I have purchased the Nokia 43 inch UHD TV dated 18th March 2022 through Flipkart. On 28th December, display is not working and I have reached to customer care to file the complaint. Jeeves team has reached my home to attend the repair and they confirmed, this is the Display issue on last Saturday. Service Technician told us, Backend Team will come and collect the defective product for providing the New Display.
But no one has reached to my home yet to collect the TV. Also we have the follow up to the Nokia flipkart executives but still no one has responded. Requesting your intervention on this to get the issue resolved at the earliest.
