Nobroker — Item missing and unable to raise claim

After receiving my household items from Pune to Hyderabad, one of my items (Black trolley) is missing from the items list that I received. I am chasing No Broker people but no one is helping me. Also the link they have provided to raise claim is also not working. This is pure negligence of the people who handled the packing and loading. Can someone please help in finding my missing item.
