Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Mrs.Chetna Thapa parent of a student who is traveling 23 bus no. But conductors are charging full tickets for students who below 12 year. Students not got the identify card as you knows schools just started, but for age proof we are showing Aadhar Card then also conductors are not accepting.
As I know Adhaar Card is National proof.
I need reply for this Adhaar Card is acceptable or not for proof.
One more request please increase frequency during the school time as you know this corona period buses are running over crowded..
