Respected sir, i live in nagla charandas phase 2 noida sec 81. mystreet light is not working since few months. most of pepole suffring due to this. so its my humble request plz resolve this.

I am a resident of F-230 Beta 2 Greater Noida. There are more than 50 stray cattle roaming only in this sector. And last evening my wife and a 3 year old daughter were attacked by one of the stray cattle.
Please take the required action to stop these cattle from creating menace in the area

I request to you please look in my problems of draining issues not clear till date i am already send the mail regarding complain few days Before (13.10.20) but as the problem not sorted till date, so i request to you please serious this matter & resolve immediately.

Sewage line is overflowing

Dear s\Madam/Sir,

I am living in a house in Sector 44 B Block next to Amity Global School.

Yesterday all night there was a throbbing noise and loud noises all trough the night. This had come on again today (Oct 16) at 6.00 p.m.

It is very bad for health and does not allow any sleep.

I am resident of Flat 95D sunshine apartment sector 99 noida. In my society electric polls are installed by Electricity department Noida Authority.
Illegal internet cables, iron boxes, router boxes, other illegal electronic equipment are installed in polls, in our roofs, walls. The polls and streets of our society are full of encroachment of internet cables.
Kindly take action to remove the encroachment done by illegal internet cables, without any permission of the authority, RWA etc.

M/S Prangan Sahkari Awas Samiti located at Sector 62, Noida has illegally extendend all the flat balconies beyond the permissible FSI. The balconies were extended without any proper structural design and is a potential safety issue.

We resident of Sector 37, ward 18, Noida (U.P). We have done a complaint to AVRWA and Noida Authority also online. They have not taken appropriate action. During the lockdown period, the ward public park has two gates were closed on this situation the ground floor flats owners have broken out one side boundary wall of a public park and made individual pathway from their flats direct to the public park and done illegal encroachment and started...

A pothole has been created after the same was excavated by noida authority staff almost a month ago to check sewer pipes,
The same needs to be covered for which several complaints have been registered but unfortunately no action has been taken till date.

Dear Sir,
The Subject Specific matter is brought for your kind attention, as it has been requested 9 times, to the Authority Complaints Cell and WA platform, from 16 8 2020 to 21 9 2020 for resolution. (with dated photo proofs)
I maintain that such matters should be sorted out at the complaint cell level but need your office help for resolution of the pending problem. The details are attaché and reproduced at the end of Request letter below.

Cause: The side drains are choked. The rainwater flows through roads to main drain. The drains pertain to municipality but are encroached by the residents with constructions, which do not allow drain clearance to the designed depth, and flow gets restricted.

Sugg Solution: Even NRWA is not able to provide solution. Municipal authority can only solve the problem with necessary actions that they know better than others.

The solution required is that the drains be cleared to designed depth, so that water may pass to its destination.

I request, kindly look in my requests / complaints as mentioned in the subject for general and specific issues (specific issue given below and attached as file), as the problem is not sorted out yet till this date. NRWA is aware of this long-standing problem also.

I shall be grateful for the solution provided at the earliest by your office.

The rain water and normal washing water is not able to pass residence A 7 drain, as the drains of A8 and A9 are not cleaned to full depth. Request made on 30 6 20 is not complied yet. Your WA message that solution has been provided is wrong. The images attached clearly explain ttha problem is yet to be resolved.

Daly water from the drain is not able to pass and seeping inside earth

Please get the drains cleared to avid water logging and mosquito nuisance.

9 – 21 09 2020 PLZ refer to complaint dated 30 6 20, and dated 23 8 20 on WA.Your information of resolving the problem on 25 08 20 and again on 30 08 20 is not correct. Please expedite. Water is not flowing ahead of my drain...please tell me where to approach for resolution of problem. The lean weather flow if not pass shall create mosquito problem. The authority should take necessary action to get the drains ahead of my residence cleaned for proper flow.

General: The drainage problem pertains to most of area in the sector 15.
Dear Sir,
As a general case, the drainage problem exists in sector drains because of the following reasons.
“the inability of drain maintenance staff in the sectors as the drains are encroached by unlawful way and as such cannot be cleaned.”
The result is financial and social loss as below:
1 – The choked drains and unlawful structures on them, allows the rainwater to flow on the roads – damaging the drains, the road and other structures which includes entry of water in houses.
2- In the non-monsoon period the restricted flow becomes the breeding platform for insects – a health issue.
3 – The maintenance staff cannot exercise the required efforts and follow the supervisory directions. As such follow up of instructions and problem resolution reporting gets disturbed without proper resolution.

I maintain that every year the order are issued, and matters are considered resolved, without resolving the issue behind.

Your orders are valuable in managing issues but the follow up is not perfect, as the root reason as mentioned above is not considered for resolution and gets lost with the rainy season, whereas the problem is an all season problem. The dignity of orders needs to be maintained.

