I had taken a "relax plan" for INR 3499. Given the dearth of economic houses in Bangalore, this seemed to be the only option.
In 25 Aug'22, I found this house http://nobr.kr/sv/fPrgL5. The rent for 2bhk fully furnished Bridage lakefront flat came at unbelievable 25000 rent and 55000 deposit.
It was too good to be true, so I asked the relationship manager to verify the account. There were no responses. I was too desperate for a house, so I called the owner up
Mr Krishna Rao ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected]). The owner was prompt to share more videos and photos. He said the minimum token amount is 10000 and will be returned if I do not like the house after a visit on the weekend. I went ahead and shared the token amount to the bank details he shared -

Mr Rao, went on denial mode of having received any money. He shared his UPI id: [protected]@ybl under the name "Rocky Enterprises".
I called from a different number and asked about the property, to which he told me the same thing about the token money.
By then I knew, this was a con case.
I paid the token on thursday and was supposed to visit the house on saturday. Mr Rao kept denying and stopped answering phones, and went on to block me saying it was already rented out.
There was no assistance, no support, no resolution provided by no broker folks.
This Mr Rao now posts the exact same property with different pictures - 2 BHK Flat in Brigade Lakefront for Rent in Whitefield in no broker again!
He goes by the name Mr Dev Reddy ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected]) http://nobr.kr/sv/GpWZ5
I reported this to no broker and as usual there was no response. They seem to be bothered only about shared leads, that also don't match requirements.
This con man is having the time of his life by looting our hard earned money, whilst no broker seems to take no interest. Wonder how many people are facing the same challenge and are without any help.
