Yes I received invoice only once I raised complaint before that my phn calls were getting wasted each and every time.
like it is our duty to remind 24*7 to no broker people to send invoice and after doing so, result same.
My RM was most of the time unavailable but when I raised complaint I was getting call number of times to edit my comment or complaint.
Is this service you provide to your customer?. until full payment done we will inform everything would go easy and smooth, and after payment its all customer's problem from how yor third party packing untill shifting and getting invoice it's all customer's problem.
There is a picture below, it was how they were doing packing, they took out everything from kitchen drawer and dumped in a box along with glass crokery which ever were in a drawer, in which few got broken ( & as we can't claim for crokery).
so once I told them not to do in that way then only they did it properly, so it's customer whole responsibility and luck if no damages happen.
And most importantly there were no sticker or anything which will mention "Fragile or handle with care or Glass items", that too we had to mention on boxes.
This is very unprofessional, highly disappointed.

And we understand that our team have shared the invoice copy with you thrice because every time you have changed your requirement. Also, it was clearly mentioned that kitchen utensils will be packed under crates or carton boxes only. Hence, we are closing your complaint as there is nothing more we would be able to do in your case.
