Hi Team,

I ordered Nokia TV from flipkart on OCT-22-2022. The TV was delivered and installed, while buying the TV I have bought an extra 3 years of ONE-Assist warranty as well.

I have an issue with Television on March 11th while watching. I have contacted Flipkart Immediately on this and they have asked me to contact Nokia Customer care or One-Assist Immediately. The next day I raised my complaint with Nokia. Nokia customer service has assigned Jeeves Customer Service to check my Television, on the next day a technician came and verified its problem with the motherboard, he took the pictures and asked for the replacement of the motherboard or replacement of the TV. Now after this since march 14th there is no update from Nokia.

I have been trying to reach Nokia customer care and Flipkart Customer Care. No one is responding and providing me the correct info, I feel very regret to buy products in Flipkart, Even after 22 days of the TV issue till now I didn't not get any update its very regretful thing to choose the NOKIA/Flipkart.

I got a call from Jeeves customer manager from Guntur. His name is Karimulla and his assistant Baji. He said this will be resolved on[protected] till now there is no proper response from them as well.

The ETA provided by Nokia Team is 31-March-2023, till now there is no message call or any update not even complaint number is updated.

    Hi

    I have ordered Nokia TV in flipkart on OCT-22-2022. The TV was delivered and installed, while buying the TV I have bought extra 3 years of ONE-Assist warranty as well.

    I have got issue with Television on March 11th while watching. I have contacted to Flipkart Immediately on this and they have asked me to contact Nokia Customer care or One-Assist Immediately. On the next day I have raised my complaint with Nokia and One-Assist. Nokia has assigned to Jeeves Customer Service to check my Television, on the next day technician came and verified its problem with mother board, ha has taken the pictures and claimed for the replace of mother board or replace of TV. Now after this since march 14th there is no update from Nokia, coming back to One-Assist, they have told to me that they are not going take this case as it has brand warranty and Nokia has to complete the issue and there is no action will be taken from ONE-Assist.

    I have been trying to reach Nokia customer care, One Assist customer Care and Flipkart Customer Care. No one is responding and providing me the correct info, I feel very regret to buy products in Flipkart. I wish I would like publish this and take action on them.

    I want my hard earned money back, I ill publish this in social media make people aware that this kind of service provided by flipkart which cheating its customer by selling this kind of defective products.

      NOKIA PUREBOOK S14 (Hang and stuck on NOKIA Logo)

      Dear Team,

      I have purchased Nokia Purebook S14 from Flipkart on 26th September 2022. Now 2 days ago my Laptop got Hang while working and is stuck on NOKIA Logo, I went to NOKIA Authorized Service Center at Moksh Plaza, Borivali West, Mumbai. However the Center completely denied offering me Service that there is No Service Center for Nokia Laptops.

      i am subhendu kumar Sahoo, a user of nokia 6.1 plus . some days before i have updated my OS i.e andriod 10 . after installing new os there are a lot of problem comes on mobile like loud specker not working, new software not installing, mobile hangs meny times, system not responding maximum time.kindly do some things as soon as possible

            Defected mobile sold to customer, performance is not as 2GB ram mobile it is less the 512 MB Ram speed, there is hardware and software issue, unable to attend the call, and calling screen is keep on poping up. it so wired feeling, i have spend my hard earned money, but Poorvika is cheating the People's money

            I need replacement mobile or needs to refund my money.

              I had ordered Nokia T20 on 26th Jan from nokia website.

              till dat no communication is received from Nokia about delivery of the product. After contacting multiple times to contact centre and sending multiple emails, they are just stating standard reply that they will come back to me. So far they are not in position to even say the delivery date.

              Also nither i am able to cancel the order nor they are ready to cancel.

                I have ordered a Nokia 105 plus for my elderly father who is not able to use a smartphone. After couple of months the phone has stopped working. I have raised the issue on 1.12.2022 and submitted all the required details of the phone. Still they have not replaced the phone which is still under warranty. I have sent more than 20 emails for an update. Every time i am receiving the same response, " please wait for sometime, our team is working on it". They are not telling still how long i need to wait. I am tired of this. I never expected this kind of service from Nokia. Please look into this matter at the earliest.

                    I have purchased it on 14 .01.2023 but the operating has started to create the issue which is causing the problem and when I inserted the sim-card the device used to heat .

                      The Nokia T20 tablet was in warranty and I sent for repair through there ebuilder site. The tablet was received on 4th December and since then they havent updated the status for repair and I am asking them for sending it back because its more than a month now.

                      Despite of sending tons of email and calling there customer service no one knows what has happened to the tablet.

                        I bought a product from Nokia after the product page said that they will include a flip cover as part of the pack. But the product was delivered without the flip cover. When I raised the issue with them, they came back and said they are sorry, but will provide some form of compensation. Have not heard back from them after the initial complaint.

                          Display is not working in Nokia 43 inch UHD TV

                          I have purchased the Nokia 43 inch UHD TV dated 18th March 2022 through Flipkart. On 28th December, display is not working and I have reached to customer care to file the complaint. Jeeves team has reached my home to attend the repair and they confirmed, this is the Display issue on last Saturday. Service Technician told us, Backend Team will come and collect the defective product for providing the New Display.

                          But no one has...

                          Hi Nokia Team,
                          I purchases an smart TV in Sept'21 and after first 5 months motherboard got damaged and a person took service charges and got it repaired. Again after 6 months the issue started persisting and screen was becoing black and I tried reaching out the customer support and a person came to my place again charged me visiting fees and told that the Pannel is damaged and needs to be replaced. I again tried reaching out to the customer support but was not getting any resolution and now its almost 2 months when I am getting an answer that uts out of warranty and nothing can be done. And if I want to get it repaired I need to Pay 80% of the product value which is around 16k.
                          My question is to the Nokia team that is the type of product being manufactured by Nokia where in the first 5 mnths Mother board gets damaged and after another 6 months Pannel is damaged.
                          Also the customer support is just pathetic, they dont listen to the concern instead try to make them more hyper without any resolution. Worst experience I had today qhile speaking to Kritika.
                          I am just uploading the invoice copy for your reference.
                          Expecting for some solution to it.

                              I would like to share my Nokia story and seek your urgent attention and help in this matter. I purchased one Nokia G21 - Nordic Blue / 6 GB / 128 GB online from your Nokia India website vide order number -185145 dated November 16, 2022. After the Delivery of the packet when I open the box to my utter shock a C-21Plus phone was delivered to me in the box. I logged complain via Online Chat as well over the email also. On you online website, also opted for the return of the wrongly delivered product. Since November 21, 2022 I have been following up over email with Nokia customer care team without any resolution. Every time received a standard reply that we are looking into the issue.
                              With this email I seek your sincere help in this matter to look into the matter and arrange for the return of the wrongly delivered product and kindly deliver the product ordered by me and paid for.
                              I am attaching the copies of the email correspondence and pictures of the product for your reference.
