Title: Complaint Against NoBroker Packers & Movers – Delivery Delay, Misleading Commitments & Unprofessional Conduct
I am raising this complaint against NoBroker Packers & Movers for severe deficiency of service, operational negligence, and highly unprofessional customer handling during my intercity household relocation.
At the time of booking and pickup, I had clearly communicated the required delivery timeline to the NoBroker team multiple times. I was explicitly assured that the delivery would be completed accordingly.
However, after the shipment reached the destination city earlier than expected, I was informed that delivery could not be accepted immediately as the destination house was not yet ready — something that had already been communicated in advance to the NoBroker team.
Subsequently, when I contacted the delivery coordinators to arrange delivery on the originally discussed timeline, I was abruptly informed that:
* no vehicle/labour was available,
* delivery could not be committed anymore,
* and they “did not know” when the goods would be delivered.
What is extremely unacceptable is that the delivery personnel started blaming the customer for not accepting premature delivery, despite the delivery schedule and house readiness being clearly communicated beforehand.
Additionally, the behavior of the transport coordinators was extremely rude and disrespectful. Calls were abruptly disconnected, concerns were not heard properly, and there was complete lack of accountability or professionalism.
This entire experience has caused:
* major disruption to relocation plans,
* unnecessary mental stress,
* uncertainty regarding household delivery,
* and significant inconvenience to my family.
NoBroker’s inability to manage operational logistics such as labour or vehicle availability cannot be shifted onto the customer after prior commitments were already made.
I request immediate intervention and resolution from the company.
Relief Requested:
1. Immediate and committed delivery timeline
2. Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience
3. Formal apology for rude and unprofessional behavior
4. Accountability for failure to honor delivery assurances
5. Assurance that no unfair additional charges will be imposed
I have supporting records including booking details, consignment documents, communication records, and call history to substantiate the complaint.
