Nobroker — No refund yet for the token amount paid to the Broker

Hi, I visited a flat in Bavdhan, Pune under the supervision of noBroker Agent Atish. I booked the flat by paying the token amount to Atish (5000/-) that day itself i.e., 11th July. After some time, we found an issue with the flat and decided to back out and requested Atish for a refund. The Agent (Atish) told us that we will get the refund within 7 working days. It has been almost 8 days and we are not receiving any update or any mail confirmation ( other than verbal ) from Atish. This is very unprofessional from noBroker's end. I am not sure whom I should raise the concern with because the only person I know is the noBroker Agent Mr.Atish and he is not responding. Request noBroker team to please resolve my issue asap. Then why didn't I get a call or response from you end even after raising a complain by mailing you?

I have provided all the necessary details yesterday but no one from noBroker contacted me till now. Even your Agent is not replying to my texts.

Hi @nobroker, Even after repeated followups from my end, why haven't I received a single call from you ? When can I expect my hardearned money back from you? Will this type of behaviour from your end encourage me to take any services from you next time ?
I am still waiting for a response and a refund.
