My registered details are HSPM[protected]. Ultimately it was delivered on 30th March 2024 at 12pm. It was promised all items will be sent in separate vehicle and ultimately they ended up in shared vehicle. Except one item which was missing, most items reached. But lot of damages have occurred to Scooter, Microwave and dining table. After completion of service, now customer care, movement team is not receiving call. Now I have to run around for the insurance claim. At booking it was told no need to worry, if any damage nobroker will take care of everything. Now their response seems little different. Their chat option in the app is not opening, calls are not connecting.
