I have lost my mobile phone Nokia 5310 IMEI -[protected]yesterday at about 9:50 pm at Computech Computer Centre, 2, Geetanjali Bldg., Shivaji Nagar, Wagale Estate, Thane (w) - 400604, I had bought it just 3 months ago dtd 06/05/2009. I doubt on two person having mobile no. [protected] Ravindra Kumar and Mob. no. [protected] Harish. they were not receiving phone when i try to call them.
Please do something if possible.

Nokia 5310 Music Express — Cellphone stolen on 08/02/09

Respected Slr/Madam

This is to let you know that I have lost my NOKIA 5310 Music Express mobile on 08/02/09 at my working place "WATERSTONES COUNTRY CLUB, Marol, Andheri(E)" which was purchased 3-4 months before. When tried calling the number, its giving a message " THE NUMBER IS NOT REACHABLE"

    Respected sir/madam,

    I'm very sorry that I've to complaint for after services of such a recognised company.
    But we are facing some problems in getting services from nokia service center.

    I have faced problems with my mobile 2 times. Earlier they said they have repaired the mobile & returned to me but I am facing same problem again this time.

    My mobile have problem in sim card,memory card & battery. I have personally visited to nokia service center on 29 th August. they have checked it & commited to give on 10 September. i have visited on 10th september. After 5-6 Days,they replied that it is in process. I have called your service center 2 times,they said it is sent to company in Delhi for rework & repair, but didn't provided details about dispatch when I asked for it. Also they are not giving me exact date of returning my mobile.

    Please Check & give your attention to my problem. Reply me as soon as you can.
    I am attaching scan copy of Service job sheet & bill for your information.

    Nokia 3110C — SERVICE OF NOKIA SERVICE CENTER

    I AM MR.SRINIVAS PURCHASED THE NOKIA 3110C HANDSET FROM ANDHRA PRADESH IN NIZAMABAD. PURCHASING DATE:23/10/07.
    AFTER 2 DYAS IT IS GIVING PROBLEMS.I WENT TO THE SHOWROOM THEY TOLD GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER & I WENT THERE & GIVEN HANDSET & TOLD THE PROBLEM.(PROBLEM IS CALL AUTOMATICALLY CUTTING WHILE WHEN I AM CONTINUING THE CALL.)THEY TAKEN SET FROM ME ON 28/11/07&GIVEN SERVICE JOB SHEET.SERVICE JOB SHEET NO : 45134.THEN THEY TOLD THIS IS ONE WEEK PROCESS & I TOLD OK.AFTER ONE WEEK THEY TOLD WE WILL REPLACE THE SET AFTER ONE WEEK.NOW STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE.I AM SUFFERING BY PURCHASING NOKIA.       sub:I would like to bring your kind notice that my phone has some software complaints and is not working properly.

      Sir,
      I am a frequent user of Nokia Mobiles from 2002.Till 2008 Aug i was pretty happy with the services you provided.I got a job,from that earnings i managed to buy Nokia 5220.First month it went smoothly without any complaints from the very next month it is showing all sorts of complaints.Many times i went to Nokia care sighting different problems about my mobile.They adviced to change the software i did so,sadly i lost my valuable numbers and lots of personnel information.Same thing happend again and again to be precise 3 times till this date.At that situation i had noother option but to exchange my handset.With that in mind i went to Nokia priority but they offered only Rs.2750,for the mobile i bought for Rs.8400.So i dropped that plan too.

      I am so desprate because my phone is totally dead now.Tomrrow i am going to Nokia care for the 4th time with my dead phone.I really don't no if that will make any different.Please do uphold the trust i have in you.Hope you will do the needfull.Expecting your reply.

        Nokia6030 — Block the instrument

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Greetings of the day!!!

