Sir/Madam,

There is a Pan & Cigarette shop operating from Shop no.7 in Padmalaya Building of Sector 16A, Vashi. The said shop is creating a lot of problem for public as smokers buying cigarettes from the shop smoking near the Pan shop is causing serious health damage to the members of the society especially the residents and adjoining shops of Padmalaya Building as well as the entire public who use the road, including children going to nearby schools as the smoke enters the flats, adjoining shops as well as nearby areas.

We have been informed that despite several requests/notices to the owners of the Shop given by the society in the past more than 2 years, the shop is still operating in full swing and the problem persists. Also, the society as well as the Resident's Association claim to have written to NMMC several times, but so far no action has been taken.

Considering the serious health hazard and the disturbance the Pan shop is creating for the public it is humbly requested to take action to stop the operations of the shop and ensure that the disturbance is stopped immediately.

I am a resident of fam society in kopar khairane, navi mumbai. There are ablot of stray dogs in this society which are fed by a lady in building number 25. We oher residents feel harrassed by the dogs as the dogs have bitten my and my pet dogs a several times. These dogs are kept hidden in building number 25 by that lady on ground floor whenever there are corporation people here to collect them. She doesn’t let them take any dog. I would like to request you to come during the off hours and please collect them. I have been myself bitten two times very severely by the dogs when i try to take my dog out till my car.

I ordered jumbo chicken feast on faasos online and i literally found an ant in my rice and as i called the manager of fassos airoli he said ill refund the money and you will get a complimentry but didnt recived anything so i want you to take strict action against airoli branch as there is no cleaniness in that resturant and it will be harmful to everyone

Every morning from 8 or 9 am. Near auto stand two hawkers who have pan shop because of selling of cigarettes, people seat over there and drink like this is an smoking zone, please take an action. Smoke of the cigarettes is unbearable

I'm a resident of sector 3, karanjade, panvel. We are facing many problems due to the increasing number of stray dogs in our locality. It has become a serious problem for us. These dogs aren't vaccinated and are a threat to the residents. One or two of them is fine. But 15-17 dogs is a huge mess. I would like to request the authorities to look into this matter and relieve us

The signals near the pedestrian crossing signal close to garam masala hotel in sector 10 on the busy airoli-mulund link road are not functioning regularly. Pedestrians find it very difficult to cross this road which is always full of fast moving vehicles. The signal is not functioning most of the time. This is dangerous to the lives of thousands of people. Please take action immediately before some major mishap takes place. A speed breaker...

We cant walk in evening in sector 10 in kharghar... Cant even take our two wheeler vehicle as they can bark anytime.. Run behind the vehicle... There are so many chances of getting hurt or injured... Please look into the matter... Its getting worst day by day in sector 10... Few days back old uncle fell down while he was riding on two wheeler. We r nt against dogs.. But there has to be balance. We cant stay with fear... That when they will biteus... If they do r we gonna file a case against them??
Kids are alsoin danger... Please please help... We need balance.

In our area the stray dogs numbers are increasing day by day... They create lot of nuisance and also make the area dirty... Also once i was taking a walk, a dog tried to attack on me...

Please take an immediate action on it.. Looking for the positive response from you...

There is a patch of potholes at st lawrence bus stop which is never tar. It is always covered with paver blocks. People standing at the stop find it inconvenient to stand as buses splash water. Please find a permanent solution. It happens everytime during monsoon. Please fill it with a better solution as office goers get their pants spoilt in the morning itself.

This is to inform you that frequent water supply cut is happening in Nerul sector - 10, Navi Mumbai 400706 area from last month. From last month water supply cut had happened 3 times, without giving a prior announcement to the public.
Due to which people are suffering a lot.

There might be some reasons for the water supply cut, however the notice / announcement should be given in prior to the affected areas.

I live in koparkhairane, from last four days no water supply is there in our area in sector 22. I called engineer but he keeps on saying that water supply will be normal soon, work is in progress.
Apart from this water comes once in a day and that too with a low pressure
Supervisor has no idea about the situation.
Kindly look into the matter. As this is not the first time our area is facing this problem.

