Nobroker — Do not avail nobroker cleaning service

I have availed home cleaning service and sofa cleaning service, on 30sep2026 through booking id HS[protected].
The team is high incapable, they don't k know the tools usage, they have dipped the sofa seats and cushions in water and used some drying techniques through vacuum cleaner that water kept on tipping . The floor was cleaned as any maid would clean without touching the stains within the grouting gaps . The hard water stains in bathroom and kitchen counters were left and not attended. The easy oil marks on the counter were also left the same way . The cobwebs uncleaned in the places where eyes dont reach easily.

While reviewing their work, the tipping sofa and floor was so much in chaos that eyes did not reach other hard stains on counter tops, the untouched water taps, stains on them .
I raised a complaint as soon as they were leaving because I stopped the payment . The no broker team attended to it and initiated a refund for floor and sofa ( 300 plus 900), on these terms and conditions I paid the pending amount in whole through the app .
Now within 48 hours when I called them back, while visiting the flat again to put off the fan which was kept on for sofa drying, i discovered all the stains, kitchen hob which still has milk marks on it and ants stuck on them ...I called nobroker and they have denied to attend to this complaint.