          I had procured a Nokia E90 from Noida UP on 3rd October 2008 (One of the expensive set from Nokia range, which costed me more than INR 36,000.00). It was working fine till June 09. After June 09 it started showing battery backup problem, which reduced drastically day by day. Addressing to this problem I submitted that handset with Nokia Care Center-Ashok Vihar. I received the handset from them with a changed instrument body, when asked they told me that this was a cause of low battery backup. Before leaving I asked the Nokia Care People, do you think there is any other problem, they told me that please change the battery. I acknowledged that suggestion & bought a new battery from an authorized dealer. Even after this the problem persisted.

          Then I visited the Nokia Care Center-Sukhdev Nagar Delhi. I submitted them the faulty handset along with the newly procured battery stating the same battery backup problem. After 3 weeks they returned the handset along with the swapped battery to me and confirmed that now the backup problem would be resolved, as they had upgraded the software. I put all my efforts to put the address book & other details to make it work normally for me. But still the problem persist.

          Now again I submitted the handset with Nokia Care Centre-Ashok Vihar Delhi. After 2 weeks I received a call from Nokia care center-Ashok Vihar Delhi that the instrument is up & running normally. When asked for the problem they told me that there was an IC problem and the same had been changed.

          In next few days the instrument would be out of warranty. Then Nokia would be telling that being the instrument out of warranty and beyond repair; please discard it. I simply can't understand this, when there is no warranty void in terms of liquid logging or physical damage and the problem is with the handset; why Nokia is trying to palm off the faulty hanset, which is procured from my hard earned money. From the day one, when the faulty instrument was submitted to Nokia Care Center-Ashok Vihar, I have been pursuing the Nokia Customer Care through email, but everything in vain.

          As of now the faulty instrument is at Nokia Care Centre-Ashok Vihar, Delhi; which i refused to accept.

          All I want is a replacement to my faulty handset, which is due to faulty workmanship/spares not because of warranty void.

          Would be awaiting for your reply anxiously.

          Nokia E 90 — faulty phone

          send for repairing of e 90 handset, thrice in a month for the complaint of automatically re starting, non clear voice due to some faulty in speaker, kewpad non fuctioning please replace my handset as early as possible .
          Same here,


          My E90 was sent in for a microphone problem shortly after it was purchased (nobody could hear me speaking = microphone was dead)


          After being returned to me (Nokia repair centre at Vodaworld in Johannesburg) the Bluetooth was not working.
          I can only imagine that the folk at Vodaworld repaired the microphone but broke Bluetooth.

          Now that I want use Bluetooth Nokia/Vodaworld tells me the phone will not be repaired (even while it is still under warranty) due to scratch marks on the phone.

          Apparently I had "abused" the handset.

          The phone itself (with microphone) still works perfectly.


          Nokia/Vodaworld offers me a replacement phone at R4400 ($500).
          I will only receive the new handset, Nokia/Vodaworld are keeping the E90.


          I find it more than strange that Nokia does not honour its warranty on the E90 while insisting that I purchase a new handset.


          Surely If I pay for the new handset (E75) I should also receive the old one back (E90) as it is also paid for in full.



          Looking at all the bad reports it appears that the Nokia E90 has not been Nokia's best effort.


          Their refusing to honour the warranty can only mean one thing: Nokia is trying to get rid of the E90 as soon as possible in order to move on and clear their name.

            I purchased N72 in june 2008 through Planet M ( Daryaganj , New delhi ) two years warranty , It showed error after a month thus i sent it to planet M & they got the handset replaced after keeping for a month

            Thus I got a replaced handset on Sept 2008

            But Few days Back i.e. ( 20 Aug 2009 ) My phone display dissapered automatically , thus i again submitted my mobile at Planet M , this time they didn't responed me for 15 days & when i called them up they said my mobile was opened outside & have been watered

            Planet M official has told me to take my mobile Back in unrepaired status & said they do not owe to any warranty said earlier

            The statement ( mobile was opened outside & have been watered ) is a lie completely , & i belive Nokia or Planet M have delibrately done so to escape from their resonsiblity / warranty clause

            I ask you all why always we ( consumer ) need to sacrifice & statement of company is said to be the final ...

