Dear complaint officer,
This is ashish kumar, resident of c-499, beta-1 greater noida. I have complaint against my neighbor next door and behind my home had done illegal constructions which is covering my home.

I have complaint 5-10 times in last 4 years, visit was done by engineer multiple times but no action has been done.

Air circulation in my house has been totally stopped causing my old parents mother and father heart and breathing problem in last few years.

Please do take immediate action and remove the illegal construction or i need to go to consumer forum with the claim of 10 cr inr as it has impacted my mother health.

I'm complaining about the vacant plots in sector-43, noida near overhead water tank which are currently using as dump ground for house hold waste, construction waste, etc.
It's a completely mess around there with bushes, a mini forest is ready there so i'm requesting to look into this matter before it get worse.

My company rangs technologies india limited was allotted about 12500 sq. Mtrs of industrial land in year 2000. Despite taking instalments, no plot was identified, possession given, instead interest charged. Writ filed in allahabad high court in 2005, decided in 2009 in our favour, no execution by authority for 5 years till 2014.in 2014, huge demands of balance land premium demand n paid. Huge lease deed penalty and non functional penalty illegally imposed without execution of lease deed and possession of plot and recovered. Still no lease deed executed.in the meanwhile about 50 request letters were written by us for execution of lease deed from manager, gm, dceo, ceo, chairman, chief minister and no action taken, instead authority sought to levy another penalty of app. 26 lacs as lease deed penalty. Authority never appreciated that we have been running from pillar to post in last 17 years requesting for execution of lease deed and possession of plot to start business. We even purchased stamp papers for lease deed as suggested two year back, still no lease deed. Ceo, an ias officer hot headed not prepared to listen and go into merit of case and instead blaming us for delay of 17 years. Shall there be an end to the agony of this senior citizen of 73 years old. Shall the hon'ble honest chief minister yogi will listen to my plight.

I booked flat from mahagun builder in nov 2014 under subvention scheme. Builder 90% payment at the time of booking and remaining payment made in march 2017. My issues are as follows:

1) while booking and till possesion letter the layout was different and during possesion letter they are forced to sign the document that they have build 2 more floors.

2) they took the entire amount of 65 lakhs and didn't informed that if property cost is more than 50 lakhs then 1 % of total amount has to be deposited by buyer as tds. They took entire amount and not informed. Now when i followed up for registry they said tds certificate not provided by me and when i try to clarified the same they said we will refund your money and this is basic information buyer should know?? My question if buyer is not aware then it should be their duty and why they took the enitre money? Who will bear the late fees interest? Now i am following up for my refund money and since last 40 days they are not reverting.

I have send many mails/calls and visit to their office but no one is listening.

Request your intervention and take action against such fraud buyers.

With reference to the handover of independent house at pocket a, sector 3, greater noida (West), i would like to draw your attention to the extreme delay in handover along with the non cooperative behavior of the concerned builder and his staff/supervisor.in this subject, i, the house owner of house no. 655-a have been the victim to the misbehavior and non interest of the builder and his subordinates towards the handover process. I applied for the handover about 4 months ago and till date the house has not been handed over to me. Besides, the builder along with the sub staff is pressurizing us to accept the handover without completion of necessary construction at the house. The plumbing work along with all the leakages and improper fittings were resolved by our own plumber (Plumber paid by me). Even the supervisor, in the beginning, refused to provide us with all the necessary fittings to which we confirmed from the other owners, who have been handed over with their house, and authority supervisors about the fittings to be provided at the time of handover. The stone fixed on the kitchen slab was found broken, for which we requested the builder supervisor to change it, but he rejected. We then got it fixed by getting our own piece of stone (Stone cost paid by me). The tiles fixed inside the house are in small pieces rather than being the whole tiles. The builder (Lalchand) supervisor, mr. Gautam, from the beginning has been showing a rude behavior towards us and now has started using abusive language too. The use of such dirty and abusive language with the house owner has bound us to complaint against the abovementioned. Such similar problems have been highly disheartening and dissatisfying in taking the handover of the house. The series of problems that i have been facing has not only frustrated me, but has also bound me to do the needful correspondence to your office and the higher authorities.
Also, refer to your office letter no. Project/work-circle iv/2017/464 dated 12.06.2017, wherein the owners were asked to take the handover as soon as possible.in this connection we, the owners, paying huge amounts of loan emi for the house, are eager to shift in our own house at sector-3, but only when the greater noida authority provides all the welfare provisions and facilities to the residents.
Thus, i request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, as not only me, but the other house owners are also facing the same series of problems in getting the house handover. A positive response on abovementioned problems is eagerly awaited from your end.

