I ordered Noise Airbuds+ on 2nd august and got delivered on 4th august. The product I got was broken, one side of the earbud was not working, and seems like the buds were used ones. I didn't expect noise would offer such low-quality products.
I Checked the website policy before ordering and the website policy said that they provide a refund when you complain about it within one day. I complained immediately when I got the product delivered.
when I talked to customer support of noise, they denied about giving a refund and stated that we don't have any refund policy.
