Nobroker — Services after purchased package for sale of flat.

I have purchased super relax plan from NoBroker that include support from 2 relationship manager.
Problem 1 - Coordination and communication from NoBroker team.

Problem 2 - I found wrong flat is mapped for this service even after I clearly discussed about which flat to map for sales service.

Problem 3 - Sales team is not following up on their mistakes. There is a lot of mental distress due to this. I received few emails but that is not enough to solve my problem.

I was trying to connect with them since last 3-4 days.

Updated by ccnibo I have paid 10620 Rupees. I am not satisfied with the service.
I want to cancel package, and I need full refund including GST, even after 4 days no one is coordinating from NoBRoker.

This is gross violation of personal rights. I need the owers of this company be given warning and be instructed to pay me asap.
