Nobroker — Unethical, misleading and FALSE commitments by sales representatives to close a deaL to get payment without any results | |||
I would like to share my bitter experience with No Broker after availing their paid services - "SUPER RELAX PLAN". which gave me very high dis-appointment. I have opted their paid service to rent my flat in Semmencherry, OMR near Shilinganallur / Chennai. He assured me a lot about this scheme. But in reality, even though these many days have passed, till my plan period expires, your team has not pursued at least a single tenant to show my flat, till date. They have just cheated me by giving false assurances that so many prospective tenants are available immediately. It is evident that they have benefited by getting their personal benefits like incentives / bonus due to my payment credit, , also their target was achieved which was given by no broker management. They are not all aware about the ground reality of each and every area in Chennai, , , , , just from your Bangalore they have given me false assurances. I felt that no broker team has mis-guided and cheated me to pay the amount in a hurried manner by giving false assurances to me. In this context, I have sent e-mails - [from my g-mail ID] so many times, stating that No broker Management either to repay the amount which I have paid Or to do free services to find a tenant by extending this plan for another 30 days without any escalated price.But I have not received any reply from them This is for your necessary action at your end. you no broker team again giving false statement that their team had addressed my issue. Again telling lies and trying to chat the customer, , , , , , Till now nobody contacted Or Nobody replied to my repeated e-mails...
I have similar negative experience with Nobroker. Customers and investors like tiger global need to be aware of Nobroker unethical business practices.

No Broker Management Executives,
Please refer to the trailing mails, first of all no broker team have not at all replied to my e-mail regarding the feed back and my requirements, , , instead I am getting repeatedly getting SMS to choose for OWNERS plans and lot of tenants attention is there for my flat at Semmencherry, , , , , , I dont understand whether No Broker peoples really read my e-mail Or not? I think they are pretending that they don't know anything. they are not having the guts to accept the truth.
Whether your team shown my flat atleast for a single tenant?? You have taken my money not rendered any service to me.
What is the use of opting your paid services?
No broker team should first reply to my feedback and requirements for either refund the amount Or extend your services for another 30 days to find a tenant.
One more thing till date they have not returned my flat key also... If at all any thing damaged in my flat NO broker team should take the responsibility
