I purchased Noise Active Watch on 17 june 2021 via official noise website it was delivered to me on 22 june 2021 upon checking after fully recharging its battery i discovered watch top button wasnt working also battery was draining so fast like a old battery i raise complaint via Noise website however none of noise representative replied me according to Noise t&c the refund window is only about 1 day and they are deliberately wasting time to close it . The watch cost me 3500rs

I have purchased ColorFit Pro 3 on 10th Feb 2021 and cancelled on the same day. I have not received a refund amount yet. It would be really helpful if you refund amount as soon as possible and please arrange a call from your support team. I have tried on +[protected] but IVR option is not really helpful to connect with the support team.

The noise shots earbuds was not working and was still under warranty. I sent for a complaint in company portal . A reverse pickup was made and the product reached their warehouse . It was on 2nd feb it reached them . The testing and replacement time as for now stated on their web page is 2- 3 days. Today as on 13 th feb is the 11 th day . Whenever i ask them on customer support either they ignore or say they are investigating the issue.
No reply for emails from company side .
Extremely terrible service.
I dont have an idea where my product is or when will it be replaced.

I am very much sorry to state here that, I know that my product is out of warranty, I am facing problem in my noise X5 true earbud which is not working properly. I could not find any solution. I don't how to get a aftersales services from these noise company. Anyone can suggest should I get help by filing a suit in consumer forum/Court.

I am also facing the same problm from 2 months, they have not even send a mail after that and they send me the same defective product after reparing it with the same defect and its going to be 2 month they have kept the product with them

Sound is very low and connection issues tried resetting them but no use. They are just 4 days old and costed me around 2k. Their customer service is very bad.
They are not even providing a free pickup service asking for self courier which costs around 500. Other companies are providing free pickup and delivery services if we claim warranty even for products worth around 500 -600. After spending around 2000 we are asked to the self courier with our own money.
They need to give free pick up and delivery services and resolve the issues quickly

noise tune elite
I had purchased my tune elite on 14th september 2019, it was quite good but after 1 month its left earbud was not working. I registered a complaint on the noise customer care on the website but no response of the complaint was given.
I bought one more noise tune elite and same issue was there, after some days left earbud not working. I bought it from flipkart so instantly processed the refund and returned the product.
I seem to be helpless after buying this product and no response was taken from the company.

But I received headset a fraud product from the app called getwireless.in . I tried to return this order but I can't able do it because there is no reply from them . I got my product Sunday. Order no is 487992... Today this watch display is not working when I swipe there is nothing showing only black display showing so I want to Change my product as soon as possible and I am not used in water and all so please change this watch.
I order noise shots X1 air earphones. The product recieved is defective. one earpiece doesn't work and sound distorts quite often. I tried contacting customer care but they don't respond to any of my calls. I need a replacement ASAP

Plzz take the immediate action... Plzz send ur members in every locality to check the noise pollution and warn them...in bhagalpur especially near budhanath chowk omkaar kali... Plzz band and take severe actn on making noise pollution... Plzz send ur members every day to taka a look on hard and continuous noise illiterate people make.. Either in ceremony or any time... Now also near kharmanchak people r making loud noise.. They play dj at much loud noise... Plzz take actn in all these quickly... As we r getting severe headache... Our mind get exhaust..

I have Noise color fit pro watch i bought it 1 month back after the 1st charge i is not charging i e-mailed them about the same then they asked me to send details of product with pictures of product bill and everything i have done that but there is no reply from their side their customer care service number is fake too.

Noise pollution at Churchgate, Mumbai

(1) Every time there is a cricket match at Wankhede station there are VERY LOUD hooters and horns sold on the footpaths around Churchgate. There is a law against it, but it is never implemented. see:

(2) The Western Railway locals arriving and departing from Churchgate have VERY LOUD horns and they run almost 22 hours a day - 365 days a year. The only respite is 2 hours (2:00 am to 4:00 am when trains stop). The horns are the loudest used in the world. There has to be a limit to the decibels, with constant monitoring - as well as a complete ban between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am when surrounding residents are at rest. It may be pointed that there are 4 hospitals and clinics between Churchgate and Opera House, And it quite painful for the patients to cope up with this blatant pollution.

This is to register that in 39 ,C.O.D Colony,Sanjeevani colony,Jabalpur;big noise is created by putting big loud speakers in the residential colony in almost all seasons creating big problem to others.
Raid the persons and put them in prison.They have an illlegal iron factory in this residential colony creating noise all time.

I agree with above complaint by ashray, also I would like to share that we have same type of problem in area near gate no. 2, Wright town, near madan mahal station, Jabalpur. One of the "Devi mandir" puts the loud speaker all day, in almost all seasons creating big problem to people living in this area. The problem doubles specially in season of Navratri when they play DJ whole day and night. One should note that there are more than three maternity homes and hospitals, one primary school coaching classes and Girls hostel within 100 meter area around the mandir. The maternity home "new sutika grih" lie just in front of the Mandir.
It is believed that tha mandir has got some political support as many complaints and objection were made by all the nearby hospital authorities but the pandit kept putting noisy loudspeaker till date.
I would like to draw attention of the concerning authorities, on this unbearable problem. Thinking about the mental pain along with the physical pain of the pregnant ladies and patients of the hospitals also we should not forget problem of the school children and students preparing for exams, it will be inhuman if no measures are taken to stop this huge problem.
Therefore I humbly request to the concerning people to take action against this noisy problem. Hope to see a positive response.

I support these complaints. Similar problem is causedby sports club, tilhari, which has become a barat ghar than a club, creating problems in all seasons by very loud speaker volumes. The school childrens are compelled to study underthis intolerable conditions because of the political patronage to mr datt. Theco The complaints made are not given any hearing . At malhargarh road mungaoli dist. Ashoknagar ..big problem is being faced because of big loud speakers in resedential colony ...there is a oder of total lockdown after 10 at night ., but still after 10pm loud speakers are being used ...which is creating a big problem for students as well as others while sleeping or studying ...
