Dear sir,
One old Pipal Tree exist in front of SBI, J K Chambers CHS, Sector 17, Vashi Branch. The tree has several dead branches and trunks. The dead branches and trunks has fallen in recent past. The tree has outgrown. One mis happening was averted due to 1 gentleman. Request is to arrange for trimming of dead branches and trunks so that any mishappening can be prevented.

Sir illegal interior extension without permission going on. Which is violating town planning rule and occupancy certificate plan sanction by NMMC. It also disturbing the structure if neighborhood building Massive interior structure changes which can cause severe fire problems and shaking the structure of neighborhood buildings. 1 st floor massive structure interior changes going on without permission
Please take action as soon as possible Please take strict and quick action against them. Visit the place see the changes made by people in building. My building is next to it where I m suffering a lot

I've planted more than 400 peepal saplings in my area also I water them with help of my family and friends and do not run any NGO neither I'm a participant among those. In Airoli-Diva Koliwada chowk I've planted nearly 25 saplings which have grown up. Someone has cut around 6 of my saplings. I took the picture of them and here I'm submitting it to you I don't know who has done this but i request you to help me in this.

Even in daytime, one cannot sit in our room without mosquito bite.
It is in sector 2c, Airoli, opposite chatrapati shivaji chawal, near Datta Meghe ENG college.
Recently, the number of mosquitoes has been increased manifold.
To avoid the increase in cases of dengu, maleria etc, please take immediate steps.

Shakti residency plot 66 sector 5 is having water issues since Jsnuary this year.
We have 3 wings A.B.C n 12 shops.
Shops do not have separate commercial line.
Water supply received is used by both residents and shops.
We get 3 hours of water morning and night.
But during festivals there is no water cut.
Watchman is incharge of regulating supplies.
All shops get water full day but residents only morning evening.
In AGM committee member asked all residents to put up internal storage tanks.
Please depute your technical staff to inspect the supply lines and storage tanks and also ask society to connect separate commercial line for shops.

Hi

The sprinklers in the public garden near DPVN school sector 8, Belapur are turned on around 7.30 in the morning. This makes the pathway to walk and jog wet and slippery. Please water the plants later in the morning after 10, so the gardens can be used for what they are meant in the mornings

Sir,
i under sign mohammad kalim uddin khan, permanent residing at kopar khairne.
i inform you that a illegal construction G+ 3 are going on at ss2/610, sector 3 .kopar khairne, They have built unauthorised illegal construction G+3:.witout NMMC and CIDCO permission . property owner increased more then his exact area. He is bigger then his area without permission. in this type of property, no one got permission for G+3 .it is totally unauthorised and illegal and not good example for others.
Hope you will take necessary action against this unauthorisedb and illegal construction.

A car wash shop called, "Bikes and Car Care", and a metal fabrication shop called, " Sneha Enterprises", located right in the middle of a residential area in Seawoods, Sector 44-A, operates from early in the morning till late in the night, making intense noise polution, that has led to my ear getting damaged and losing a frequency band of hearing.
I would like to challenge the legality of its operations in a residential area, in open, without any sound barriers or conduction of their services indoors.
The spraying unhealthy water is always spilled outside on the passing residents and on the road.

Please take necessary action, and revoke their licenses of operations! I truly am affected and can back the data with medical records, and wouldn't want it to get worse or let others in the locality to face similar problems.

There’s an infected dog which is coming and sleeping inside building.. the dog have many ticks (गोचीड) and Flea (पिस्सु) which is spreads around passage of the building. Please take immediate action to take away this dog which is a health hazard. In this building also have child care center. Also kindly make paste control aroud the passage of the building gate.

We have got our 2 employees dengue cases recently in last 15 days.
We called up NMMC officers also to inspect arear. They have given clean chit to our factory . But later they visited to neighbour factory Plot no. A-103 which is kept very dirty. Many water logs have been found by NMMC Offficer's ( Dilip Gaikwad)

Please look into the same. In our premise approx 100 manpower are working We are regularly doing fogging in our premise but worried due to such incedent happened recently.

Request you to take proper action.

This is to inform you that i am the resident of Siddhi Vinayak Garima Housing Society (Taloja - Ghot campl, Koyna Valey Village) [Flat no. 8, Bldg no.6, L-Wing]
In my society there stray Dogs always roams here and there and they keep on barking to the bikes and Cars, and new persons, AND that is very dangerous myself was about to had an accident because of their barking today. They runs behind and threats us because of them other Dogs also starts running behind.
This is getting serious day by day for me. Kindly take them from here and also send notice to society to not allow such thing inside society premises because they are not the PET dogs.
