I have been residing in block - a, h. No - 388, sector - xu -3, greater noida.

My concern is that, the street light is not working since 3-4 months on the pole, standing in-front or near by my house. I have raised the concern many times with local authorities, who comes for light repairing purpose with truck, but they denying every time.

As the area is under developed and houses are vacant so the reptiles have been seeing around many times which creates fear in children and us, especially in rainy season (Now).

You are highly requested to get repair the street light on the pole standing in-front of my house.

I could not generate challan for deposit of my yearly instalment of my payment in respect Duplex No. 61 HD Block Sector 135. I am every day trying my best to generate the Challan but all in vain. I am resident of E-339 Sector 15 Noida.

In front of my house Sewer pit got blocked. so Sewer water is spilling out inside of house pit.

We are contacting to Authority member (Sweeper) but no response till now. It is a disaster problem of the same. it is not first time this is used to happen frequently. we have complaint many times but responded on the same issue.

so it is request you kindly make an arrange to open the blockage of pit as well line on priority as the water spilling is now start inside o my house.

Request you to please do this as soon as possible.

I have applied for functional certficate online at noida authority portal for my office unit no 611, 6th Floor, Tower-A, Corpoarte Park, Sector -142, Noida. The request no was 115199 dated 13th July. Request was rejected asking for a penalty of Rs 91, 686/- plus gst. I have started my office in August 2017 within the required timeframe. I have all the documents like registration from labour department, UP, Bank account details, electricity...

Main sewage out side c-79, sector-10 is blocked.

At the time of raining water is not getting clear and pushing back into factory which is destroying the goods and creating problems in working and making hygiene problems.

We are resident of t-56 sector 12 living on the first floor of the house, my father lives with my bother's family on the ground floor they have been entertaining stray dogs inside the house premises from quite some time now and the stray dogs have started to litter and urinate inside the house especially in our pathway to our floor in this covid situation i am very fearsome for my family of 4.

We have no issue till the time they sanitize and vaccinate the dogs and take full responsibility of all the litter and urination by them in the house premises

As the dogs are stray their are high chances that they are caring various viruses and diseases

As my father is really old and he is also not able to make my bother's family understand all these things and also i don't want to get into any type of argument with them i would like to inform and seek help from concerned authorities to come in and do the needful.

I have such complain regarding the safai karamchari.in my locality he wants to bribe for daily. I already know the salary of these employee is paid by the govt, in time. And he also abuse and say you are not allowed to litter in the vehicle. I am sharing you to vehicle no. Up 16 gt 8826. Tata 407 vehicle.
Please take necessary action regarding the above complain.

I want to draw your attention towards a big issue in Sector 12 z block that's off house which are extended ans because of which the drainage system is been blocked causing the water to stay at one place and not able to move out through drainage system this is a major problem during the rainy season and people who haven't extended or haven't built there house to protect from water getting inside there houses have to pay a huge cost they have to always stay alert during the rain and have to move everything according to that i would like to make a request that you should please look into this concern.

We draw indecent & unhealthy behavior by your respected health staff bala & jeet, in charge of cleaning our service road opposite b-35, sector 5, noida - 201301, due to our non payment of their regular demands to pay monthly, to clean our place.
We hope the noida authority pays them decently & do not under stand their asking monthly money from all the units here. Anyone who does not pay has to suffer at their hands as they dump all waste at those gates creating unhealthy hygiene.
Sir, its a request, this should be stopped by all means. Hoping for an early suitable action and direction to the concerned people. And also believing that god given them sense to not indulge in such practices.

In this area in every rainwater pool at a7 for hours after rain is over and then seeps or drain down. This is because the drains are non-functional. The condition prevails for last several years and water enters the floor of the house some tomes. Request to bring the drainage in functional stage

Somebody visited, but problem not solved.

I have been asked to pay 4224.00 for the water consumption till 31/03/2021 .

May I request you to malign this anomaly at the earliest to complete payment for revised water Bill

I am leaving in gali no-3, chalera, near sun bridge school, sector-44, noida, gatum buddha nagar, 201301.in my colony someone open our colony sewage and drain cow dung from that sewage. He openes a dairy farm in residence society and drain all cow dung in that sewage. Because of that sewage has been blocked and that can effects health of our colony members. Due to that cow dung there are so many mosquitoes that is not good for in this pandemic situation for everyone health.
Kindly help us on this as soon as possible.

I am a flat owner of flat no. Victoria b001 in omaxe grand sector 93 b noida.
The rwa demanded rs 22000 for paint and repair of common areas of the society. I paid rs 10139 on1th march 2019. The work done was of the poorest quality and i denied for paying the balance amount unless it is rectified. Numerous mails were sent and i met in person but no action was taken.
Today the rwa focefully stopped the entry of my new tenants and demanded money. They did not follow the rules o[censored]p apartment act 2010.
It is extorsion of money and tends to be refunded

We have booked flat in april 2019 and flat was supposed to be delivered in aug 2019 but they took benefit of rera 6 month extension and delayed flat. After paying stampduty and no dues cleared complete payment is done and still they are not ready to handover flat. They don't have any timeline....

Complaint regarding no action taken in water bill correction of b 358 sector 105 noida even after so many reminders to noida jul. Details is given bellow.

This reference to the water bill raised for my connection number 10501066 of house no b358 sect 105.
1) i have already paid rs 8928 amount on 11/04/2018 vide chalan no 636007 thru icici bank which includes charges for year[protected]x12) chalan image enclosed here...

They have incroched the builders area, I guess the builder is involved.. but what is more important is that they have constructed on area that have been designated for fire fighting area.
Please look into the matter.
As it is a matter of safety of 100 families.
I must tell you previously also this kind of activities have been done but have been deconstructed..
So kindly looking forward for action taken.
