Everyday buses got canceled due to this passengers are having issues to reach office/destinations on time.

Today bus at 7.05 am was available, staff was available, passengers were waiting and 7.07 staff declared that bus got canceled.

Bus Cancellation become a regular issue now a days.

6.25 bus was available they change to 53. When we asked it was been said it has been breakdown. From 2-3 days i.e on Friday, Thursday they are not leaving bus and giving excuses.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Mrs.Chetna Thapa parent of a student who is traveling 23 bus no. But conductors are charging full tickets for students who below 12 year. Students not got the identify card as you knows schools just started, but for age proof we are showing Aadhar Card then also conductors are not accepting.
As I know Adhaar Card is National proof.
I need reply for this Adhaar Card is acceptable or not...

Today 9/6/22 timing 3.00 pm. I want to travel from Kalyan station to shilphata in AC bus number 62 the bus number is .
I want to take a bus but the bus driver of this bus told me " you are not allowed to travel in this bus because you are from uttarpradesh and you are bhaiyya.
So he didn't allow me and start abhusing word to me.
Kindly take action to this stupid reason and stop racism.

I'm from kalamboli in Navi Mumbai and I'm complaining about nmmt bus for skip particular stops...today I saw many of buses stop their bus ST mahanmandal stop which is completely wrong and this all are buses skip stops n bus move to wrong side or driven on bridges. This complaint is very important for me or may other passengers...I wish you take it seriously and I'm requesting to you that please concern about passengers and ladies thank you!! This is to inform you that route no 9 electric bus conductor have not manners to speak with passenger. I observe that on 21.03.2022 16:15 while traveling koparkhairane to ghansoli. Bus number MH43BP9741.

The buses arrive very late, i.e. I have to sit waiting for the bus no. 18 & 22 for about 25-30 minutes. This problem should be taken into consideration as it consume a lot of time.

I have been standing for more than 2 hours at golden chemical dahisar stop for bus no 131,
Yet there is no bus.
There is no bus time table.
This happens almost every day.

My name is Vishal Satpute, today I was traveling in nmmt, from Gawan Fata to Reti Bunder, I paid 50 rupees to the bus conductor, the total ticket price was 15 rupees and he gave me 35 rupees chiller. Then I said to the conductor, I don't want chiller, please give me a note. He had a note but did not give it to me. The conductor gave me my money back and told me to pay 15 rupees or get off the bus. I said give me scanner send money online conductor said we don't keep scanner. Conductors behave as if they are their own father's bus, expecting you to punish the abusers

Todays date is 30 Jan 2022. Travelled from Dadoji kondadev stadium to CSMH hospital kalwa. Ticket issued me from Thane station to Ambedkar nagar or Ganesh nagar instead of asking the ticket for Kalwa hospital. Everyday I travelled by bus to hospital as I am a doctor in the hospital.
I asked the lady conductor for the money taken for ticket. She rudely replied the ticket is 12 ₹ . This is the wrong way to issue ticket as I got into bus from Dadoji kondadev stadium but she has given me ticket from station to Ganesh nagar. This is cheating done by the lady conductor to public. As the lady conductor does not manner to talk with public as she is servant to public. No one ask for their misbehaviour.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Kharkopar to CBD MH 43B X0580 Full of Dust.
The buses running between Kharkopar to CBD is not clean. The bus is always looks dirty and full of dust on seat and glass.

Since last few days there is no proper service of the said bus from kharkhopar ulwe sector 17 to vashi in early morning as the time fixed is 5.55 tin morning is the 1st bus.

School and college students cannot afford private taxi and get late to attend classes kindly make sure the time set by NMMT.

The 20 no. Bus is not coming on time as the moovit app suggests time but the bus is always late...I travel from sector 42 Seawoods to Nerul west, in afternoon.. And the frequency of 20 no. Bus is also less, please increase the frequency so that maximum bus could be there & also the bus should be on time, it takes half & hour to reach our stop i.e each bus comes after half & hour...

In Google map stop for bus is showing at adivali (kaka dhaba) but bus number MH 43 BP 8144 not stopping at the stop inspite of waving the hand to stop the bus I chased for the bus even knocked the bus back side but didnt stop conductor was starring but didnt took the pain to stop the bus this incident happen at 9.45am

To whom so ever it may concern,

I am a daily passenger of the bus routing from Borivali railway station to Kharghar jalvayu. I board the bus in morning 8:15am and the bus has so much of rush with other passengers with their luggage who get down from luxury bus along with bags and suitcases board the bus.

The keep there luggage in place where people sit and even block half of the bus. When it was reported to bus conductor and driver they said it are by orders that they can board bus with this much luggage.

Third wave is about to come how come driver is not also in his senses and takes all the passengers in the bus knowing that there is no place for everyone to stand.

Are this company policies to take a crowded bus without caring if there customers?

Most importantly my stop is pathanwadi and the bus drivers do not stop bus at pathanwadi they stop bus near express zone which is not the actual stop. When we complaint they start shouting and use abusive words. Even NMMT trackers shows the bus is meant to stop at pathanwadi bus stop and not near express zone mall.

Would really appreciate if this is resolved or would take this to higher authorities if needed.

Dear sir,

I am employee of axis bank at patni airoli we don't have any other bus from that routes we have only one bus of 83 but from one week you change time of that bus 10.30 change to 10.45 we are went late at office that is only one bus is going from that route.

