Nobroker — Rental Agreement

I made the payment online of 1, 124.57 on 20th. April at 1:44pm IST for renewing a rental agreement. The payment was done online on Noborker.com.
I have the confirmation for Noborker about their money being received at their end. There was no booking id created after the payament . The booking id is immeidately created and I am allowed to make the draft for creating a rental agreement. But Booking is not created and have made 3 different calls to cusotmer care, they are not helping. They dont seem to be bothered.
Seems like there is some techncial glitch in their system, due to which am not able to get the services even after making
