Nobroker — Refund Request for Mistaken Purchase

I am writing to file a complaint against NoBroker regarding a refund issue for a service plan purchased on 27.05.2026.

I purchased the Relationship Manager plan for ₹3715.95 on 27.05.2026. However, this purchase was made by mistake, as I currently do not have any intention to proceed with renting or acquiring any commercial property.

The service has not been utilized, and the refund request was raised within 24 hours of purchase. Despite this, NoBroker has failed to respond properly to my repeated requests for cancellation and refund.

I have contacted their support team multiple times through app, email, and calls, but no satisfactory response or resolution has been provided so far.

This is unfair business practice, as the service has not been used and the request was made immediately after purchase. I request immediate intervention to:

Cancel the plan
Process full refund of ₹3715.95
Take appropriate action against the company for lack of response

I request the concerned authority to take necessary action and help resolve this issue at the earliest.
