Its too late, we are continuously depositing installments. Whether construction has been completed and any time declared for possession.

I am a resident of B-Block, Sector 46, Noida. The stray dog menace is a real problem in this block. They often keep on roaming in park and lanes behind the HDFC bank in sector 46. Often children, workers and other people have been bitten by these stray dogs. Due to fear of these stray dogs, people cant even walk in lanes in front of houses.Kindly look into the matter urgently.

This is to bring in your knowledge that owner of the shop No-21 at Kanchunjunga market Sector 53 Noida Satyapal yadav has illegally dugged basement and Encroached 10 times the size of his actual shop. He has also encroached the front area of the shop illegally. He Had dugged the basement of common pasaage as well as common area to be used by the other shop owners. Satyapal yadav is a Property Dealer. He is holding a position of Zila secretary (Noida) in ruling "SAMAJWADI PARTY." He is misusing his position and taking undue advantage of his position and his political links. I have been residing in Block -C, H. No - 125, Sector - XU -1, Greater Noida.

My Concern is that, no street light available on the pole standing in-front or near by my house.

As the area is under developed and houses are vacant so the reptiles have been seeing around many times which creates fear in children and us, especially in winter season (Now) whereas lots of fog and darkness.br...

Re. Arbitrary demand of Rs. 2678662/- vide letter dated 20.10.16 as additional lease deed penalty without giving any detailed calculation. Plot allotted on 10.5.2000 measuring 12496.87 sq. mtrs. Actual plot identified and lease plan given on 6.10.03 with interest. A writ petition no. 28758 of 2005 filed with hon'ble Allahabad High Court decided on 16.11.2009.Execution of lease deed in accordance with court order asked vide letters dated 22.09.2010, 06.12.10, 15.3.11, 28.3.11, 26.9.11, 30.11.11, 9.3.12, 28.5.12, 31.5.12, 3.7.12, 17.8.12 but none responded and Court order not executed. First time on 23.01.14, a demand of Rs. 80, 48, 409/- as balance land premium and late fee, Rs. 17, 62, 278/-as Lease Deed Penalty, Rs. 704911/- as Functional Penalty without providing any kind of details thereof. However the same were promptly deposited despite of the fact that without execution of lease deed as prayed in several letters and physical possession of plot, how lease deed penalty and non functional penalty could be imposed. Allottee has been consistantly chasing Authority for execution of lease deed from the day of hon'ble High Court Order but Authority failed.A further demand of Rs. 176500/- raised for Lease rent which was promptly deposited. Still no no dues certificate issued nor action taken for execution of lease deed despite our further letters dated 15.09.14, 22.09.14, 23.09.14, 15.10.14, 19.01.15, 21.01.15. We were advised to purchase stamp papers worth Rs. 650000/- for lease deed which were purchased on 04.01.2016, even after that deed was not executed. The Authority confirmed to the State Secretary Mr. Parth Sarthi Sen Sharma having received full payments. Now all of sudden another demand of Rs. 26, 78, 662/- has been raised as some additional lease deed penalty without any detail. We are intentionally being harrased by the authority employees for the last 16 years despite our constant follow up and prompt compliance for some obvious reasons. There is lot of Garbage in sector Omega Greater Noida Green market - in front of Yatharth Wellness hospital.
The area smells foul. It is mainly due to eateries who dispose their waste in open.

Yamuna Expressway Authority office is also situated in same market but top officials are also not paying any attention this proble, leave apart Modi's Swach Bharat Abhiyaan.

Request Greater Noida Authority to take appropriate steps to curb this garbage menace.

In the sector 36 (Rho-1) of Greater Noida, near Nursery school- WONDER KIDZ,
the sweepers of the authority are regularly collecting sector garbage near the nursery school boundary. Its a big heap regularly. Is this place ment for garbage storage by greater noida authority ? I think, NO. Please ask sweepers to remove this heap of garbage from there and in future not to make this place as garbage dump.
Little children of the nursery school can be infected from the garbage and fall it.

I booked my flat with amrapali golf homes at greater noida west sector 4. They committed to give possession by 2015 and then subsequently revised to jan 2016. Looking at the present progress it is miserable and no prediction can be made. I sent more than 10 reminders to amrapali authorities but they did not bother to
Respond even one mail. I am working with goi and staying in rental accommodation. I have taken loan from hdfc to buy this flat and paying huge emi. Also norm getting any tax rebate because of no possession.
I asked for compensation and atleast to pay my emi and rent, but no response.
Hope to get some positive response from this authority

We have been in touch with your executive Mr. Dhoop Singh since 6 months to purchase 4 BHK flat in Gaur Atulyam in Greater Noida.

We had finally closed deal at Rs. 4250000 (documents attached) on 8 Sep, 2016 with 2 Car Parking. The flat allotted was in Tower A (Flat no. 2007).

Then on 10 Sep, 2016 Mr. Dhoop Singh called us to inform to pay additional Rs. 47000 as he was unable to login the file.

As we were out of station we could not come down that time. Today when we went to your site to close revised deal we were told to pay Rs. 4375000 by your executive Mr. Ravi. He told us that Mr. Singh had done wrong calculation.

We find this completely atrocious and not befitting a builder of your repute. We had huge trust in Gaursons as my husband and myself are both Bankers specializing in Housing Loan.

We will never be able to recommend your project to any consumer if our faith is not restored.

Pls look into this issue asap.

We have shifted from delhi to noida sec-31, a-214 last month. We are facing lot of problem there:
1. I got the drain cleaned and fixed tiles in front of my house of my own cost. Last month jcb from noida authority damages the whole drain and the sewerage manhole and promised to get repair within one or two days. Till date nobody has turned up and sever is orflowing and there is no outflow of drain creating a breeding...

Dear sir due to sewage blockage there was dirtyness and infection for the sewage blockage. I am written application submit last monday but there is no responce and i am visit there office seating officer says my job only submit application not a take dission. He advice to go ceo on monday. If this type of work no one happy for this sir please solve the issue urgent basis ... i am wait for the same

Sub-lease deed pronounced:

Started demolishing, i reported the matter in writing immediately to kvaoa office to come & do something. But kvaoa officials did not respond. Hence, the inmate of b-566 not only comfortably demolished base wall but also opened an outdoor & kept about 40-plant-pots all around to encroach entire common space meant for parking of vehicles. This is blatantly illegal.
A passive or even tolerant attitude of kvaoa and the ceo, noida authority on this, encouraged other ground floor allottees as well for such unlawful demolitions and encroachment leaving no place for convenient parking of vehicles among blocks (Acknowledgment no.[protected], no.[protected], no.[protected] refers) so, onus rests with them of panic in upper floor inmate for untoward incidence caused, if any, due to this manmade earthquake hazard.

In Block A Sec 122 Noida there are about 100 plots which are vacant.Bushes and shrubs have grown in these plots and many a times snakes and other rodents have been spotted.These plots are also used by labourers for defecation.Garbage and malba is also lying there.Mosquito breeding is also very common which poses a great threat of vector borne and other diseases. The electric poles on the streets have been removed by someone and there is darkness at night and many theft cases have been reported from here. So you are requested to take appropriate measures to clean the area aswell as make arrangements for street lights so that chances of thefts are minimised.
