NMMC — complaint against illegal construction/ extension of room | |||
Hello sir, I am resident of hill appartment, bld:34, nl-4, sec-11, nerul. Our neighboring apartment, which belong to gafoor ahmed is doing extension of his room beyond allocated/legal space given by cidco. This illegal construction will cause improper ventilation, there will no space to flow of rain water and all the rain water will get blocked in our apartment space. I have been forced to pay 20 rps each time i park my car near raigad bhavan cbd belapur these guys with bill books and nmmc id cards collect it and say they are hired contractor for these jobs ... I think this is a big scam going on