            NOKIA/N72 — CHEATING

            I WENT TO THE NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE ON M.M.ROAD ON WEDNESDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER.I HAD SOME PROBLEM WHICH EVEN THE PEOPLE THERE WEREN'T SURE OFF WHETHER ITS A HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE PROBLEM.NEVERTHELESS THEY UPDATED THE SOFTWARE AND ASKED ME FOR RS.460.I PAYED THE MONEY AND ASKED THEM FOR THE RECIEPT ANGD THE LADY THERE SAID THEY GIVE RECEIPT ONLY FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN RS.500.I WAS SHOCKED BUT I LEFTWITHOUT CREATING A SCENE.BUT I MADE IT A POINT TO FIND OUT FROM OTHER NOKIA CUSTOMERS WHICH IS WHEN I REALISED I WAS CHEATED FOR SURE.
            I WOULD LIKE A REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ON THIS MATTER.

              with due respect i yogender want to inform you dat i have purchased nokia 3110c but after two days it get automatically switched off and it never on,music player also does not support and it also shows sim card rejected .i had given my phone to the nokia care five times at chandigarh sec.35a quite no.6 .but the problem is not yet solved. after repairing it again retain its same problem.                 Nokia — dialer tune

                From past two weeks i m waiting for a dialer tune and i have given complaint also but till date i have not received any call from ur concren, everyday i use to call customer care but no response, from december 3rd onwards i m waiting for ur call, twice they have given complaint no but the song which i have been requested still has not been activated.plz do the needful.

                  Dear sir,

                  I owned Nokia 7210supernova model on date 15 August, 2009 to give as a gift to on eog my relative. Somehow as he was new to use handset with such advance facility, he got his mobile non respondive & cause hanging problem frequently. So he decide to delete all the songs & themes provided by company itself. The same data can be reloaded at the Nokia Priority center from where i purchased the mobile. As i went to the Nokia priority center at our city mehasana the representative told me that first you get repair your handset at nokia care & then i'll reload all the songs back to your mobile as provided by the company. Due to busy work schedule i make it repaired in 15 days. Then i went to Nokia priority center at our city mehasana but this time the representative told me they will not do the reloading work due to their personal reasons. I request them 3 to 4 times for the same but they did not do it. At the same time they were doing the same work for one other customer. They said it is supposed to be our decision to do the work or not whatever the company promises. So you please look into the matter & give me feedback that such partiality your company's motto. Do the dealer have such rights to do like this with customers.

                  I bought a New Nokia 7210 Supernova Phone on 21 December 2008 from Univer Cell, parry’s, Chennai 60001. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly (Battery doesn’t full & phone hanging ) we have purchased Nokia 7210 Supernova Phone thinking the best model & brand name in the market .

                  But with much regret to inform you that within 60 days of purchase its starts hanging so that we gave to your service centre they repaired & promised that it will not happen again .but now within months again it starts giving the same problem .

                  I have a purshased a mobile on 26 july 2009 mobile model no.nokia 7210supernova.but now something problem in a my handset it is not a started almost dead . i gone into the nokia care with my handset and meet with the mobile engineer. they are check my set and say that this is a liqiuid damage but i asked to the engineer this is a not a liquid damage problem and also iam say that iam charge my phone in a home after charging set is not started but the person not hear me and said your set is a out of warrnty and you have to paid them for the repair .
                  My mobile fell once it was not even two months of purchasing of this mobile. then after the fall i opened my mobile. then it went white . again it works for little time then it goes white. Many of them told that its operating software is gone. do i have to flash fire, or any other solutions . plzzzzzzz tell any alternative solution . Whats the problem

                  I bought a New Nokia 7210 Supernova Phone around June 2009 from jaipur. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly (Battery doesn’t full & phone auto off & Hangs) we have purchased Nokia 7210 Supernova Phone thinking the best model & brand name in the market .