Request you to please change that bus time to 10.30.

पनवेल ईस्ट स्थानकापासून नेरे ला जाणारी बस क्रं 77 अणि 79 पुन्हा कधी चालू होणार??
जवळ-जवळ दिड वर्षे होत आली ही सेवा बंद आहे. कामाला जाणारा चाकरमनी शेअर 40 रुपये तर एकांत 200 रुपये खर्च करून प्रवास करत आहे.
आपण सर्वजन करोना परिस्थिती मधून आता सावरलो आहोत आणि अधिकतांश कार्यलाय चालू झालेली आहेत.
प्रवासा बाबत खूपच गैर सोप होत आहे कृपया करूण पुन्हा बस क्रं 77 अणि 79 सुरळीत सुरू करा हि विनंती.

I requested the on duty bus driver to open the door in the front but he immediately denied doing the same because his busy on mobile phone and when I informed him I am pregnant hence I am asking him to do the same he started shouting at me and spoke negatively.

Diva jakat naka bus stop. From several day's bus employees laying by saying you come late bus is in time but the truth is bus is not even come at time it's late by 1 hr l.
The NMMT bus you provide us to travel is not even but clean too much dust and total broken bus from inside if we say please do something your employees and contractors said the bus is running is good i[censored] file any complaint your bus service will be stop. And more n more he starting using slang language.

I request you please NMMT you charge too much cost for traveling even BEST buses and TMT not charge that much you chage from us.

Atleast provide us proper bus service at time and good condition of bus last but not least please teach your employees who to treat people otherwise the can get hit by someday from someone

55 bo bus ghansoli is supposed to come in every 30 mins. Instead 2 or 3 buses come after hours of wait. I have been waiting for this bus at lharghar from 5:15 pm, its 6:30 now and not a single 55 no has gone by. ###ING FIX THIS

55 No Ghansoli/Gharonda never comes on time. It is supposed to come one bus every 30 mins but they never arrive. Instead they 2 or 3 buses come together after hours of wait. What the ### is tr use if that? One bus would be heavily crowded and the other would be completely empty.

Bus time is 7:45 but bus reach at the time of 8:06 before the bus reach at bust stop .I saw bus already reached at bus stop 15 min before. Is this right ?please sent busses on time

Travelling from kalyan to belapur railway station by bus no 71on 22 sept 2021at 10 pm, instead of dropping on belapur railway station driver and conductor forcefully try to drop me at belapur highway, and they are arguing and shouting with me very disrespectfully

Why not going route from khanda colony to khandeshwar station

Bus number 71 Kalyan to Belapur did not stop at Bailbazar bus stop. It was raining heavily and I shown him hand and tapped bus also but driver did not open the gaye. I wasted my two hours. When I went to compain at Kalyan could not find where to comlaine. 81105B bus Registration do not recollect all numbers

I have take ticket from kopar khairne to panvel stop I not have change of rupees 1 the conductor Is misbehaving with me then he give me cut note rs10 bus number mh43 h5508

आदरणीय सर/ मॅडम..
एप्रिल पासून मी रोज घणसोली ते बेलापूर स्टेशन प्रवास करतोय.. यादरम्यान खूप वेळा काही गोष्टी निदर्शनास आल्या. टाइम वर येत नाही, काही बसेसचा मध्येच सेन्सर खराब होऊन बंद होतात..
सध्याची परिस्थिती पाहता सामान्य माणसाला लोकल सेवा बंद आहे म्हणून बस ला खूप गर्दी होते. बसेस २, २ तास लेट होतात. माझी विनंती आहे की तुम्ही सकाळी आणि संध्यकाळी बस चे रूट वाढवा जेणेकरून जी माणसं लांब जाणारी असतात ती वेळेवर घरी पोचतील. दरम्यान बेलापूर स्टेशन ला कल्याण, घणसोली, डोंबिवली या गाड्या २, २ तास लेट होत आहेत. त्यामुळे लोकांना खूप वेळ उभा राहून वाट बघावी लागते, आणि गाड्या लेट झाल्यामुळे लोकांची बस ला खूप गर्दी होते.
माझी अशी नम्र विनंती आहे की कृपया करून गाड्या वाढवा जेणेकरून प्रवाशी आणि कंडक्टर मध्ये बस मध्ये होणाऱ्या गर्दीमुळे वाद होणार नाहीत, बस साठी wait करणारे प्रवाशी आणि बस स्टेशन मास्तर मध्ये होणारे वाद थांबतील, आणि मुळात प्रवाशी सुखरूप टाइम वर घरी पोचतील.

मी आशा करतो की तुम्ही स्वतः दाखल घ्याल याची.

I have taken a ac Bus to travel from hirananadi to chakala and bus conductor has taken all the pasanger from that stop and I'm the only lady standing in the bus with other crowd and when I asked a boy sitting on reserved seat to stand up conductor started saying that it is lockdown and any passanger can sit anywhere and there is no such thing like women seat (I have video recording of this) when I asked to show orders he started saying k utar jao bus se. This is how they misbehave as there is no respect of womes in these buses.

Pls. start Sadhi bus from Airoli depot to ghodbunder Road (which will not go inside thane east).
As for daily traveling AC bus 131 not affordable.
So this is to request u to start the bus from Airoli to ghodbunder or till Borivali.
Normal bus.
Just suggesting even via vitava / Airoli Naka road can start the bus from Airoli to Borivali
