I purchases my nokia handset nokia 6303,EMI no:[protected].Aftr purchasing of handset My dcrren of the hsndset start giving me problem and I visited service center:7phase Mohali and they told me that the screen has to be replaced and they do not have stock of the screen and told me to come after one weak and I visited the m 5 times,weak after weak but still there one weak is not over.Please resolve it at the earliest

i had buy nokia 6300 before 3 month .
function of mobile is good but there is one problem getting started when i put my mobile for charging there is heating problem & within one houre half bateri geting low inspite of full charging .
because of these problem i go to monile shop where i purchase my mobile they keep mobile with them for sending it to service centre.
after 15 days they give my mobile back but problem with phone remain same.
can i get replacement of my mobile & if not what can i do?

Nokia — pathetic service after sale..

i bought nokia n82 in the last week of feb 2008 after 9 days its display showd some scratches and nokia care people said it will be replaced free of cost as set is under warrantee.. but somehow we dont have it right now and we will get back to you and taken my number .. i kept on visiting different nokia care centers but couldnt get the display anywhere someone gave me number of service head (mr kalsi).. i tried to call him also but he never recieved the call then last week somehow i got confirmation from sec 35 nokia care center in chandigarh that they have got the display.. i went there the attendent (owner i guess) said its of rs 1810 .. i asked set is under warrantee and he refused saying its breakage inside so you will have to pay i can only give you discount i said ok as i wanted my phone to be right .. he took my handset and i asked for reciept he said you can collect it from me only after 1 hour .. after one hour he returned my handset and asked for rs 1700 .. i said ok give the bill for same .. he said you give me the set he called up some guy took my mobile inside other cabin.. and i heard asking him to his guy make the bill for display and write that set is damaged or so .. after few minutes he returned my mobile giving me 2 manual invoices one for around rs 1550 and one for rs 150 for damage repair moreover he put scratches on the front glass just to prove that its damaged or so .. when i received invoice i mentioned mr kalsi sent me here( just to see how he reacts) he said why didnt tell me before if you would have make me talk to him i would have replaced it free of cost .. thats the way nokia cares ..

Nokia 6300 — Pathetic after sale service

I am from Chittagong, Bangladesh. few days before my warranty got over, I took my phone to a local Nokia Care coz my phone's outgoing audio wasnt working. They first was very reluctant to give me service saying that there were only few days left before my warranty would be over. Secondly after 12 days they called me asked me bring me the sale receipt which I did. And then after few days they called me and said that they wouldn't give me service blaming me that I had got my phone repaired before from an unauthorized centre ofcourse which was a BIG LIE.

I have been a loyal customer of nokia and alwyas cought handset from NOKIA authorized sale centre. But after this I promised myself that I would never ever buy any nokia phone and would influence my friends and family not to buy any nokia phone.
I had purchased Nokia 6700 Classic having serial number [protected] from "MOBILE CONCEPTS (NPD), Dona Planet, G.S Road, Guwahati, Assam" on 7th Dec 2009 and I started using it on 26th December. But after a few hours, it started showing no network. So I visited my nearest Nokia Care- "Solutions" L.N.B Road, Near Jain Mandir, Nalbari, Assam and my handset was taken for repair vide job sheet no 5284 dated 28/12/2009. I was given back the handset the next day but the same problem was there so they again kept the handset vide job sheet no 5163 dated 29/12/2009. Again on 30/12/2009 when I was given back the handset, it was not functioning so I called the NPD from where I had purchased the handset and he told me that the NIKIA CARE which i visited is of sub-standard. He asked me to bring the handset to him. I did whatever he asked and he gave me back the handset after a few days saying taht it had some software problem and now its working properly. But when after a few hours of inserting my SIM card it stopped showing network again. I called the NPD again and this time he was ready with another excuse that my SIM card is not upto the standard of the handset. So accordingly I got my SIM card changed from BSNL, one of the leading GSM service provider in the country. But againg the same problem was there. This time the NPD guy asked me to return the handset along with its box to me and said that he will get is replaced from NOKIA. I did whateved he asked but a few weeks when I visited him, he said that my handset is ready after repair. When I told him that he was supposed to get it replaced, he said refused and said that he has not recieved the box. My handset is still not working. I had purchased NOKIA product thinking it to be the world's best mobile company but now after all these incidents it seems that my thinking was wrong. If you have Nokia Care of different standards, you should give them grades so that a consumer can choose between them. And being a reputed company, you should appoint people with some bussiness ethics as your NPD. I am not able use my handset since I had purchased it. Now you suggest what should I do. I have all the documents of Nokia Care and also the document proof of SIM replacement from BSNL.

    Phone not Repairable (without water damage or Physical damage)

    I am using Nokia N-73 since last 20 months, my phone is not working since last one months & Nokia service center, Sanjay Place, Agra is telling that it can't be repaired after taking 10 days to check. The phone is not water damaged or physical damaged even though they are not ready to repair its keypad no. 2 also not working from 6 months. This is very serious problem now i am facing much problem what should i do so please take responsible action.