                  But with much regret to inform you that within 90 days of purchase its starts hanging so that we gave to your service centre they repaired & promised that it will not happen again .but now within days again it starts giving the same problem and now problem occurs within some hours of operation.

                  After repeatidely problem after all they told us that it will go to nodia head office as told and will return after 1-2 months, but it came within 15 days and the same problem occured within 1/2 hr. of opration.

                  It seems this particular piece is not up to your mark & according to your reputation

                  We paid full amount to you and in return we want good material.

                  How can we accept this faulty piece?

                  Let me suggest that waht should i do to swap the present set and purchase another set of good quality of your's.

                      Nokia - E51 Mobile Phone — Nokia dealers not providing spare battery

                      I was gifted a Nokia E51 phone (original with bill) in December '07. Recently the battery was starting to drain very fast. I approached the Nokia service center to have my phone checked. They took my battery out and put it flat on the table and rotated it. It was spinning freely and they said that the battery should not spin so freely and that there is a bulge and that is the reason why it is not retaining charge. They did not make a job sheet for this and asked me to go to a Nokia priority dealer to get the spares.

                      To my surprise none of the Nokia priority stores had the battery spare and they said that Nokia does not supply enough spares of this battery. I asked if they can place an order and get me the battery. They said they cannot do it.

                      Nokia care was also not helpful, they continue to claim that the battery is available and they give me nokia dealer numbers, most of which are not in use or are not nokia dealers any more.

                      In this situation I feel I can go the consumer court for causing so much trouble to a consumer by not having spares.

                      Please advise.

                      I hope NOKIA E51 is a costly set, this type of complain must not arise in such mobile sets.If customer has complained it must be attended immeidetly, without delay replacement of battery must be given. This action will maintain the confidence of customer for Nokia sets .

                      I too had the same experiance.

                      I bought my E51 sometimes on 24th August 2008, soon i was facing the problem of battery not hold on for log. I went ot the Nokia Care Centre sometime in January 2009. The service man told me to carge the battery for the full night in the switched off mode and the problem will be solved. I did the same but the problem did not solve.

                      I went to the Nokia Care Cnetre in March 2009 again and this time i was told that the battery has some voltage problem and the same is now unusable and need to be replaced. Since the warranty of the battery is only for 6 months i was not able to make them replace the battery as because the first time when i went there no job card was made.

                      I went to all the Nokia priority shop in Mumbai and I was surprised to find that none of the Shop was having a stock of the specific batter used for E51.

                      Now after having read so many complaints for the battery problem on so many different different bolgs on the internet i have come to a conclusion that this is a manufacturing problem and the Nokia Care peole knew of this problem and to save themself from the hasself of getting the new battery (which is not available) they are simply trying to pass the 6 months time for the battery so that we are not able to claim warranty.

                      I think if you wish we can jointly apply to the consumer court for the agony that is being caused to both o[censored]s.

                        Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic — Problem with the Nokia 5800 Express Music handset

                        Hi,
                        This is with reference to my consumer call reference number (2_3V25KH) & (2-3WLFJV), I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have bought a Nokia Handset – Express Music on 15th Feb’09, from NEO 17th THE DIGITAL STORE, GF – 17, PVR SAKET COMPLEX, NEW DELHI – 110017
                        There is problem with the handset:
                        1. No outgoing audio with handfree.
                        I would like to draw in ur kind notice that this is the second time that I have faced the similar problem in my phone within one week.
                        I have submitted my phone to Nokia Care (Dexters Digital Lab, Sec-3, Rohini, New Delhi) on 12th March’09 for the same problem, please note that after the servicing I have found scratches and the screegaurd of my phone was removed.
                        It is unbelievable that within a month time this kind of problems developed in my phone, which are still not resolved. It is now total one and half month that I have bought the phone from which 15days the phone is in Nokia care service center and now again I have submitted it to Nokia care for another 15days.
                        Even the Nokia care Service Center is not been able to provide me any stand by phone in place of my troubled phone.
                        I have called regarding this issue to Nokia care Bangalore (STD) at least 7-8 times for more than 2-3 hrs which is itself very costly and useless and have not received any satisfactory answers.
                        Please make it sure that the mobile must be immediately repaired, and if the problem still persist the handset must be replaced with the newer one. Otherwise I have no other option to go to the Consumer Court for the fake product and the mental taxation I had to go through.