It is a request to CEO for his notice and necessary actions.

We build house on Plot no 06 Shahdra village. round abouts of our house is logged with water. Due to which lot of mosquitoes are are there. House is geting seipages, bad smell is also there. Due to which people are getting diseses. Kindly fill the area with mud etc so that water cannot stay.

I'm a resident of E-block lane opposite to Mamta Sweets of sector 22. I live in the lane with back door of Somerville school. The road is in so much of bad condition that it's impossible to cross the lane without a car touching the road and because of the tractors and tempos that go into the chaura village from this lane due to the bad condition of the road it makes it so polluted dusty and we have to face traffic everyday in a private block of sector. Please look into this sir.

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the street light issue in housing society Assotech Windsor Court and Antrikhs Golf View areas of sector 78, NOIDA. Currently the LED streetlights has not been installed in both side of road. Hence the area is partially dark during night and hence robbery and chain snatching happen time to time.
Currently there is overhead 11 KVA electrical lines in this area. As per Noida Authority area E&M dept JE, because of this overhead electrical line, streetlight cannot be installed.
There is some unused electrical poles and line lies since May 2017 and because of this fault occurs which led to outage. These poles and lines can be removed to install streetlight in some area.
But as per are PVVNL SDO, promoter Assotech says it’s his pole and it’s removal is up to him.
We would request Noida authority to sort out these issues and request to install the LED lights. Please find attached some responses from competent authorities through LED App and twitter complaints.

This is to inform the Noida Authority, that the number of stray dogs increasing in D Block, Sector 50.Today each street has 5 to 10 dogs and this is affecting us all. My father is a senior citizen and it has become difficult for him to go on walks, moreover the barks of dogs has become a great cause of noise pollution. The dogs have even given birth to puppies resulting in multiplication of their number. Therefore I hereby request you to kindly remove the dogs from the sector and put in some animal shelter homes.

The sewar line in front of my house gets blocked.The dirty water from the gutter is overflowing out of the road due to sewage pipe blocked or hole. it is creating a pools of water, smells a lot and mosquitoes are breeding. Which is not healthful for all.

Water is overflowing from the underground drainage near our french apartment greater noida sec. 16B since last months. The issue still persist and creating issues like water pools which are smelling and mosquitos are breeding on it.

Kindly resolve the issue before people start getting sick in this already bad situation of corona.

महोदय जी अवगत कराना हैं कि सेक्टर- 151 में स्थित ग्राम - पंडितों की डेरिन कामबक्षपुर में सड़क निर्माण कार्य दो साल से बंद पड़ा हैं जिस कारण ग्राम के मल मूत्र वाला गन्दा पानी की निकासी नहीं हैं व सीवर लाईन बन्द पड़ी हैं जोकि अभी तक चालू अवस्था में नहीं हैं व खम्बो पर स्ट्रीट लाईट नहीं हैं जिसके कारण ग्राम के स्थानीय निवासियों एवम् आम जनता को काफी समस्याओं का सामना पड़ रहा हैं ग्राम की नालियों से बहने वाले मल मूत्र वाले गंदे पानी की निकासी नहीं हैं जोकि रास्तों पर खुले में बह रहा हैं जिस कारण पूरे ग्राम में मच्छर काफी अधिक हो गया है जिसके कारण डेंगू, चिकनगुनिया इत्यादि घातक बीमारियों का ग्रामवासियों को सामना करना पड़ रहा हैं नोएडा अथॉरिटी से कोई भी पूर्ण सुविधा इस ग्राम को अभी तक नहीं मिल रही हैं ग्राम के अंदर ना तो कोई फॉगिंग के लिए आता है और ना ही दवाइयों के छिड़काव के लिए आता हैं अब तो गंदगी होने के कारण ग्राम का भूमिगत पीने योग्य पानी भी दूषित होता जा रहा हैं जिस कारण ग्राम के छोटे छोटे स्कूली बच्चे एवम् वृद्ध बुजुर्ग नई नई बीमारियों से पीड़ित हो रहे हैं यहां तक की ग्राम से कोई भी कूड़ा उठाने के लिए भी अथॉरिटी से नहीं आता है इस ग्राम की स्थिति बहुत ही खराब हैं अथॉरिटी द्वारा इस गंभीर समस्या पर कोइ भी संज्ञान नहीं लिया जा रहा हैं। सत्यता की जांच कराने के लिए इस ग्राम में नोएडा अथॉरिटी चेयरमैन साहब व सी ई ओ साहब द्वारा मोके पर आकर इन गंभीर समस्याओं से भोले- भाले ग्रामवासियों की सहायता करने की कृपा करें। Mobile no- [protected]
