Sub : Common Drainage leakage causing problems to the Residents.

To whomsoever it may concerns

This is to bring to your kind notice that the resident/s of Angarika CHS, B3/1, Sector 4, Vashi ward (64) are facing problem because of drainage line Chambers damaged due to Pothole dig by Rats at the Passage between Common drainage side of ground floor flats no. B3/1- (03 & 04) which is directly Connected to flats no's (1:3 /1:4), (2:3 /2:4), (3:3 /3:4) & (4:3 /4:4) respectively. which became very Slippery, leaking & smelling very badly. Due to which many children & citizens slipped due to slippery situation caused by continuous leakage of drainage water. Also facing more mosquitoes problem nowdays due to water Pollution.
Note : "This situation was well known to the Concern building authorities from almost past 2 months", which is becoming worst day by day. And since none of them took any responsibilities to solve the issue till date.
(Please note that in this Covid situation and B3/1 & B3/2 had been quarantined twice.)

Also We have faced similar issue past 6 months due to sewer Choked problem between passage of the same Associations of B3/1 & B3/8. which was well known to the Concern authorities, but none of them took any initiative to solve the issue, just by (giving simple excuses of plumber not available or NMMC dept. not on duty due to Covid”)

"Hence an Individual resident of the same Association took initiative & Solved the issue within the same day with the help of NMMC dept. (which was highly appreciated") also for ref. Pics. & Conversations shall be Obtained frm Mr. Hemant Pawara. (NMMC dept.)

So it is our humble request to issue a legal notice against such association/s in & nearby, if found guilty. Also kindly look into the matter and solve the issue ASAP for the betterment of society.
