A Upadhyay r/o JalVayu Vihar, I am writing this post to draw your kind attention towards serious issue and if it is not resolve this stage it would be harmful to someone life as there are no working street lights around the JalVayu Vihar society especially nearby the front gate, in the evening it is very difficult to walk around the society because of the darkness and for the safety concern women afraid to go outside the society as cabs are roaming and lots of darkness.
Therefore I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible for the interest of people.

Dear Sir,

This complaint is regarding the status of broken road in sector 45 Noida (the road in front of Amrapali Sapphire society). The whole stretch of road was demolished more than a month ago by the Noida authority but the construction work has not started for laying the road. The condition is very bad with several potholes on the road. It gets very difficult to get public transport because of the bad condition of road and it is severe problem for the pedestrians. Severe health problems are arising due to the dust generated by movement of vehicles on this road as it is unpaved. There are several residential areas around this area. Please look into the matter as soon as possible as it can be a severe health hazard in future and get it resolved.

We live in Noida sector 61.there is a constant nuisance and menace created by 5-6stray dogs in our block. They keep barking day and through the wee hours of night. They attack vegetable vendors, courier Wales and even the local residents including children. They entire the houses and strawberry all the garbage and dragging it all the way to the main road through the house entrance. We request you to please take these dogs either to a rescue home or a dog shelter as the day by day they scare the children and even guests who come to visit us.

This is a complaint regarding throwing of garbage near our society i.e Unitech Heights Sector chi 03.some trucks come and throw their garbage there.Now it become resident of many diseases...chicken gunhia, malaria, dengue.we need healthy n neat environment and for that we need your help.
Pls help us in keeping our society neat and clean.Hope you will take severe steps as soon as possible.

I, Amit Kumar, resident of Begusarai, Bihar is an IOCL employee and presently posted in Panipat Petrochemical Marketting.
I had booked flat in October, 2010 in Amrapali La Residentia at plot no – GH06A, Tech Zone 4, Greater Noida, UP. In this regard, an agreement between me, Amit Kumar and Amrapali La Residentia was done on 20.04.2011 .
Later on constructions of all projects in Greater Noida were stayed by Allahabad High Court due to pettion filed by local farmers’ demand of compensation. Construction activities of the project were re-started after issue of letter by GNIDA (GN/Builders/2012/352) dated 21/09/2012. During that period, I had not paid further instalments. But, once project became bankable, I had paid all instalments as per agreement till possession. No interest on delayed payment was claimed by developer at that time. When I contacted builder for handing over of flat, I was asked to pay an interest of Rs 90, 336 for delayed payment and a demand draft of Rs 50, 500(now Rs 75000.00) in the name of Greater Noida Authority for compensation under Pratikar through a demand letter dated 30.11.2015. In this regard, I had mailed to Chairman of G Noida, but I have got no response.
I had urged the developer to compensate interest due to delay in project by more than a year and to provide supportive document issued by Greater Noida Authority in which we buyers had been instructed to pay directly in the name of Authority. But, despite of follow ups and personal meetings with developers’ with officials there, my flat has not been finished and handed over to me.
Request you respectfully to intervene for
(i) To save the buyers like me of Amrapali La Residentia from its unlawful demand.
(ii) To handing over flats who had paid all instalments as per agreement.

Receipt is with us . We have talked to Mr Narender Supervisor authority mob No-[protected], and Mr Babu Ram Supervisor Mob No-[protected],

Several times we have talked to above but result is nil.

This is to inform Galaxy builder is offering possession to their customer without developing basic amenities like, car parking, security system, recreational amenities. I believe they have not received completion certificate from authority even though they are offering possession. We can understand the cause of this act as they know more delay would cause more penalty. But when construction is still going on at site area at every corner, how it could be possible to live there in such atmosphere where you need to live with dust all the time.And work in progress is very slow, they are not bothering to complete basic amenities. Any person can visit there at any corner of the society, there is no security system.3-4 families has taken possession there but they have the same complaint.

This is my request to look into the matter and instruct builder to ready basic amenities and security system and then only to offer the possession.

I am leaving in h. N. Sb - 221, ntpc anandham society greater noida. Nearby my house there are lots of grass & garbage so that the insects are over there.

I have already informed to rwa but the refuse my complaint.

I want to do cleaning of nearby my house (As under swachh bharat abhiyan) so please help me out.

We are facing severe water draining issue near CPRI sec 62 noida. Sewage dirty water is overflowing on roads from last 2 months and causing cockroches and mosquitos. It's very very unhygenic and causing several health issues.Sewage water is badly overflowing on roads in front of CPRI and father agnel school sec 62 noida. After so many complants no body is taking any action.kindly get draining issues resolved ASAP.

Sir, I am a alotte of above scheme, when flat will be delivered. not any news its about 7 years now. Have authority sent any mail/letter/notification due to delay.

Its too late, we are continuously depositing installments. Whether construction has been completed and any time declared for possession.

I am a resident of B-Block, Sector 46, Noida. The stray dog menace is a real problem in this block. They often keep on roaming in park and lanes behind the HDFC bank in sector 46. Often children, workers and other people have been bitten by these stray dogs. Due to fear of these stray dogs, people cant even walk in lanes in front of houses.Kindly look into the matter urgently.

