes down then others neighbours also beat him. Due to this dog will be dangerous. And mainly he is deaf. One eye is broken and what not. All smell is very bad.

Here is 2 pole of street light but both pole light is off from last 20 days. No light bulb has been changed for checked yet by anyone.
Due to this there is no light in street and full darkness is in our area. I request to you that plz check and make changes on bulb if required and to solve the problem.

It suprises me to see the population of stray dogs rise at such levels (In sector 09, the lane behind jn4 type apartments) where they can roam around in packs, get territorial and cause nuisance to citizens. And they do not seem to be sterilized too. The nmmc shouldn't wait til a substantial number of people get attacked?! They should have taken some measures to curb their growth. And this is nothing, big packs of stray dogs are all around navi mumbai! Why isn't anybody doing anything? People will resort to voilent vigilante methods if the nmmc doesn't do anything. This is outrageous!

The place where i am staying over there one of the sewage pipe started to leak from the past 4-5 days. The pipe through which water is coming is underground. It is draining water 24*7 and that pipe is in our lawn which started to create water logging due to which we are facing huge problem. It's my humble request to make it repaired as soon as possible.

Nmmc website is not opening properly. Every time it is taking to unsecured link and i get a warning that it is not secure and some one is trying to steal the data. This problem has been occurring since couple of months. Request the relevant authorities to look into this and resolve, so that the payment of property tax can be made on line without any hassles.

My house is near the channel or the sewage line in vashi sector 12 behind bhagat tarachand there mosquito in thousands without opening the window.
We have given application to cover it and make a garden or jogging track like 100 of times but no work has yet started.
Because of these mosquito we will get material or dengue but no one in the official listed to it.
Can you please cover it as soon as possible.

I hereby want to draw your attention to the increasing number of mosquito in our region.

There is an increase in the number of flu/dengue patient.

Nmmc's mosquito repellent smoke vehicle has not visited in the recent times.

Could you please take an proper action on this issue. Please start fumigation and repeat for 3-4 days.

I am sunil kadu resident of "bhoomi enclave, plot 25, sector 21 ghansoli". It found that, garbage vechicle not collecting garbage from our society since last 1 week. Vechicle no is mh 46 af 4261, our society watchmen talked to them twice but they didn't act on that. Its humble request from our society to collect garbage asap.

I have been trying to open the official website www.nmmc.gov.in to pay my property tax but im unable to do so. Please help me with any other alternate site to go and pay the bill. There has been no official communication regarding the change in the website. The hardcopy of the bill also mentions the website as www.nmmc.gov.in.
Kindly look into the same at utmost priority and get it resolved.

I stay at sector 9north cbd belapur navi mumbai. At our place there r lot many stray dogs... Because of which kids r not able to play around or even walk freely without any adult supervision... They attack on our kids... It's my sincere request to look into the matter... Plz resettle these dogs to some other place.

I would like to highlight the matter regarding road side vendors blocking the roads and all types of baajiwalas, fruitwalas, all sorts of vendors selling shoes, toys, clothes at koper khairne sector 18, near gulabsons dairy.
It has become from now daily, as four wheelers are getting it difficult to drive out or drive in the car and in the night the road is full of garbage. And above all they dont move they start giving bad words or come to blows or to beat us, they say they pay nmmc commisioner hafta daily. When we click the photos they snach our cell phones and brake it. As the area is specially crowded on sunday it becomes diificult to walk.

Sir in our Gally gutter is choked and it is smelling to so please send sanitation workers here to clean the choked gutter, it's Diwali started so we cannot celebrate with this kind of situation in front of the door and the gutter is fully choked up so I request you please resolve this problem by sending sanitation workers tomorrow itself

Subject: inspection of over grown trees in our society.
Respected sir/madam,
We would hereby like to request you to please come and have an inspection in our society for over grown trees. There are society members complaining that these trees have a risk of falling soon. Some trees are very old and have worms in their bark.
We request you to please visit our society and guide us accordingly whether we need to cut these trees, or it is fine to continue with them as it is.in addition, if the cutting is required, then we request you to take the appropriate action immediately.