    Nokia N-73 — not satisifed about mobile

    i have purchase nokiaN -73 last month i have some complain in a few day 1 - charger failed 2- data cable not connected 3 -momery card not supported any care reader 4 -mobile phone hang i have a replacement for this mobile hense i have go nokia gallery its tellme its not replace its repir within 8 days .i live in dahanu & nokia is at lower parel how its possible to journey too long distance my mobile detai purchasing date 18/06/2008 IMEI no -[protected] item-0037557 last time i go BRIGHT POINT SERVICR REQUEST NO-PA722 AT DATE 10/07/2008 AT TIME 4:10PM, I WISH U PLZ REPLACE MY MOBILE BECAUSE ITS TOO MUCH FAULTY

    Nokia N73 ME — not repairable

    I have purchased the mobile in the month of April 08 but fromvery date the said moblie music system not worked up I have give the mobile for reparing each tome it was not got the satisfied solution one time they make the music syatem and on other hand the camera does not function today also 30/09/2008 I have taken back the mobile from tnhe reparing center but the same problem arises camera not functioning

    I don't know how much they will take the time to repair. I amgoing to consumer court for replacement of the mobile.

    It is hard to get money to buy the mobile but the company doesnot undersatnd the consumer problem

    This all incident happened at bhopal. By tommrow I am sending the legal notice to the company. I have been fed up with the service of Nokia

    Nokia N73 ME — Faulty Product Sold

    I bought the Nokia Mobile N73 ME from Indiatimes.com on 22-Dec-2008 and I received the mobile set on 29-Dec-2008. After opening the mobile and charging, I just couldn't switch on the mobile. When I called the customer care, I was informed that it would be replaced soon but a guy (probably the dealer) called me next day and "advised" me to go to Nokia Service Centre. I spent the whole day running around the service centre but at the end of the day, I was told that the mobile set is faulty.

    I really don't understand how a company like Times of India is running a racket in this country behind Indiatimes.com and selling faulty products. This is a second time which they have duped me. Two years ago, they also sold me a product and took money only to inform me after two weeks that the product is out of stock. Then it took me some time again running after them to returm me my money.

    Hopefully people should realize that behind Indiatimes.com, Times of India is running a huge racket and duping thousands of innocent citizens.

    N73 nokia — Not repairable

    I had given my nokia N73 for repair in nokia care, pune karve nagar...but nokia care ppl took it for long time and told It could not be repaired and returned me back.now problem is the cell they returned is iving me more troubles ... i have no other option but to sell it. Nokia people are of no use...

      sir,
      my name is krishna reddy. i purchased nokia 7210 supernova mobile 12 months before. whenever i work with my mobile (sms,chatting) it getting white screen and hanging. sometimes in this situation it was getting restart automatically.
      recently all the default nokia themes and cliparts are deleted automatically and getting switch off for every 15 minutes.
      please do the needfull. Hoping u will solve my problem as early as possible.

        Dear sir,
        I am a Nokia 5130 Xpressmusic user. I bought my cell last year on 14th June. It worked properly for a year but since last three months,it hanged three times. Just one month back on 12th I got my cell formatted for the second time. Again yesterday,it got switched off. Wen I switched on my cell,it was written "CONTACT SERVICE". Then it again got switched off. Last month only,I paid for the formatting and I am again asked to pay for it.
        Sir,please help me to get rid off from these kind of problems.

          i got reapaired(keypad n joystick) my n73 from amedkar road nokia custemer care centre
          3 times which is out of warranty they charged me 1580 rupees n still i am facing the same problem
          and now problem is not upto keypad the call dissconnets itself i am totally unsatisfied with nokia care and i want my money back or fix the problem permanently
          please take some action otherwise i am going to complain it in consumer court

              two days before i just went to harmony audio(service center)of charni road opera house branch.they checked my cell nokia 5233 and told me that strip of touch screen has been broken and you can repair this paying some charges but my cell is in warrenty period and they told me that thisis physical damage but the strip is not broken by my any fault. i had just complaint about this to customer support manager mr.murgesh.he told me i can't do anything at last he suggest me to complaint about this to you.

                hey I am from assam, i had aslo brought a new nokia x2 yesterday, but also had the same problem, when i run a video clip whether it is in 3gp or mp4, it goes hanged, and restart the phone.
                my x2 got a same problem of re starting the phone. i go to nokia care they r telling that mp4 video clips r not working. but 3gp vidios got alswo same problem. my 2 friends also have same problem.

                  Substandard product and poor service.

                  I have purchased NOKIA 5233 from mobilestore kullu on 17 jul 2010. within one month of purchase its touch screen started malfunction. I visited nokia care centre at gamdhinagar kullu(HP). the service rep initially told me that it is a virus problem. But after one hrs of effort he told that there is a very small scratch at the corner of the screen which i could not see. to my utter surprise he refused to repair under warranty and asked for rs 1800. is this kind of product nokia is selling and leaving services to incompetent boys.
                  . The nokia care centere has refused to give me any ref no for my serrvice complained. Even the spares are not avialble with them. He asked me to come after two days for repair on payment basis.please stop fooling the consumers. i am not going to accept this kind of attitute. pl help me to get services my nokia f lest i will aproach consumer court.

