no response from yesbank — my od account is de activated and they have taken my property papers

the bank named YESBANK in faridabad is such a irresponsible bank i have ever came across .they were suppose to update my ac no. [protected] on 28th of jan 2015 but the service is very slow it is not done yet .the relationship manager is not picking my calls now and when he pick up he make nonsense excuses.kindly look in to the matter as i am fed up. mohit khanna prop. khanna trading co. nit faridabad
