Nobroker — Issue of refund of token amount

Hi Team,

This is regarding the property that I had finalized on rent via no broker in Thane on 8 apr 23. I took membership and Rutika is my RM. Aksa who is RM of the owner hema of that property was coordinating with me.

On Saturday i.e. 8 April I paid token amount of INR 5000 to Aksa via link shared. My mom was fighting with cancer and we were shifting for her treatment. Unfortunately, things did not work out and she passed away on sunday. Its been tough times for us and we have spent all our savings in the treatment.

I have updated rutika and aksa immediately and has been requesting Aksa and Rutika, following up with them on refund of the token amount. On monday, 10 apr Rutika told me that they require owners approval, I had a conversation with owner of that property Hema bhatt and she is ok to refund the amount. Have updated Rutika about the same and Im awaiting response and update.

Its my humble request to help out in closing this.
I have been referring No broker to so many people on the basis of trust that is build up so far.