                        Vinay, intial lot of Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic did have problem with the speaker, I got mine corrected in just 1 hr time at the Nokia Care, Bangalore (Since I stay in Bangalore).
                        Speak to your Nokia Care about the scratches made, and see what they can do. 15 days is too much for a new phone. Seek advice of a lawyer and if it is profitable, file a dispute at consumer court.

                        i have brought on nokia 5800 express music from mobile store CP, New Delhi on 21/5/09. I am facing the display Problem on this mobile from last 2 week. the display of the phone went blank when phone unlock. to restore the mobile display i have to switch off and switch on again then it show normal display but once it keypad lock display gone. i went to nokia care(Gee Mobile S. Court Jalandhar-144001) on 14/7/09 in morning 10.00 am. i shown this mobile there. one of the your so called engineer open this mobile and checked. he removed the tape provided on display screen and told me that your mobile have physical damage.and cannot be repair in warrenty and you have to pay Rs 3000.00( but when i checked it with nokia care at gole market delhi and at Pathankot, they told me it can repair in warrenty but they do not have spare part display screen so you have to wait for 2 week ). he packed my mobile(which was not proper packed again by another engineer after so many request). after packing it was found that my phone display gone totally. now no display while i restart my phone.when i asked about it to your engineer then he misbehave with me and told me that your display was like that only. i got no support from this nokia care. i am sure if there is any damage in my phone is only because of your engineer. because any physical damage can not change display while restart the phone. the head of this GEE mobile did not pick my phone.this the worst services i have got from any service centre. i went there to heal my phone and what they did they damage it. and all staff of the GEE mobile try to safe there engineer. they blame to me that phone is brought as it was after opening by the engineer. you the judge in your own case your nokia care[protected] also listen to engineer only no care for custumer. they do not have any care for customer. your engineer damage my phone and no body is listenting to me. I also able to know from nokia care delhi that 5800 have general problem of display and many phone are facing this problem.
                        kindly help me out from this problem. your engineer are not supportive and untrained.. they damage my phone and blaming me. its is not the way any brand like nokia representative should do. nokia have its own name in the market, if your customer care do the such type of mistake and not accepting thier mistake then the image of your brand be go down. now I have desided that i will not buy any nokia product and will say all my known that donot trust on nokia. what your service centre do with me only for three thousand Rupee orto save his engineer.

                        kindly give me the justice. because i am sure the damage done to my phone is by your engineer only. it must be repair in warrenty and action must be taken against your so called engineer. other i have to go to the consumer court for justice. it will also damage nokia image.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am I. David from Vellore, India. Being a regular user of Nokia products, I have purchased a Nokia 5800 handset on 28th January 2010.
                        From the very 1st day I was experiencing 'Unexpected error Restart the phone' while starting camera. I went to the dealer to return the phone but he asked me to contact Nokia Care. They made temporary changes. But after some days, the handset refused to start camera and videos but after rebooting it started nicely. This was repeated twice after a gap of 3/4 days. Then, it permanently refused to start camera and showed a message - 'Unexpected error Restart the phone '.
                        I gave a complaint to Nokia call centre. I took it to Nokia Care, where they could not repair it and so send it to the service centre at Delhi. The same is lying there till now.

