I am writing this application in connection with the refund amount which I got from Greater Noida Authority after much delay and a lot of mental harassment from the authority officials. I applied for the authority's BHS17 Housing scheme in December after going through its advertisement on authority's website. It is really a menace on the road in front of 3C's Green Boulevard and DLF's building in sector 62 as the cars of employees of offices in these building are parked on the road. It becomes very difficult to move/drive on this road even to come back to my own house. The worst part is that a traffic police vehicle is usually seen parked at a distance of 50 mts but they never bother to get the road cleared of taxis and cars. Please...

Hi, I am sure I am not the only one on this. We considered ourselves lucky to be allotted a flat in the above scheme. Original possession was due in September 2012 and we were told that it should not get delayed any later than December 2012. The SLF project at Noida Sector 123 is dangerous for nearby village and NOIDA sectors like 121, 117, 119, 122 - residents. Hope NOIDA authority should understand and scrap this SLF project at Sec.123. This prime location land may be used for other purpose like transport Hub/ Commercial space like shopping complex etc....

I have gathered some information about BHS 09 sector 3 houses...which are ready from last two years...but authority is not willing to give the possession...in anyway...

As per October 2011 allahabad high court decision/order/ the authority is bound to give 64% increased compensation and 10% land to farmers...

Dear Sir,
It is being more than 3 years and no time is given when to get the possession for BHS11 scheme flats. Penalty clause is also not given by the authority.
We are only paying the EMI's which is big burden for us, also if it is in construction state.
Please do a favour to us and get the possession ASAP.

Respected sir I am allotee of BHB-06 and my allotment no. is BHS0672205. I have executed my lease deed dated 29/3/2011. Two years have been passed but my house is not furnised by constructer and pressrised me to take possession so please tell me what I do?

Dear All,

I would like to bring this to your notice that I have bought an Independent House in sector XU01 in Greater Noida and till date the Greater Noida authority has not been able to provide electricity and water connection so that the actual end users may take possession and start living in their own dream house.

In spite of buying a built up house, I am paying both housing loan and rent as I am not sure...

I want to register complaint against Noida Municipal corporation.I have seen that the street lights in Sector-63 A and B blocks are switched on during the day. There is no one who turns them off during day.
Being electricity such an important factor no one from the municipal authority takes notice of this serious issue.
Kindly take action against the curlprits as we in India are facing severe power cuts due to electricity shortage...

I am a resident of Sector 62,Noida. In close proximity of my housing society are DLF building (CSC office), 3C's building (Office of ACCTUNTURE, NOKIA Seimen etc) There are approximately[protected] ppl working and since these office are working 24x7 the cabs are also plying 24x7. I have received the refund amount of Rs.49,000.00 vide cheque no. 547476 dated 07.12.2005.

Noida authority was supposed to handover the flats in 2010 in 3 years but still waiting for any response from them ,Would like you to join & lets ask them to handover our flats till Diwali 2011 or else we will enjoy this diwali at Noida Authority CEO Home.

The indefinite delay had already caused lot of discontent amidst all the allottees. The draw was held on 10th Jan 2011 for flat number and floor details. To make the matter
worse, the authority has asked to deposit approx. 40% excess amount over the original
construction cost (excluding land price) within 90 days or in installment with 13% interest.

I am an allottee of LIG in same and paid full amount at once, and bearing interest of it, but till date the possesion has not been given. Even I git information that authority wants to hike price. we all should oppose the hike as this hike is due to delay on behalf of authority and we should also claim the intereston entire amount paid by us, till date @ 15% that authority recover from defaulter....

I had invested in the Greater Noida Housing Scheme, and as per them they were going to declare the result in the month of May.
And now it is end of June and till now there is no information regarding this on their website, and no body is picking the phone that they have provided in their website.
So if possible please take some strict action and force the authority to declare the result ASAP.
