Sir,
I reside in the private builder’s housing scheme called paramount floraville in sector 137, noida.
I was handed over possession of the apartment in 2017 and all my dues and payments for services, maintenance and full costs of the building were duly paid before taking possession.
The installation and subscription charges for indraprastha gas connection were also collected by the builder from me, but in turn, they have not yet paid the costs for the domestic gas connection for my apartment to the igl company and i am still waiting without a domestic gas connection. I have physically moved to the apartment in may this year and since then i have been requesting and following up with the builder to help me with their payment to igl..
Despite repeated follow up all i am told by the site office staff is that their head office has been told to help in this regard but they are not making the payment to igl for the connection.
You will kindly appreciate sir, that without a gas connection i am unable to run my kitchen and have been spending enormous amounts out of my savings to purchase precooked meal deliveries at my apartment.
Every time i call i the paramount sight office i am told to wait till the head office releases payment for my connection. I am utterly frustrated and request for your indulgence in this matter.
I shall be ever so grateful for your kind action in this matter.

Sir,
I am kaushal kaushik from salarpur noida.
Actually not noida i am saying that bcz. If you saw streets from your own eyes, in 2019 authority used kharanja or bricks road in salarpur. And salarpur is just 0 m distance from noida sec 81 metro station and 1 km from world's largest mobile factory called samsung.
So i hope this complaint will reach at right hands who can take action whatever needed.

Sir, i live in 240, sector 28, near sector 28 park. We are facing a problem because of a stray dog who has already bitten some people and is trying to bite everyone near him, dog tried to bite me as well but because of my jeans his teeth didn't reach my leg and that dog also has bitten my uncle before. Please do something for this. It's a request please look on this matter asap.

Outside of flat no 109A and 110A, block A sector 27, on street sewer manhole is full and choked, please get it clean it. my house bathroom and kitchen water not sink properly due to sewer chock, hence lot of water is wasted to clean bathroom to flash again and again, it was chocked many times in the past, please provide permanent solution if possible. thankyou

This is omkar from sector 44 gali no 3, there are lots of stray dogs in this area always disturbs the public while walking on the road and starts barking after 10 pm and day time also, when people walking on the road it always follows the people and i experienced very well."when i was walking on the road black dog barks and started following me.. I justly excaped from the dog!!! So, please solve this issue as soon as possible"

People around d43, sector 56 are in real danger, there are 5 dogs they attack every walking person, please help sir, they attack on slow bikes, they attack on childrens. Please help sir, they attack on every second person, i m not going for walks due to these dogs, these dogs are very very dangerous, they are evil not like good dogs, the attack everyone, last night they attacked on a old mad, last week they bite a child.

Pfa pictures of some of the kaladham complex. Grass/hedge not cut by the contractor from the last one & half month. Also the tree plantation done last year were watered only one or two times throughput the year. What is the point in planting the tree when no water etc. Is given. The trees already planted in the complex 10/12 years back are also not being taken care on regular basis. Kindly see and get the needful at the earliest.

There are stray dogs roaming in the 5th avenue of gaur city-1 and city plaza market in front of 5th avenue gc-5. These have turned very dangerous these days and attacked many children in past few days. There could be a big accident anytime as these dogs are more in numbers.
Requesting authority to remove these asap from inside society of 5th avenue and city plaza market.

Rodi is lying in front of house no d173 for past 3 months, contactor has left the rodi unattended after the park work., there is cleanliness issue, as of swatch bharat abhiyan, people face difficulty while parking there vehicles.

In rains, water logging problem and insects in that area is a major problem, it may actually cause diseases., looking forward to get it resolved asap

I am a resident of sector 116 in sk block here there are 2 mix breed dogs in my society. those are very dangerous many time they try to bite me and many time they had brutally Bitten my dogs in front of my house it's getting very dangerous day by day last time dog catcher team came to the society and i told them about the dogs even show them but they didn't did anything few nights before they cut my dogs very badly and it recorded in my cctv camera these dogs are getting very dangerous day by day

Sir, there is a blockage of sewer due to the roots of the tree in front of my house. Which is causing smelly atmosphere and people living nearby difficult to walk in the lane as the black water is back flowing into the street and house.
So, i request you to take an action as early as possible.

Dear sir,
I am resident of a-128 swarn nagar, greater noida.
In front of my house sewarage pit got blocked. So sewarage water is spilling out inside of house pit.

So it is request you kindly make an arrange to open the blockage of pit as well line on priority as the water spilling is now start inside o my house.

Dear all,

I want to inform you that the drainage and the sewage system is blocked in sector 22 noida village raghunathpur opposite c block community centre. i have complain many time to sweeper and there office but they are not giving permanent solution. because the road is lower side from drain every morning and evening time the waste water come out on the road from drain. we are unable to come out kindly do something needful.

This is to inform you that horticulture department is not doing thier duty well.
My friend got head injury with the bended tree for months in central park sector 119 noida, there were no attention given even many persons given complaint on citizen charter app. Also the vendor who might be adding cleaning and cutting duty has not done anything so far. Now the tree got cut with special request done na. But already he got few stitches...

I live in sector-46 a block and here are multiple dogs in my area. It’s very scary to 15 20 dogs together in a group. We cannot go out of our house to walk and even to take something on gate if someone comes. We are not safe in our own area and we cannot even roam in our own area. I request the department to work out in this issue and resolve this dog problem in sector 46 a block as soon as you can. Mainly the lane of a1 to a36...

I would like to submit my concern regarding the dogs found in front of logix park in noida. It appears that the dogs keep surrounding the logix park building and are a root cause of disturbance and can bite anyone at anytime. Kindly pick the dogs from their as they are reproducing more and spreading trauma whenever anyone steps out with food or alone.

There are lot of stray dogs in our society, palm olympia, greater noida, they are very dangerous and have attempted to harm and bite many children and even ladies. They are a real threat to all residents, kindly help us

I have been alloted one plot in zeta-2 greater noida by greater noida authority in 2010-11.
I have paid all payments/ dues to the abovesaid authority in time.
But as a shock i got to know that the authority has cancelled the scheme and planning to refund the deposit amount to the allotee.
I waited nine long years getting a plot therein.
It would be so kind of you if donot cancell the scheme or give the plot somewhere in greater noida.

नोएडा A36 सेक्टर 62 के पास A37/38 पर कुछ सफाई कर्मी रोज सुबह दूर से कूड़ा लाकर हमारे भारतीय पर्यटन व यात्रा प्रबंध संस्थान के पास इकट्ठा कर रहे है, जो सड़न के के बाद बदबू फैलाता है। पास में ही हमारे संस्थान के छात्रावास है जिससे छात्रों के स्वास्थ को खतरा है।

अतः निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त जगह के कूड़े की सफ़ाई करवाई जाय, व इन सफाई कर्मियों द्वारा कूड़ा फेकने में रोक लगाई जाए ताकि छात्रों में किसी तरह की बीमारी ना फैले।
