I paid an advance of INR 53, 000 to NoBroker Interiors on July 5th. While initial site discussions occurred, no manufacturing, structural work, or final 2D/3D deliverables were ever provided. Due to personal reasons and loss of confidence, I canceled the project before execution began. I called nobroker sales guy multiple times and sent emails but no response from them, then I escalated to their service assist team and NoBroker is wrongfully withholding 100% of my advance under an arbitrary 48-hour policy, refusing a refund or prorated settlement despite zero work execution, amounting to a deficiency in service and unfair trade practice
