I have ordered a Nokia 105 plus for my elderly father who is not able to use a smartphone. After couple of months the phone has stopped working. I have raised the issue on 1.12.2022 and submitted all the required details of the phone. Still they have not replaced the phone which is still under warranty. I have sent more than 20 emails for an update. Every time i am receiving the same reponse, " please wait for sometime, our team is working...

I have purchased it on 14 .01.2023 but the operating has started to create the issue which is causing the problem and when I inserted the sim-card the device used to heat ....

The Nokia T20 tablet was in warranty and I sent for repair through there ebuilder site. The tablet was received on 4th December and since then they havent updated the status for repair and I am asking them for sending it back because its more than a month now.

I bought a product from Nokia after the product page said that they will include a flip cover as part of the pack. But the product was delivered without the flip cover. When I raised the issue with them, they came back and said they are sorry, but will provide some form of compensation. Have not heard back from them after the initial complaint....
