I enquired this person regarding a treadmill price and if they take exchanges ( which they told me they will during their shop show in trade centre) I already brought a product from them… this person did not reply for an entire day and wen I tried to call he was cutting the call and no reply so I texted him saying to respond me a yes or no so that I can go for other options to buy and that not to keep me waiting… finally he replied saying I won’t take and I will block u i[censored] message me … I dint kw wat to say I said worst this is and il review u for sure… but that kept texting me from other numbers in watsapp saying he will take me to court and that he has all evidence… I Dnt understand is enquiring a crime, ?? How do they run business like this, ,

The worst material and non-standard customer service center person talk. I trusted their word and promise. but none of their substandard product lasted more than 6 months. They assured this product is the life time warrantee. But after his business they respond a little irresponsibly that we have not said anything like that.

I have purchased air cooler and Bullet Mixi Jar from Noble Associates which was located in salem (Angammal Colony) and there is a branch office at chennai for providing sales and service.

The product (Bullet Mixi) which I purchased from the above seller, which was gone faulty and i have called for servicing them within the warranty period. But there was no proper response from them, they never use to pick the call from that sales person.

I request to take an action on this company for selling such a worst product and for providing poor service to customer.

While selling the product they have mentioned there is 1year manufacturing warranty on the product and 5 years free service.

I have bought relaxing chair from noble associates two months before when they had a stall in chennai trade center and it got broken two weeks before, i was trying to call customer care, office numbers provided in bill ([protected], [protected],[protected] more than 40 times and just once they picked up the call.

They photo of chair, bill copy and i have shared same with them through whatsapp but after that every day i am calling them and after so many calls they just picking up once, saying will send it today but nothing happening end of the day

Last two days not even picking up the call and today morning just replied in whatsapp stating like this is the way we treat customer and do whatever you want

Very worst experience with this company never ever suggest to anyone, waste of money and energy.
