I've availed nobroker.in NRI-PMS service and their tenant search department did a phenomenal job in helping me to finalize the tenant within no time. Appreciate their (FRM, RM) tireless effort.
Similar kind of service received from their other team that is responsible for ease the lease agreement process. But, my happiness ends when I started with placing home maintenance requests. I opted wall painting, electrical work (including geyser, lightings in selective area-store room, few other places, health faucets, chimney, deep cleaning). Whereas the post work pictures that was shared not enough to conclude the completion of the work and I asked for the clear picture as well as pictures o[censored]tility area, grill painting on 13th May(that was not shared earlier-even as on today-25th May). My tenant moved in on 15th May and he reported few issues on 17th May(not completing the painting work, geyser, chimney not working, utility area not cleaned, etc). I tried to get an answer for these as well as tried to escalate to next level at norboker.in and second level escalation point of contact, but everything went in vein. Please help me to get right point of contact at nobroker.in to resolve these issues amicably.