The stall they have provided it is on footpath and pathway and road. They have blocked the area by there stall. It is the parking area they have build there stall in it. As soon as possible you take the strict action on them there is no place for walking and for parking. They are telling they give money to palika for this stall. So there is more issue in this area so sort it down take action on them. There stall market start in 5pm and closed in 9pm.in this given time you come here and take the action on them. I m requesting you do it fast as u take the action

I am a resident of sai spring building, kharghar.

I wanted to bring to your notice that there is an illegal construction happening in the building on 28th floor.
The owner has extended the common area without permissions.

We also tried to contact the builder for the same, but he is not interested in helping us out and supporting the owner for encroachment of common area.

Vinayak dairy in sec 17 kamothe navi mumbai is selling milk in open plastic and also providing polythene bags to carry. Pls take action. There are others who are doing it too. The local shops are also providing polythene bags especially the kirana store. When confronted they say everyone is doing it. They say if we don't give polythene customer goes back. I had asked the milk vendor to put up a board asking customer to carry milk container. But in vain. Hope you conduct a raid in kamothe and make it plastic free. Thank you

Sir, being a responsible citizen i have witnessed that a municipal planted trees are being cut by the workers of the restaurant.

The place where the tree was cutted is in the prime mall lane, sector -12, kharghar and in adjacent to the hdfc bank of the s. K. P housing society.

The restaurant name was "garam masala" and these shop name is now changed in the last week and their workers have cutted the branches of the tree which was planted in the road side by the municipal authority.

I am sure they have not taken any permission from the civic body or municipality before proceeding this illegal activity.

Kindly enquire about this and place fine so that in near future no other restaurants or shops could take any such activity like these.

Being a responsible citizen and a member of the local welfare committee, it is with the deepest regret that i have to bring to your notice the sub-standard conditions of road in our locality. The present status of the road conditions is totally unacceptable with the roads full of pot holes and sub-standard construction material. A flash flood or an untimely rain is reason enough to expose the disheartening situation.
The worst to suffer are the local commuters. Since the concerned roads remain busy practically the whole day, buses and cars running on them invariable get stuck in traffic jam. Students get late for school, parents are late for office and in some extreme cases, even hospital cases are getting delayed.
In spite of the numerous times that we, the local residents, have tried to inform the local authority by both verbal and written means, no concrete action has been taken regarding the grave situation. Hence, we would like to take the opportunity to request you to look into the matter urgently and do the needful such as repairing and maintenance of road, at the earliest. Otherwise, the situation may get worse from delays and frustrations to accidents and heartbreaks.

Despite various tweets to mumbai police and cp mumbai, police are not taking any action on alleged hukkah parlour whish is situated in link road anand nagar oshiwara sesha lounge mughal restaurant. This lounge is operating with loud music all through the night with many under aged disturbing sleep of neighbourhood. We dont know to whom to complaint on this matter as police is not taking action required. Loud music disturbs sleeps of taxpaying citizens of mumbai. There were lot of strictures by various courts on sound pollution. Besides we understand there is law on hukkah parlours. How come these parlours with loud musics were allowed to operate?

I have already registered a complaint a month back but it still remains unsolved.

This is regarding the tree which is next to our building. The roots are grown a lot and hence there are chances that it might created problem as the cracks in the entrance of building is visible. Also the tree might fall off.

Subject: Water Clogging and Mud Slush Accumulation due to neighbor’s negligence to build drainage while building a cement platform for parking on the road outside their house.
Dear Madam/Sir,

This is regarding the subject issue that we are writing to you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Since we noticed the platform a few months back we have been requesting the neighbors that if they build a platform they should provide drainage for rain water to flow through. We specifically told them to get it done before the monsoon hits the city, but to no avail. Now with the rains falling heavily and continuously there is a lot of mud slush accumulation and water getting logged in our parking area and become a breeding area for the mosquitoes. We have also found out that such constructions are illegal to build on a public road. We request you to kindly send your representative ASAP to inspect and verify our complaint and correct the situation.

Looking forward to your help and guidance to expedite the issue in hand and to getting the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Beside our building there are some trees that have grown to tall heights and have branches that are excessively bent. The situation has become worse in the monsoon season. There are many people that go through this path every day. It is very dangerous also for the dogs that roam around this area. I have filed a similar complaints a few weeks back and no action was taken. I request you to take action immediately and cut these dangerous branches before the monsoon takes its pace.