                        Firstly, I am told by Nokia Care that all my valuable contacts will be lost due to formatting/updating software, for which I have to suffer irreparable loss.
                        Secondly, I cannot use the phone for half month now, so the purpose of purchase stands defeated.
                        Thirdly, I came to know subsequently from some other users and local shopkeepers that the 5800 model is much complained against due to the aforesaid problem they are getting.
                        Lastly, after duly purchasing a new phone nobody would like to use the same if it makes a tour to the service center so early.
                        I had a telephonic confabulation with Delhi's customer relation department, who did not pay heed to my cause. I am also awaiting reply from the Board of Directors at Finland, whom I have sent a relevant mail.
                        As such, I would like to request you to kindly provide me a replacement phone or a new phone of some better model for which I am ready to pay the difference amount.
                        I will be happy if you respond early. Hope to see that NOKIA maintains its worldwide reputation. Thanking you.

                        Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic — worst mobile and even worse service

                        I ,Subin Mathew belong to a middle class family . Even though the nokia 5800 was too costly for my dad’s pocket he bought me the set believing the credibility of the nokia corporation.

                        But to my despair the set began to malfunction from day one. The interface was too slow , the camera quality was bad and the overall build of the phone was very poor. But I overlooked these facts due to my dads poor financial condition. I managed to cope with these problems for some time when one day the phone totally stopped working ... I straight away consulted a Nokia Care Mangalore who informed me that the phone’s board was malfunctioning and that it had to be sent to Bangalore for repairs. I was Informed that I would get the phone back in 14 days time but I had to wait for more than a month before got my set back.

                        After about two months the phone began to malfunction again and I was forced to send it for repairs again for the second time. This time too it took about a month for the set to come back in my possession.

                        About a month ago the phone stopped working totally and I was not able to use it. There were only a few days for the warranty period to end. I approached nokia care Trivandrum Vazhuthakad and explained my situation and asked them for a replacement set

                        Ref: job sheet no:[protected]/100/128/26. I called up their manager twice to remind him that I had lost faith in the Nokia Corporation and demanded either the set to be replaced by a new one with full warranty or for a full cash refund. After waiting for more than two weeks I was informed that I would not get a new set and that the old one was repaired. Dissatisfied, I lodged a complaint at Nokia customer care .Ref: Complaint no 1-[protected]. After a delay of two days I was informed that “It was under Nokia’s sole discretion to decide what to do.”

                        I feel that I have been cheated by Nokia not only of my money, but and also of my time. Its been a year since I purchased my handset. But I had the handset with me only for less than 9 months of duration .The rest of the time it was under the possession of various service centres . I Had paid Nineteen thousand rupees for purchasing the handset. I have had to spend about three thousand rupees more to meet the travel expenses to and from the various service centres.

                        Now the handset has stopped responding altogether and i have returened it to the service centre at Vazhuthacaud Trivandrum for the fourth time.
                        I plead my case to be looked into as soon as possible .

                                I too have the Nokia 1650 handset. I'm 100% sure that it has some manufacturing defect in hardware and software. Radomly the handset used to switch off automatically and it comes up again.

                                Problems with Nokia 1650:

                                1. After 3/4 months my phone was not at all coming up even it switch it on. I reported the problem in Nokia care Chennai. They told handset has some hardware issue and said they need to send it to delhi and asked to wait for 2 weeks to get the problem resolved. So finally they given me back. It is finally coming up when i try to switch it on and vice verso. So i was happy that time. Bad thing they don't even provided me any stand by mobile as it is their fault.


                                2. After 4 months my handset is again giving me problem like auto switch off and auto switch on while i'm on call, while charging, etc.

                                3. The other problem each and every time it prompts me to enter the security code when it is being switched on. That too other problem is i'm not able set the ring tone. Under my ring tone no "ring tone" is being selected which inturn the phone not even rings out when i'm getting incoming calls. Even i don't see the vibrate mode works under this condition.

