It is really a menace on the road in front of 3C's Green Boulevard and DLF's building in sector 62 as the cars of employees of offices in these building are parked on the road. It becomes very difficult to move/drive on this road even to come back to my own house. The worst part is that a traffic police vehicle is usually seen parked at a distance of 50 mts but they never bother to get the road cleared of taxis and cars. Please...

The SLF project at Noida Sector 123 is dangerous for nearby village and NOIDA sectors like 121, 117, 119, 122 - residents. Hope NOIDA authority should understand and scrap this SLF project at Sec.123. I have gathered some information about BHS 09 sector 3 houses...which are ready from last two years...but authority is not willing to give the possession...in anyway...

As per October 2011 allahabad high court decision/order/ the authority is bound to give 64% increased compensation and 10% land to farmers...

Dear Sir,
It is being more than 3 years and no time is given when to get the possession for BHS11 scheme flats. Penalty clause is also not given by the authority.
We are only paying the EMI's which is big burden for us, also if it is in construction state.
Please do a favour to us and get the possession ASAP.

Respected sir I am allotee of BHB-06 and my allotment no. is BHS0672205. I have executed my lease deed dated 29/3/2011. Two years have been passed but my house is not furnised by constructer and pressrised me to take possession so please tell me what I do?

Dear All,

I would like to bring this to your notice that I have bought an Independent House in sector XU01 in Greater Noida and till date the Greater Noida authority has not been able to provide electricity and water connection so that the actual end users may take possession and start living in their own dream house.

In spite of buying a built up house, I am paying both housing loan and rent as I am not sure...

I want to register complaint against Noida Municipal corporation.I have seen that the street lights in Sector-63 A and B blocks are switched on during the day. There is no one who turns them off during day.
Being electricity such an important factor no one from the municipal authority takes notice of this serious issue.
Kindly take action against the curlprits as we in India are facing severe power cuts due to electricity shortage...

Noida authority was supposed to handover the flats in 2010 in 3 years but still waiting for any response from them ,Would like you to join & lets ask them to handover our flats till Diwali 2011 or else we will enjoy this diwali at Noida Authority CEO Home.