On (Aug 2014) i entered into a contract with amrapali group to buy a 2bhk flat in amrapali riverview greater noida west.
Unfortunately, the construction work has been stopped because o[censored]nknown reason.
I would appreciate it if you could instruct the builder to complete the project on time. I look forward to you intervention, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through the gna.

Dear sir.in kherli dankaur rly station drain work going on but sir there is many problems are generate because the contractor not work properly, he does not use good kind of material like cement, iron, other material which is used in it. On last day little down pour fallen, then the drain is totally fall i send u some images plz just chk it. I request to you to check the whole problem and solve it immidetely many problem face it plz send me feed back also.

Too many stray dogs in b block sector 47, it becomes difficult to walk as they keep on chasing you all the time and even attack you when you have bags or eating items in your hand.
Request the team to take immediate action so that we get back the peace in the sector like we used to have few months back.
Quick action in this regard would be appreciated.

There are many stray dogs in my society, prateek laurel, sector 120, noida. Every day some residents (Mostly ladies, children and sr. Citizen) are attacked by stray dogs and get injured. There are 10-12 stray dogs inside premises and these number are increasing day by day because there are some dog lovers (Living in society) used to feed them, play with them and even they used to give access to other stray dogs to come inside society. They even object if any body want to deal with these dogs strictly and intimidate for filing fir complain against us. Residents have started feared during walking inside premises in morning and walking. We have also written letters to noida authority but no action is being taken. Please do the needful so that we can get rid of these dangerous dogs and allow people to walk safely inside the premises.

I m a resident of k-20 sector 12 noida. As u also know that there is many problems of water logging in our city. I want to say u that raining season going on, many people can't live bcs of heaven of mosquito near there house due to water logging.
Last year new drain n road side stone work in our block but contractor use bed materials, drain not in work.
Concluding that plz take action towards this problem and plz don't reject this complait bcs this can safe many life of poor/rich people.

Dear sir in our sector P3 at house no C-308 water line is leaking last 3 days
we complaint to related team but the vendor says to me and our RWA team that we can not fix this problem because our payment is pending on Authority. so please tell us what we can do for this if Authority can not solve the leakage problem then tell us. we will tell this problem to related officer or Honorable CM o[censored]P....

This is a fake website.
After getting the issues, somebody would call u from anynomous mobile numbers and ask you about your bank details.
Please be careful and dont provide any details to. These people.
I have launched a complaint for them but they may develop more of such websites to misguide the normal person.
I am going to put the msg on social media also.
They do no t have any office or phone numbers.
The address they have provided is a fake one.

I have applied for png connection with igl in nov-2016. The amount of 6000/= was received by igl in the month of dec-2016 and was shared with bp no [protected]. But despite my repeated complains, the igl customer and its control room in greater noida continued to ignore it without any explanation.

Please help me in having the amount refunded with prevailing interest for the period they help the money on hold..

We are facing severe drain water ingress issue in C-Block sec 31, Noida. Sewage mixed dirty water is flowing in rain water drains inside the block from the drain flowing astride Ashok Marg. The water is back traversing inside C-Block near Saraswati Balika Vidyalaya causing stench and unhygienic condition which may lead to breading ground for mosquitoes and causing several health issues. This issue had occurred in past as well but was rectified by authority. kindly get issues resolved ASAP...Thanking in anticipation.

I purchased my car on 23rd march 2017 from nirmal hyundai noida and i haven't received my car rc yet. I filed a complaint in their department and also in hyundai india but i am receiving no response/ update. After 2 months my car temporary registration has expired and i can't run this car any longer. Nirmal hyundai noida haven't provided my car rc yet and my money has been wasted. Please take any serious action against nirmal hyundai.

But no construction is going on last 1year.

I am a defence officer and i have booked a flat Amrapali Golf Homes. The builder has already taken 22 lakh and there is no hope for getting the flat in near future even the tower structure is complete. I had to repay the home loan amount through my meager savings in provident fund to escape EMIs. Please help to get the flat from Amrapali. The builder keeps changing statements and it seems that he has siphoned away the hard earned money of thousands of middle class people without any interference by NODA authority which reeks of corruption at the highest levels. The sufferers are poor middle class people like us.

We live in Gaur Grandeur, Sector 119. The light in park besides our society has not been working since last month, we have filed complaints several times. But they just fix it temporarily and it breaks again the next day... We only get time little late in the evening, but it dark and we can't visit without lights working...

Also when it worked few months ago only 2 out of 8 lights were working.
We request you to do a permanent fix, possibly for all lights.
