This is Aniruddha (IT professional) house owner in Pune, some days back I showed my interest in NB services for the owner.
One of the sales persons (Younous) from NoBroker contacted me for NB services for the owner, mentioning if there is a tenant reference from my side (owner) side then Nobroker will refund the entire amount of 6000.
I got a tenant from my local reference with rental amount of 14000 on sat (12 June 2021)
I was also attracted towards Nobroker CPMS services. I found tennant myself so asked about CPMS service for 6% of the rental amount, so that day Rs 5000 was used as a token from tenant with a word from salesperson to return back 6000
After some time on the same day, having discussion with the tenant immediately cancelled CPMS services with Nobroker with getting keys returned back from RM and OK response from salesperson with promise of returning back 6000 + 5000 (token money)
I am requesting 5000 token & 6000 back as promised and after 10 days Nobroker is not replying to any calls, emails, whatsapp messages about these refunds.
I called multiple times to this salesperson Younous ([protected]) & Nobroker customer care as well for these refunds but it's really pain & harassment from NB for refund of these amounts & everytime I receive message like we are talking to head of team etc about your case but no revert / closure for my case.
I have also posted on Nobroker twitter handle but there is no response yet.
Kindly cooperate on this matter for closing this refund issues, I am really fed up & very dissatisfied with Nobroker services on these refund things & services.
