Subject: Regarding threat to health, safety and security caused by the construction of IInd unit of NEO Hospital in Sector-50, Noida.
Reference : My complaint no.[protected] dated 16.3 2021.
Madam
I have made one complaint regarding the chaos caused by the construction of second unit of NEO Hospital which has not only disturbed the peaceful life of the nearby residents but has become an environmental polluter. But no action has been taken by the Noida Authority in this one month. I would again like to bring the following issues to your knowledge so that you can take strict action against the NEO hospital:
1. The division of plot no. D-170 in sector -50 meant for primary health Centre into three parts for multi- story hospital in residential area is an illegal act of Noida authority without considering the availability of parking space for three multistory hospitals.
2. The road leading from Central market -50 to this hospital is not wide enough for the vehicles of the visitors coming to the multi- story NEO hospital.
3. The hospital has not provided any space for parking of the visitor’s vehicle and all the vehicles coming to this hospital are parked on the road in front of the houses of the local residents, thereby encroaching upon the rights of the local residents.
4. In response to RTI, Noida authority vide its letter no. Noida/ Mu. Va. Ni./2014/1477 dated 25.3.2014 has informed us that the allotee has to make the provision of visitor’s vehicle parking inside the premises of the hospital. But NEO hospital has not made any such provision for the parking of visitor’s vehicle.
5. The siren and hooter of the ambulances disturb the peace of the residents during the night.
6. Now the hospital has started constructing new unit on the adjoining plot and the construction activity is going 24x7 ignoring all the norms of the Noida authority and NGT as no commercial construction activity can start before 9am and should be stopped by 7 pm. But in this hospital construction starts at 5 am and continues till mid night and even later.
7. The heavy machinery engaged in the piling work and digging of basement is generating lot of noise and disturbing the peace of the local residents.
8. The construction activity has released huge quantities of dust and particulate matter increasing the pollution in already polluted Noida city.
9. The approach roads are littered with construction material falling from the trucks and RMC vehicles giving very ugly look to the road.
10. Large number of visitor’s vehicles, auto rickshaws and cycle rickshaws are parked outside the houses of nearby residents and often blocking the entrance of the houses. The uncontrolled movement of these vehicles is posing a security threat to the residents and many thefts have taken place in recent past.
11. It is very surprising that the concerned officers of the Noida authority do not make any visit to this construction site for the reasons best known to them and the hospital management is adamant to break all the norms of construction without caring for the peaceful living of the local residents.
12. In view of the above, I once again request you to kindly look into the above issues and take strict action against the NEO hospital for making the life hell of nearby residents.

Brahmputra Market creates very high level of noise pollution on various accounts :
A) DG
B) Market operational till midnight
C) Construction work continues today Sunday 18th April
D) Construction work goes on past midnight till early morning once in every 15 days.
E) Smoke pollution from Kitchen and DG makes it un breathable for residents of Park View.

Dear sir, madam,

Even several reminders to officials no one is cleaning roads no safai such a bad condition to leave. Such a bad condition to leave. Road are broken after drainage line installation but still not constructed from last 2 yrs. My previous complaint was closed without any action complaint numbers (Noida Authority Online Complaint Status Update [ID: 2843762]). Not even condition to leave in this place.

I have paid the amount of Rs 7520 against consumer number 02000872 in the name of Suresh Seth residing at D68 Sector 20, but we haven't received any online payment receipt for the same.

Trunk line in front of A-170 sector 40 Noida is block due which sewer is back flowing towards my house no A-53 sector 40 Noida in rain water drain.

Cleaning of line may be done.

I am writing to you regarding the commercial activity just opposite the residential area of Royal Avenue, Noida-73 Vill-Sarfabad. Just opposite the residential building, a ply factory was made. Due to this, all of the noise are coming day and night. This creates disturabnce and noise in day and even night. I don't want to disclose my indentity. Please look into this and take necessary actions.

Trees outside F-119 & F-120 sec 56 noida require urgent cutting/cleaning due to
Insects and bugs, trees are full of bugs and insects due to which we are facing lot of difficulties in keeping our surroundings clean and it could be a major cause of infection too. Repeated calls made on noida authority land line number but received pathetic response.
Please look into this matter on top priority.

The only pond in village sadarpur sec-45 has dried and is now filled with garbage. The ground water level of the village is turning very low. Thus I believe this pond can also help increase the level.

please look into this matter as soon as possible.

No one is came to clean the street.
4 days old garbage is not picked.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a flat booked in Mahagun Mirabella sector 79, Noida and Mahagun is insiting me to take possession on sub-lease. I have made multiple attempts in last few months to get a reasoning on why registry cannot be done and there is no answer. They are also not willing to confirm me when registry will be done.

I would like to notify this to you as well as seek your advice on the next steps as Mahagun has completely closed all doors of communications with me and without even possession taken, they notified that the will charge CAM from 1st Dec 2020.

All communications w.r.t Mahagun can be shared if required.

Pawan Thakur, R/o C-313, Vasundhara, New Ashok Nagar, Vasundhara Enclave, East Delhi- 110096, do hereby request you again reminding for return of Rs. 1, 61, 752/- against flat No. 3D, third floor, block 13, sector- 117, Noida, which is earlier informed/requested vide letter date 09/02/21 as under.

1.That I have alloted flat No. 3D, third floor, block 13, sector- 117, Noida by this authority/your good office vide allotment letter dated Noida/Bhawan/2019/3528 and payment schedule dated 20.11.2019, total amounting Rs. 15, 42, 800/-

2. That I have duly made paymemts according to the payment schedule given by your good office on time.

3. However due to some misunderstanding, I have deposited total payment of Rs. 17, 04, 552/- instead of Rs. 15, 42, 800/-. Thus I have deposited excess amount of Rs. 1, 61, 752/- .

4. That, thereafter knowing about this discrepancies, I requested your good office for the refund of that excess amount of Rs.1, 61, 752/- deposted by me inexcess to the actual price of the flat vide letter dated 09.02.2021 but it is very much unfortunate that despite receiving my said request letter dated 09.02.21, your good office has not done anything till date for the refund of my legitimate excess amount of Rs. 1, 61, 752/- which is totally contrary to law.

5. In the above facts and circumstances, I once again remind/request you for immediate refund of my excess o amount of Rs. 1, 61, 752/- within 7 days of receipt of this reminder/request letter, failing which I shall be constraint to take appropriate legal recourse against you at your cost and you have to face the consequences thereof.

Day bay day Authority garbage van is throwing the garbage near to the sec 49 opposite kesar garden to the hindan vihar society. They will always say that they will clear that garbage but still no action is taken by anyone.
Very worse smell is coming day by day and people is also affecting a fever, sick and illness.

A masjid type structure has come up next to A 89 sector 10. And now loud speakers have also been installed on it. People gather in the structure for Namaaz. A valuable piece of land is being grabbed by some influential people under the cove of religion, if not stopped right now may become a great problem in the comming days.

The Bollywood Spice restaurant in Kanchenjunga Shopping Complex Sector 53 has blocked the corridor for movement of people & threatens if any one complains.. pl look into it & remove obstruction
