Sir, being a responsible citizen i have witnessed that a municipal planted trees are being cut by the workers of the restaurant.

The place where the tree was cutted is in the prime mall lane, sector -12, kharghar and in adjacent to the hdfc bank of the s. K. P housing society.

The restaurant name was "garam masala" and these shop name is now changed in the last week and their workers have cutted the branches of the tree which was planted in the road side by the municipal authority.

I am sure they have not taken any permission from the civic body or municipality before proceeding this illegal activity.

Kindly enquire about this and place fine so that in near future no other restaurants or shops could take any such activity like these.

    Dear sir,

Being a responsible citizen and a member of the local welfare committee, it is with the deepest regret that i have to bring to your notice the sub-standard conditions of road in our locality. The present status of the road conditions is totally unacceptable with the roads full of pot holes and sub-standard construction material. A flash flood or an untimely rain is reason enough to expose the disheartening situation.
The worst to suffer are the local commuters. Since the concerned roads remain busy practically the whole day, buses and cars running on them invariable get stuck in traffic jam. Students get late for school, parents are late for office and in some extreme cases, even hospital cases are getting delayed.
In spite of the numerous times that we, the local residents, have tried to inform the local authority by both verbal and written means, no concrete action has been taken regarding the grave situation. Hence, we would like to take the opportunity to request you to look into the matter urgently and do the needful such as repairing and maintenance of road, at the earliest. Otherwise, the situation may get worse from delays and frustrations to accidents and heartbreaks.
This is for your kind information and necessary action.
    Thanking you,

    Yours faithfully

Despite various tweets to mumbai police and cp mumbai, police are not taking any action on alleged hukkah parlour whish is situated in link road anand nagar oshiwara sesha lounge mughal restaurant. This lounge is operating with loud music all through the night with many under aged disturbing sleep of neighbourhood. We dont know to whom to complaint on this matter as police is not taking action required. Loud music disturbs sleeps of taxpaying citizens of mumbai. There were lot of strictures by various courts on sound pollution. Besides we understand there is law on hukkah parlours. How come these parlours with loud musics were allowed to operate?

Subject: Water Clogging and Mud Slush Accumulation due to neighbor’s negligence to build drainage while building a cement platform for parking on the road outside their house.
          Dear Madam/Sir,

This is regarding the subject issue that we are writing to you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Since we noticed the platform a few months back we have been requesting the neighbors that if they build a platform they should provide drainage for rain water to flow through. We specifically told them to get it done before the monsoon hits the city, but to no avail. Now with the rains falling heavily and continuously there is a lot of mud slush accumulation and water getting logged in our parking area and become a breeding area for the mosquitoes. We have also found out that such constructions are illegal to build on a public road. We request you to kindly send your representative ASAP to inspect and verify our complaint and correct the situation.

Looking forward to your help and guidance to expedite the issue in hand and to getting the issue resolved as soon as possible.

          Best regards,

Beside our building there are some trees that have grown to tall heights and have branches that are excessively bent. The situation has become worse in the monsoon season. There are many people that go through this path every day. It is very dangerous also for the dogs that roam around this area. I have filed a similar complaints a few weeks back and no action was taken. I request you to take action immediately and cut these dangerous branches before the monsoon takes its pace.

              Respected NMMC,
As much as we trust in your capability, you are trying to prove us wrong. A huge pothole has emerged on the Sion-Panvel highway at the starting of the Belapur Bridge and yet no action has been taken.
This continues to choke the inner streets of CBD Colony, especially in this monsoon season.
Hope you take note of this.

                  Dear Sir,

Since almost a week there are no NMMC Street lights in Sector 28, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Plot No. 104, 183, 106, 105 etc. are seriously affected. Inspite of several complaints/telephone calls to the concerned officer (Area Engineer) of NMMC on [protected] the street lights are not given or attended to.

In this heavy monsoon due to pitch-darkness the motorists, residents, pedestrians, children and older people are having serious problems and inconveniences. In this situation there are increased number of reported theft cases and anti-social incidences in the area.

Again today (Saturday 14th July 2018) when we called the said Engineer to request for the repair of the street lights, he had categorically said “there is no ladder” and “today being Saturday” the work is not done.
Whereas we assume that Electricity and Water supply are categorized as essential services according to NMMC.

We request the higher and appropriate authority should take a note of such disregard and neglect of duty. Kindly provide and restore the street lights of the area as mentioned above.

                  Aggrieved Residents of Sector 28

Sir, In sector 20. CBD BELAPUR. Our roads are beautiful because of green trees. But the trees are more than 20 years old and some times their mature branches fall down and tree lost it's greenery. This is requested to trim all the trees on main road, so that they can develop a strong root, strong stem with strong branches. All the best. Hope for an early action. Regards.

In CIDCO constructed houses, ground floor residents have kept water tank outside the building.

This increases mosquito breeding and causes nuisance to other residents.

These residents have converted the common area into their house.
This has reduced space between two buildings.

To keep area clean, free of mosquitos and ensure sufficient space between two buildings these water tanks kept outside building need to be removed.
Water tank can be kept on terrace of building.
NMMC should ask all such residents to remove water tank and charge penalty for using common space.

Waste garbage outside the wastebaske due to that hacks of garbage are laying down on road.
It’s looking very dirty and shabby whenever any person passes by the lane.
Also, we request to shift the wastebasket of garbage some other place far from our society. Photos are attached.
The condition will become worst in rainy days when the garbage mixes with water and makes safe havens for dengue mosquitoes and other insects.
In the light of above mentioned circumstances, you are requested to make necessary arrangements for the proper and timely cleanliness of wastebaskets placed to some other place.
We are requesting you to look into this matter and take strict action.

It is difficult to walk on walking track due to mosquito menace at walking track in sector-15 cbd. We have been experiencing the same since last one month and are not able to perform yoga exercises. Have requested nmmc on phone but no response. It may be due to discharge of storm water which is stagnant most of the times. Its outlet is blocked by weeds.

I am a resident of kaharghar sector 19 there are a lot of street dogs in the area and they posses real threat to pet dogs. When tried to scare them away the shopkeeper owning shop tries to protect and fight with the owners of the pet dogs. Specially in dattaram arcade by shop named ahilya enterprises. On asking to put leash he fights with pet owner and tell them not to pass from the area likewise the area is owned by him. Kindly take action in this regards.

As i am travelling to amarnath, there is a mandate medical certificate requirement. As per the list i first went to nmmc, nerul to enquire and i was made to take the opd paper for which i was required to pay rs.20. After an hour and a half of waiting and going from dept 16 to dept 119 to dept 120 and then wait for medical superintendent i was told to go to nmmc, vashi. Around 12:35 pm i was able to get another opd paper paying rs.20 for the same certificate, i was then informed by the medical records department person that the test lab closes at 12 noon.
So my problem here is why the person sitting at counter no.25 of opd registration ms. Shraddha take the money when they knew the test labs are closed. I had specified that i have come to get the certificate for amarnath yatra. This is complete cheat. I went back to get the refund as well but instead i was told to come tomorrow.
There is no fear at the government run offices and that's the reason why the consumers are looted. I need the refund but this complaint is going to go around the social media as well.
Cannot attach the photos as the photo size is large. Let me know if you need the photos i can mail them.
