I tried to exchange a product against a higher priced product and paid rs 100 on two occassions. The payments were confirmed but that exchange was not confirmed. And they have not refunded 200rs ever since. For the last 3weeks they keep on saying the same thing that it is already refunded, but never share any refund details. Also that there is technical issue and all those stories...everytime I reach out they copy paste the same messages.