This is to bring in your knowledge that owner of the shop No-21 at Kanchunjunga market Sector 53 Noida Satyapal yadav has illegally dugged basement and Encroached 10 times the size of his actual shop. He has also encroached the front area of the shop illegally. He Had dugged the basement of common pasaage as well as common area to be used by the other shop owners. Satyapal yadav is a Property Dealer. He is holding a position of Zila secretary (Noida) in ruling "SAMAJWADI PARTY." He is misusing his position and taking undue advantage of his position and his political links. I hereby request you to look into the matter and take a strict action against the culprit Satyapal Yadav

Re. Arbitrary demand of Rs. 2678662/- vide letter dated 20.10.16 as additional lease deed penalty without giving any detailed calculation. Plot allotted on 10.5.2000 measuring 12496.87 sq. mtrs. Actual plot identified and lease plan given on 6.10.03 with interest. A writ petition no. 28758 of 2005 filed with hon'ble Allahabad High Court decided on 16.11.2009.Execution of lease deed in accordance with court order asked vide letters dated 22.09.2010, 06.12.10, 15.3.11, 28.3.11, 26.9.11, 30.11.11, 9.3.12, 28.5.12, 31.5.12, 3.7.12, 17.8.12 but none responded and Court order not executed. First time on 23.01.14, a demand of Rs. 80, 48, 409/- as balance land premium and late fee, Rs. 17, 62, 278/-as Lease Deed Penalty, Rs. 704911/- as Functional Penalty without providing any kind of details thereof. However the same were promptly deposited despite of the fact that without execution of lease deed as prayed in several letters and physical possession of plot, how lease deed penalty and non functional penalty could be imposed. Allottee has been consistantly chasing Authority for execution of lease deed from the day of hon'ble High Court Order but Authority failed.A further demand of Rs. 176500/- raised for Lease rent which was promptly deposited. Still no no dues certificate issued nor action taken for execution of lease deed despite our further letters dated 15.09.14, 22.09.14, 23.09.14, 15.10.14, 19.01.15, 21.01.15. We were advised to purchase stamp papers worth Rs. 650000/- for lease deed which were purchased on 04.01.2016, even after that deed was not executed. The Authority confirmed to the State Secretary Mr. Parth Sarthi Sen Sharma having received full payments. Now all of sudden another demand of Rs. 26, 78, 662/- has been raised as some additional lease deed penalty without any detail. We are intentionally being harrased by the authority employees for the last 16 years despite our constant follow up and prompt compliance for some obvious reasons. I am a senior citizen aged 72 years suffering from many ailments. Kindly help. B.L.Aggarwal

There is lot of Garbage in sector Omega Greater Noida Green market - in front of Yatharth Wellness hospital.
The area smells foul. It is mainly due to eateries who dispose their waste in open.

Yamuna Expressway Authority office is also situated in same market but top officials are also not paying any attention this proble, leave apart Modi's Swach Bharat Abhiyaan.

Request Greater Noida Authority to take appropriate steps to curb this garbage menace.

In the sector 36 (Rho-1) of Greater Noida, near Nursery school- WONDER KIDZ,
the sweepers of the authority are regularly collecting sector garbage near the nursery school boundary. Its a big heap regularly. Is this place ment for garbage storage by greater noida authority ? I think, NO. Please ask sweepers to remove this heap of garbage from there and in future not to make this place as garbage dump.
Little children of the nursery school can be infected from the garbage and fall it.

I booked my flat with amrapali golf homes at greater noida west sector 4. They committed to give possession by 2015 and then subsequently revised to jan 2016. Looking at the present progress it is miserable and no prediction can be made. I sent more than 10 reminders to amrapali authorities but they did not bother to
Respond even one mail. I am working with goi and staying in rental accommodation. I have taken loan from hdfc to buy this flat and paying huge emi. Also norm getting any tax rebate because of no possession.
I asked for compensation and atleast to pay my emi and rent, but no response.
Hope to get some positive response from this authority

We have been in touch with your executive Mr. Dhoop Singh since 6 months to purchase 4 BHK flat in Gaur Atulyam in Greater Noida.

We had finally closed deal at Rs. 4250000 (documents attached) on 8 Sep, 2016 with 2 Car Parking. The flat allotted was in Tower A (Flat no. 2007).

Then on 10 Sep, 2016 Mr. Dhoop Singh called us to inform to pay additional Rs. 47000 as he was unable to login the file.

As we were out of station we could not come down that time. Today when we went to your site to close revised deal we were told to pay Rs. 4375000 by your executive Mr. Ravi. He told us that Mr. Singh had done wrong calculation.

We find this completely atrocious and not befitting a builder of your repute. We had huge trust in Gaursons as my husband and myself are both Bankers specializing in Housing Loan.

We will never be able to recommend your project to any consumer if our faith is not restored.

Pls look into this issue asap.

Dear sir due to sewage blockage there was dirtyness and infection for the sewage blockage. I am written application submit last monday but there is no responce and i am visit there office seating officer says my job only submit application not a take dission. He advice to go ceo on monday. I. Builder`s intent from start – (A) when he pre-launched then booking amount was 4 lac, later later he said it is 8 lac. Intention was to extract more money.(B)at the time of launch he changed the payment plan and size, again intention was to extract more money.(C) about 5% work done in 4 years against total amount 48.117 % paid. Again builder pressurized to submit money against demand process by him.
Ii. 8, 00000 rs collected by builder up to july 2012 but agreement made after one year in 10.8.2013, this period not counted for delivery period resulting losses me.
Iii. My tower no changed by builder from – t-4/a-601 to – t-3/a-601 vide l.N51.801/t-4/a-601/2013 dt 26.11.13. Why?
Iv. In payment schedule water arrangement & electricity arrangement not included only % of payment collection is showing but percentage of construction and respectively time is not showing which is not justified. In my opinion builder`s intention is not build flats.

In this regard i want to justice from violation of laid down rules by builder.
