NMMC — leakage from upper flat toilet

Facing leakage in the toilet and bed room from upper floor toilet since nov 2017 and have bring this into the notice of society and flat owner vide letters. Owner of flat#604 informed has done water proofing in dec 2018, but understood from the contractor that he has made joint in the broken pipe & tiles were fixed. Requested the owner to provide bill towards water proofing done which he is not providing. Request intervention in the matter to sort out this issue.
