I recently ordered a smartwatch from the noise website. The smartwatch named noise pulse grand and also made payment through upi. But due to some reasons I want to cancel the order. So I mailed them twise and also through their website support page. But there is no response from their side. The date is today 3rd july. Moreover I don't want the product now to getting shipped. I am mention some info. Regarding my order below :order id 1899307

I have not received any information regarding my order(noise watch) . Payment was successful and money has been deducted from my account.
No order I'd no invoice nothing has been sent and I am unable to contact noise customer care center by any means . Their automatic customer care is so bad that my complaint is unable to proceed through it.

I ordered a Noise Colorfit Ultra Buzz(Charcoal Black) smart watch through Noise website on 16th of June 2022. The payment was made in full using a credit card. After the transaction was successful I received order Id[protected] stating that order is confirmed. But after that there is no communication from Noise. Repeated mails and calls are falling on dumb ears.
I must say Noise is a pathetic company who only knows how to mint money.

I ordered noise wireless earbuds VS103 Jet Black. I paid with Google payment succeeded but gonoise site shows a toast like something went wrong. I checked my orders no orders found. Please refund my money. Otherwise send the product. Please resolve my issue quickly as possible. Purchase date 6th June 2021.

I buy a watch with my sister's phone now she's in bhopal and I am in gursarai and i need to claim warranty I want to know that when they will pick my watch then they will repair it later or give another watch but they are not replying and when I call the service centre they say that come on service centre service centre is 100 kilometres away from my location now what should I do i am from a middle class family i am frustrated with this company

Product is delivered today but invoice isn't showing and also there are two more products delivered today and invoice isn't generated for them also.

So I purchased a watch from gonoise.com before 2 months and after some days it's spo2 sensor light stopped working then i again exchanged watch from noise it came but it was having same problem and also it was full of scratches then i again filled a new complaint on their site and they told we will take your product first and then we will give you a gift code from that you can buy a new one using gift code section so then they took my watch again and today it's almost one week they haven't responded me after taking my product and also I did many mails but they haven't replied me also did tweets but nothing worked also i filled a new complaint against noise but not worked
My resolution- I want full refund

I purchased a neckband of a Noise brand from amazon.in, within 6 months it stops working I claim a warranty to Noise, and they pick up my product after testing they are saying there is some cable damage but there was no outer damage during the pickup time. and also their customer executive admit that the wire was damaged internally. now they update me that the replacement unit has been dispatched but when I received the product back from the Noise service center they deliver the same product without repairing it. still, the product is not working, if they did not provide the replacement then why did they update about the replacement on the complaint tracking page.

I request you please look into this matter, it means a lot. noise brand is doing fraud with customers. they provide a warranty on paper but at the time of claim, they start giving excuses.

Battery problem

I have brought them 2 months ago and left side is not working.

My noise buds prima right earbud is not working no light is blinking no sound is coming not even charging. As my left earbud is working properly but right earbud is not even responding.

My bluetooth neckband was not working on the right side. The product was within warranty period. So I registered a complaint on GoNoise website (ticket number 587862) stating the same. They arranged for a courier facility to pickup from my home and deliver to their facility. I received a email few days later stating that the product has been repaired and that it has been dispatched from their facility.
Upon opening the box containing the supposedly repaired product I noticed that it was damaged on the left side. I again registered a complaint on the GoNoise website (ticket number 607023) stating that I received a damaged product. They again arranged for a courier facility to pickup and deliver the product to their facility. After a few days i received a email stating that they have received the product and it is physically damaged and requires hardware repair and that I should pay ₹699 for the same.
Please note that the product is within warranty period and the physical damage was not caused by me.
So I should not be asked to pay any amount for repair.

I have to order noise fine wrist watch new combo gray graycombo white by facebook ..but I brought my order that was brown gold single watch by EKART ..watch was not same which one hv ordered by me ..I have paid by cash on delivery .immediately return product n refund my money ..othrwsee going to claim these company n delivery boy contact number [protected] claim this cntct n delivery boy ..

I need to cancel my order of noise colorfit ultra 2 due to some issues. But the cancellation site is not responding. Please look into this.

I have to order noise watch from fine wrist flipkart ..but my orderd sent me other watch that was titan gold brown ..I have order witch combo watch i hv to deliver by E kart ..I hv to mention deliver boy contact no.[protected] immediately retrun my product n my money ..othrwse I m going to claim these site

Noise Buds Play Truly Wireless Earphones - Involuntary pause the music while running.

This problem is occurring only while running, it is continuously happening for past month as and when i am going for a run.

While going for a run, during running the Buds Play is unknowingly pausing the music. To see if it was the phones problem i tried with two different phone (Oneplus 7T pro and iPhone 11), either way issue prevails.

This is being big issue for me while running, i had to keep on taking my phone to play the music over and over again.

It would be appreciate if you could provide a solution by either turning off the touch sensitive feature on the Buds or replace with better option which will not cause this kind of issue.

Note: This kind of error in the earphone makes it worthless as a wireless earphones. I am currently forced to use my wired earphones which are working much better that Noise Buds Play. I am even considering to opt for different brand if this issue is not resolved

Tomorrow my smart watch noise colourfit pulse delivery but suddenly I wear before 7 hrs my suddenly my screen blank

I have handed over the product to the service centre for replacement, its been more than 15 days i havent got my replacement. Even when i call the service centre they say that it hasnt come and they cannot share me a tentative date about the replacement.

Three days ago my noise flair touch neckband stopped working due to some technical issue and regarding this i had raised complaint. A boy came from delhivery to pickup its return but at that time i was not present because that time i was outside that's why I couldn't give him the product, I talk back in delhivery to rearrange pickup but he told me to talk to you. Please resolve my problem.

I buy this product before 4-5 months... But the watch is not working now... There is no damages from my side... Why the company is so irresponsible to the customer...?

Dear sir/madam air buds mini not working

I want to cancel my order that I have placed on 23/10/2021 as the delivery address selected does not have my presence. I tried calling the customer care no response on it, also nor are the emails being replied. Resolve my issue asap. My order id is 1274414. Please cancel the order and process the Refund.

I bought the smart watch but the watch is not working properly and therefore i requested for the replacement or refund but they are neither doing replacement nor refund.

I made a online order yesterday and somehow due to some emergency I want to cancel the order.
But I cannot do it . I really need the refund amount as soon as possible..

Earbuds not working

I ordered noise buds play for rs 2999/- on 15 june and i received the product on 18th June. The same day i checked the product but mic was not working also sound was not good i immediately raised a ticket against the issue and asked for refund but they are dropping my calls and also no response in email

Please help me out
