Booked the Comprehensive Painting and Maintenance Services from NoBroker and paid a total sum of Rs. 1, 98, 541 based on a specific, signed quotation provided by NoBroker detailing the exact scope of work.However, there is a severe deficiency of service. The work delivered is substandard, incomplete, and fails to match the specifications promised in the quotation. Different items installed: Quoted LED mirror 3 W - installed normal . Charged for Chimney servicing which is not done at all, cleaners just wiped. Two Mosquito Mesh replacement were menioned in the quote, only one was replaced and later arguing it is not replacement.
Charged for double coated painting but given only one coating. Seepage is still there. Quoted less price for some installations/replacements and while discussing the quotation, it was mentioned they wouldn't compromise on quality, just giving discount on overall package. Later, saying they can't do the installations/replacements as the quoted price is less and then saying they would refund quoted price. Moreover, haven't refunded the amount yet. Now asking for unnecessary documentation to get that small refund amount such as bank statement.
Most funniest parts of the whole ordeal, Kitchen and sink metal pasting R silicon was not done, when asked Siddartha Bongoni sent picture of cleaning of sink metal with some paste. Paid for Premium furnished cleaning for 4bhk, cleaning people came with some dirty rags and regular cleaning spray and a few other liquids. The vacuum doesn't even have any crevice tools to suck the dust. They were just wiping with rags. And they didn't dust/clean right outside the main door and the balcony. Siddartha Bongoni mentioned that is how premium cleaning will be done.
