Noble Associates — worst product sold and not picking up customer calls

I have bought relaxing chair from noble associates two months before when they had a stall in chennai trade center and it got broken two weeks before, i was trying to call customer care, office numbers provided in bill ([protected], [protected],[protected] more than 40 times and just once they picked up the call.
They photo of chair, bill copy and i have shared same with them through whatsapp but after that every day i am calling them and after so many calls they just picking up once, saying will send it today but nothing happening end of the day
Last two days not even picking up the call and today morning just replied in whatsapp stating like this is the way we treat customer and do whatever you want
Very worst experience with this company never ever suggest to anyone, waste of money and energy.