                                4. Worst key pad not able to detect some key press.

                                Again i reported all these problem to Nokia care, they took the keypad detection problem and they said water went inside the keypad which leads to rust on the board. So we can't even upgrade the software. If we try to upgrade the handset may go to dead state. (Your warranty got cancelled as it got rust on the key pad.)

                                How Nokia customer care people in chennai are. Smartly they are escaping from customer.


                                So Frndz, pls don't choose the NOKIA 1650 model. It is worst model in NOkia.

                                Very worst customer care for Nokia. They don't bother about customers. They need to replace the handset. To escape from that these guys are playing cheap tricks in Chennai Customer care.

                                    I bought my my Nokai mobile set NOKIA 3600 SLIDE from NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, Opposite Moinia Islamia govt Sr. Sec school, Station Road, Ajmer (Raj) dated on 8 Nov 2008. In august 2009 in warranty perioa my mobile battery back up is became very low. So I went NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, Opposite Moinia Islamia govt Sr. Sec school, Station Road, Ajmer (Raj) where I bought my mobile. He adviced me to take it NOKIA CARE CENTRE, AMAR PLAZA, AJMER (RAJ). I went NOKIA CARE CENTRE, AMAR PLAZA, AJMER & told about him my mobile battery back up problem. Then he checked my mobile & told me to save my mobile data for format it. After 2-3 days I went back NOKIA CARE CENTRE, AMAR PLAZA, AJMER & handed over it in running condition. He told me to come back in 2-3 days for pick up my mobile. He told me that your mobile is not charging because its charging parts has been damaged, so you pay about 700 to 800 ruppees.
                                    My actual problem is that when I handed over my mobile set in running condition then how can be possible that its charging parts has been damaged.
                                    So I request you to solve my problem, otherwise I had to forced to consumer court for claim.

                                    What component they are going to change??

                                    Why the phone is not considered as faulty ...i had to go number of times under warranty period to get my mobile repaired.???

                                    They didn't gave me the clear idea what servicing they have done and what problem they have found??they just asked for Rs 2250...how can i pay such a huge amount even if the mobile is under warranty???
                                    how can the whole display got destroyed within the warranty period??

                                    i am mentally harrased by the nokia care people ...i want the explanation and want my mobile to be replaced?

                                    Nokia/3600 slide — Backup

                                    I want to get the backup details from my mobile No.[protected] as the SIM is lost along with the hand phone Nokia / 3600 slide. So please let me know the procedure for obtaining the backup details.

                                    I have also bought a 5030 model and two days after buying I submmit it to nokia care.
                                    Almost 5 times it has been repaired by them...
                                    there is no provision for replacement...

                                    A worst service provider...Nokia is like a local company where if a handset is working its ur luck...and if need repair ...throw it instead of goin to nokia care.

                                      Pl. help if it can be traced as the service provider (Vodafone), mumbai police as well NOKIACARE are unable to trace & say that it cannot be traced..

                                      A person posing as a Government gas company employee visited my home saying he was checking for Bharath, Indian and HP. He checked my gas stove and told me to change the rubber tube. He charged Rs.250/- for the steel tube. When I went inside to get the money. He picked up my cell phone and made away with it.

                                      Please help me with this regard. I am blind and I have no one to help.

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                        SUB: Extremely poor service rendered by NOKIA CARE service centre. Essel centre, M.G. Road, Kodialbail, opp. Ebrose complex, Mangalore – regarding.

                                        After a prolonged annoying experience for a period of over a year with NOKIA care, this unpleasant communication has become necessary.

                                        Problem details:
                                        Name of customer: Archana Kamath
                                        Set model: 6233
                                        Bill number: 1505

                                        October 2008 - Auto switch off of the unit during warranty period.
                                        December 2008 - After continuous follow up from COSTUMER END that set was replaced by a “new” set, with a delivery challan & no related documents given.
                                        May 2009 - The 2nd “new” set display problem.
                                        June 2009 - Display problem continued, given at “NOKIA CARE” returned after 15 days after repair.
                                        18th August 2009 - Full display off.