                  Nokia/Nokia Mobile 5233 — Mobile malfunction

                  My mobile is malfunctioning & I gave it to Nokia Care (Tambaram - Chennai) twice.

                  The exact nature of the trouble is that select accessories and camera is getting auto on.

                  The camera after getting auto on is taking snaps.

                  I am really dissapointed with the nature of service , because nothing has improved.

                    Yes my frnd NOKIA services center and and their reps all the real basturd keeping customer on hold without any use and also [censored]ing c class services.Mother[censored]er NOKIA ppl always kept on hold however they knew that is nt a toll free no. will [censored]ing nokia will pay the money ??

                    I also purchased a Nokia phone E90 which cost 35,000 almost 15 monts ago from that time I never happy with the phone and the features. So far 7-8 time my mobile was submitted for the cause i'm facing but everytime it work for few days that again no network or smthing else..Still my phone is wid nokia. Frnds i request you never ever purchase nokia mobile. Their ppl,services everything is [censored]ed up.

                      maine apna nokia n73 mobile phone nokia care me diya tha aur usme sirf itna hi problem tha ki 7 daba ne par 2 dabta tha aur 2 dabane pe 7 bus main is problem ko lekar main nokia care gaya par mujhe sirf ek hafte aane ko humesa kaha karte the par mujhe itna samay nahi hone ke karan mujhe apna set lekar nokia varansi jana pada par waha bhi koi response nahi mila mera cell phone ab koi kam ka nahi raha bus aapse request hai ki aap customer k baat ko samajh kar un par karwahi karni chahiye aap mujhe mere number pe bhi contact kar sakte hai [protected],[protected].

                      N73 — Irregular Response from Nokia Care

                      Nokia India.

                      I got Nokia N73 music version (IMEI No: [protected]) on 6 june 07. Recently, i was found that not working properly. So, I took to Nokia Care at Udaipur(Address mentioned below). They checked the same and repaired at a cost of INR 500.

                      After a week later, I found the same problem again. When I inquired about the same. They asked for INR 700 more. Also, they said that they could not trace out the mistake wats wrong with my mobile.

                      Kindly take necessary and neddful action.

                        I purchased Nokia 5800 from Devendra Telcom Nokia but with in 4 to 5 months the battery is not working properly suddenly its loosing its charge which is getting very difficult to manage. I just checked with customer care where they instructed few procedure but i dnt think it will work out with this battery problem.

                        I am not happy with the service what i got and especially when i saw the reviews of Jaynagar care poin nokia i was shocked and scared to give my phone for service.

                        If any complaint is taken seriously over here i appreciate as a marketing professional i cann't refer to my friends to gohead with nokia because of this services.

                        I always loved to have Nokia phones and i have very good image on the brand so if its possible please better up your service level.

                          I bought a nokia x3 mobile from hotspot sector 18 noida centre but after 2 days of purchase when it got discharged i connected it to get it charged but it didnt get started ,i called up the the outlet and told them my problem they told me to contact the nokia centre .i contacted them and submitted my cell and i've been told they will get it repaired or it will be replaced if it doesn't get repaired after 3 days.after 3 days when i contacted i've been told that the problem is not solved ,there is some problem in software and it will be sent to head office and will take another 7 days ,i contacted the dealer but he refused to replaced it .please help me out what should i do neither nokia care is doing anything to get it replaced neither the dealer ...............

                              Hi, this is kunal kadam from mumbai having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I lost my mobile today, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.

                              i could only log the complaint for my lost mobile at sharjah Buheira police station after my three visits. whn After a long waiting and frequent request one policeman helped to get the complain typed by a lady police officer, who had no idea even how to register a complaint. i got a matter typed in a blank white paper without any stamp or seal, and they said a CID will call you. the matter is passed on to the concerned depatment through our system.And even now after 2 weeks no one bothered to call me. Should i keep any hope????
                              SOMEBODY even sent me a mail to sent the IMEI nbr to [protected]@vsnl.net, but no response frm there either.

Once again they said we are not able to repair your handset please destroy it or if still you want to repair then this time he said you charged 2200 rupees for changing your motherboard.Please i really want to replace my handset.                                   I purchased a new nokia mobile on 14th july 2010. but last night there must be some problem in that phone and it stopped working. i been to nokia care for repair and they said there is some internal falt and you charged around 1000 rupees to repair your handset. why should i pay in warranty period.

                                      I've been using this Nokia 7230 since its very first arrival in town especially for the internet purpose but since then I've hardly been able to access the net in Desktop. Initially the problem was with the service provider (BSNL) and its settings. Once the setting was done it was working properly but recently it is not accessing the internet again. Secondly this set has very bad audio output through earphones as the clarity is not there. And finally, the loud speaker is very weak as the audio sound is not sufficiently audible, & is worst when using speaker for conversaton.

                                        my phone nokia 5233 had gone dead due to the on/off switch was not handled properly by me . ivisted foneman in andheri a authorised service center at andheri east . they reapired by chatging me Rs 570 and not giving me the receipt saying that they had doing a favour to me as the on/off switch is not under warranty.
