Hi Team,

I'm facing water leak issues in bathroom ceiling due to above owner flat which is on rent.

After repetitive follow-ups the owner did bathroom work (cheaply). But this has in-turn increased the leakage. It also started to wet the ceiling of toilet.
Now the owner is hardly ready to comply. He is saying I should pay for the damage/leakage issues in his bathroom which is being used by renter.
This is totally wrong and hence and I'm seeking help from authorities in power to help me resolve this issue.

I am a resident of Panvel, Karanjade area, Sector 04.
The stray dogs here are increasing every week and are causing a lot o[censored]nnecessary problems with unnecessarily barking, littering and attacking other pet animals.
Please get them moved from the area by your god catcher team.

In every month our drainage is full no one is seeing we call to navi mumbai municipal corporation but they are not coming also and not giving response also here in our area one municipal corporation team has come but they are taking charges 5000 rupee in every month we give money to private people to clean drainage almost 35000 are going from us in a year, our main drainage is full i have photo of that of road side plz take action sir / madam plz 🙏 plz take action on that koperkhairane municipal corporations team
I have tell them to bring the drainage big tanker to clean the main chamber but still not come in our locality every person has taking money ... kindly request to clean our drainage

I have been admitted to Cidco Covid Centre on 14th August 2021.
From morning 6 o clock 15th August till night there is continuous bollywood music played on loud speaker. My mental state is completely shattered. I am not able to rest.

I am a resident of Jai Gurudev complex, sector 17, kamothe। There are numerous stray dogs close to 7-8 which is creating nuisance and also bitting the person who are walking along side road. Pl help to kids play in that area and it's a threats. It's enters society as well where ppl go for walk and kids are playing.

A stray dog has come in our society some days back and has been a great nuisance as it barks for several minutes non-stop to unfamiliar persons and utility vendors at odd hours of night and early morning causing great disturbance to our sleep.

Kindly arrange to remove it from our society.

I am a resident of Sea Coast CHS, at Belapur Killa Gauthan. Our neighbour Mrs. Nirmala Gosain resident of sea coast 1, Rh no -1. Every day feeds pigeons in society premises which is causing trouble to other members of the society. Our members requested her not to feed pigeons as it is causing harm to others health, it has bad effect on human health as it causes respiratory disease and also few members are senior citizens and suffering allergic asthma which will be a bad impact on their health but she doesn't listen and continue to feed pigeons on every corner of the society premises. We as members of the sea coast society request NMMC to take strict action against her and stop this malpractice of feeding pigeons in private and public places. Thanks

Myself melhi nadar from sanpada, jubilee church, plot no 3, sector 7, I like to inform you that since last 4 days went. Garbage van not removed garbage from our premises. I have kept it outside four days before.

I stay in Kalamboli, I have done complain too many times even I have done a FIR also because they started harresing me, it's more than a year bt he didn't took any action on it

This is to inform you that, we are the resients of Tricity Palacio and addition/alteration work is going on at flat no.401/4th floor with conversion of terrace flat into duplex without consent of Society/Developer, resulting weakening of structural members/additional load on structure. Also some of the occupants already carried out such conversion of terrace flat into duplex. Hence you are requested to visit the premises to verify it from approved lay out plan and in case of illegally done stern action shall be initiated against the responsible to avoid any untoward incident in future.

Request your attention to the condition of the road connecting Ulwe (Both sides)
i.e. 1. From Belapur (NMMC Office junction) towards Uran
2. From Uran towards Belapur (NMMC Office junction)

We appreciate the work of the flyover being done and opened for public use.
We also understand that the work is still ongoing.

However, kindly bring attention to the condition of the new roads on the flyover.
At some places there are huge DANGEROUS potholes in the middle of the road as listed,
Near the downward slope end at,
Morave junction (Towards NMMC office)--Loose gravel and sand
And just above the creek (Towards NMMC office)

And also at,
Wahal gaon bus stop (Towards Uran)

These are extremely DANGEROUS especially for Two wheelers.
Kindly atleast make a temporary resolution because we understand the Road work is ongoing..

Also, the entire flyover and especially the side lanes are full of gravel and sand almost reducing one lane. This is also very dangerous in the rains.
Kindly make provision for atleast the loose gravel and sand to be cleared and sweeped off the road.

Request you in the safety interest of all two wheeler riders.

Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

I have a flat at Bhoskar Bhavan, Sector 3, AirolI, NavI mumbai 400708. The society has constructed an office illegally below our flat which has caused us a lot of problems as it projects way beyond our flat. All our balconies have been affected, view blocked, pigeons droppings flying into our house and causing foul smell.

Two notices were sent the society - no action taken. Complaint submitted to the municipality. OffI certainly at that asked for maps. No reply sent by the society. Nmmc officer changed. It's a month speaking to Engineer Mayuresh Pawar - he has a whole list of excuses no action being taken. Followed up with Officer in charge Mitali Sanchez - over the past few weeks 3 to 4 times she has promised to send someone to inspect it or check it herself and absolutely no one has turned up. Please guide how to address the issue. Thanks

There are potholes on the road near Kharghar highway. The road is in front of Three star hotel and Hiranandi. The potholes are dangerous for bikers.

For the last three months I am trying to pay the water bill online. The system is not working. I have approached CBD and Vashi offices for the rectification. I was told that the system is under repair.. My Number is[protected] Vashi. Is there any chance to get it repaired . If not paid penalty is imposed. There is only one outlet at Vashi Sector 10. There is huge rush. I request to make an early repair of system so that I can pay the Water bill online soon.

We are the residents of Shanti Sadan co-op soc, plot no 39 sector 15 Vashi. There are about 4 stray cats lurking in the society. Some of the members are seen feeding them and their population since last 1 year has increased from 2 to 8. The society committee is not taking any action and it is highly unhygienic as these cats bring dead mice and litter everywhere in the society premises. It is a cause of concern as the water tank is situated...

I am resident of Shakti Residency, total 3 wings ( A, B, C 66 houses + 12 shops ) .For A wing inadequate water supply inspite of heavy rain. this has been informed to management committee and no one is ready to solve this problem. Request you to depute officer to check the water lines and audit the same.
this problems persists on daily basis, for A wing our water timings morning 7.30 to 10 am and evening 7.30 to 8 pm. it depends on frequency of water. however B wing and C wing has no issues, kindly depute a officer to verify the water lines and resolve the same.

Pls be informed to you that the NANA complex C & D wing drainage water over flow on road last from 2 months in this covid pandemic. Rainy day started due to that mosquito increases. Due to that Maleriya will be increased. I personally convey to C wing member but not rectify the problem till the date. Pls look in to the matter.