                                        Till date 18/09/2009, It is nearing one month now the continuous follow up again from the CUSTOMER END continues. The online status of Job Sheet as on 12/08/2009 at 7:00pm displayed unrepaired – closed. However over phone at NOKIA care at 6:30pm on 12/08/2009 the personnel mentioned that the cell phone will be returned by next week.
                                        So as an utterly annoyed customer I raise the following queries to NOKIA care to at least ‘care’ enough towards customers to answer these queries –

                                        1. 2 cell phones 6233 model conk off in a period of 2years. The original brought at Rs 7900/-. How reasonable is this?
                                        2. Are the cell phones replaced within the warranty period genuine?
                                        3. Is this the value for customer trust, money & time that NOKIA care has?
                                        4. If “NOKIA care” expects customers to continuously beg & plead & follow up Job sheets kindly rename as “NOKIA don’t care”. Please do not mislead honest customers.

                                        This is for your information & action hopefully in customer favor.

                                        Nokia — Service not being rendered

                                        Briefing of the case :

                                        Since May 09 keypad of my mobile set (Model 6600) started dis-functioning for which I contacted my nearest Nokia Care (viz Nokia Communication) and paid the charges called for, but even after regular follow up set could not be restored to good uninterrupted working condition. After complaining to Nokia customer care for cancellation of agency of such incompetent service centre, it got been traced that the title / agency of “ Authorised service station “ of said Nokia Communication has been cancelled(taken away) almost a year back. It literally hurted my sentiments since I was under impression that I am dealing with the official outlet of International brand “NOKIA”.

                                        I protested against this and filed a complaint in Nokia, for taking disciplinary action against this fake “ Nokia Care (viz NOKIA COMMUNICATION) whose agency has got been cancelled but still it is pretending itself to be a “ authorized Nokia care “ , which must be taken as fraud and a legal action must be taken against these cheaters to protect the interest of customers(full mail exchange trail is in my records). In spite of my repeated reminders I don’t think that any action has been taken at the end of Nokia company, as it is continuing operations in the same area.


                                        All the way, I left no stones unturned to take action against this cheater but my limit of patience to wait for action been over and I decided to contact another authorized service station of Nokia (ie Name of service centre (via Durga Communication) shortlisted from the list of centres from web site of Nokia) , which I did on June 25, 2009 (copy of bill attached)and since then in the same style this set has been submitted twice for repair but without any result.

                                        After suffering again and again, I filed a complaint to Customer care centre of Nokia on Aug 17, 2009 and asked for satisfactory solution to the problem but till today neither any satifactory reply nor any action has been taken at their end.

                                        I had informed to the company a week back if i don''t receive atleast a
                                        satisfactory reply about the actions to be initiated for my Mobile set, by Friday evening (ie Sep 4, 09) then i will have no option but to go for legal help and Nokia company would not be able to claim that a sufficient time to reply even was not given.(action is altogether a different part). After this decisive mail I received a very first phone call from one of their executive (Full conversation is recorded in my cell phone) and she asked for a extension of time uptill 6’o’ clock evening of Monday (ie sep 07, 09) evening but again no response.

                                        Now I think I have tried my best to resolve this issue in a compromising manner but of no use and now I have been left with no option but to take help of machineries which have been set up for the purpose of getting justice to the common public.

                                        Requested to intervene and help in getting justice for the same.

                                        Detailed Correspondece email are saved with me and if required can be produced, which will prove nothing but the system generated fake promises received from the end of Nokia.



                                        Award desired :

                                        1. Refund of mobile cost with interest. (As now this set is of no use for me) or Replacement with the new Mobile Set.
                                        2. Refund of money spent for getting the set repaired with interest.
                                        3. Fees paid for consulting advocates for taking legal action together with Transportation cost.
                                        4. cost of mental harrassment and torture which i am facing since the day I being in touch with Nokia and opportunity cost for the time spent for this issue.
