HELLO SIR I AM USING 7210 MODEL. I AM PURCHASE IN MAY MONTH. MY MOBILE IS AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF SIR. I REMOVE MY MEMORY CARD ALSO .BUT PROBLEM ALSO NOT SOLVED.IF I AM SENT MESSAGES CONTINUOUSLY AT THAT TIME IT WILL HAPPEN LIKE THAT. HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

automotic switch offing.i have asked in many of the nokia care but they dint do it well.even i sent it to bangalore for 2 time still itz not working.i hve purched the mobile on 06/02/2009.still i hve the warrenty.so please replace the mobile.otherwise i have to go to consumer court think abut it ok.thank you.

      i am using nokia n 81 since october 2008.but i am having so bad experience with this set .
      i am having problem with software and keypad switches .switches automatically start operating without pressing...i have given to nokia care for repair on 3 aug 2009.....after that i used to go for my cell ,,they told me that your cell has been in noida for repair ,,,i got my cell back on 4 sept ...But you knw when i started my fone ....same problem still persist ..
      i am sorry to say that i am so much fed up with your service and set .
      i wants full compensation of what i faced rather,,
      i want my full money back

      Hey...I am a nokia N81 user..i used more than 100 cell phones before of companies like sony erricson, nokia, Lg, samsung.. most of them were very expensive and multimedia..but now with N81 i am having best experience ever. It is one of masterpieces from nokia corp...It got best satisfied phone award (2009) of ICPF.

        I purchsed a handset in october 2008 i hardly used it for 5 - 7 days since that time it is with the mokia center . They have always given that hanset witout any reparing i had atlest submmited that handset for 10 time before this but from 16 may 2009 it is with them only and they are not giving any proper responce. I even told them that if you are not able to repair thishand set then please replace it but they did not give any responce to it . If they are not reparing or replacing the my money has been wasted.

        i was purchesed a nokia E66 on 08/01/2009 having a IMEI NO [protected], after a few months some black spot are visible in one corner nd spread up to round in a days.when i visit at nokia care they told me it is a manufacturing diffect and pls you complain it directly on web.

        i bought my mobile last year on 24/10/2008. and the day i got the handset, i used it for another a week and i face some problem with the handset and gave it to the nokia center.but as they return me the phone i again face same problem and this is goin on since last 1 year. i am fed up of this bad service of Nokia. now i want you to help me in getting my full refund or my phone exchanged.

          Hi this a resident of mysore. Given my handset that is 5310 Xpress Music to nokia care, akshay bandar, Mysore for the case of waterlog on 14/8/2009 and that people simply kept that in pending for three days. And they worked on that on 17/8/2009. By that time it is entirely circuted. When I called to them then only they are informing that it will be done. Again and again they did the same thing. And on 03/09/2009 they have returned my handset with out any repair.
          And those people are not responsible for the that job done by them according to their term and conditions. They were not fit for the costmor service. I realy felt bad when they talk harsh with any respect. I was using the Nokia phone from past five years. Now left Nokia. That was my 50th handsent purchased by me in Nokia Show room. From now onwards I will be changing the company.

            FROM "THE MOBILE STORE,QUILANDY" AT 3/12/2008.IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.I HAD SERVICED IT FROM THE NOKIA BRANCH SHOWROOM SITUATING IN CHENNAI FOR ABOUT 3 TIMES.BUT ALL THE TIME THE SERVICE WAS A FAILURE.NOW WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS MOBILE THAT THE SHOP FROM I BOUGHT THE SET IS CLOSED.IT HASN'T BEEN OPENED FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS.PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.TIME PERIOD HADN'T EXCEEDED ATLEAST ONE YEAR.WARRANTY IS STILL IN FORCE.

            Nokia 3110 Classic — not working properly

            i have got a nokia 3110 c mobile handset. it's rebooting when the music library is updated. i've given it for repairs thrice at the service center. they say that i should use a 512 mb memory card whereas i am using a 1 gb one. it is to be noted that according to nokia's advertisement, the phone supports upto 2 gb memory card
            i forget my security code nad now how can used my set ..plz giv me some idea...

              Sub : Problem with Nokia mobile handset model no N76 within 1 year of purchase.


              Dear sir,
              I had bought the premium Nseries mobile handset of your company on 22nd September 2008 from Hotspot outlet whose address is HOTSPOTS RETAILS LTD., 19,Netaji Subhash Marg,Darya Ganj,New Delhi -110002.My model is the red coloured Nokia – N76, IMEI No. – [protected].About middle of July 2009 I started facing trouble with my inner display of the mobile.The inner screen would become wavy at times. I ignored the problem because this thing would happen for only a few seconds and then get back to normal. But then by the 19th or 20th of July the inner display screen of my N76 mobile handset became totally blank. I went to the Hotspot outlet from where I had bought it to complain because I had taken utmost care of my handset and I knew that the mobile phone had not suffered any damage from my side. The people there told me that it was probably a small problem which would get solved just by getting its software upgraded at one of Nokia Care Centres.They gave me the address of the Nokia Care centre at Gole Market namely M/s Gulati Communications, 90, Bhagat Singh Market, Near Gole Market, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001.In the meanwhile the inner display screen of my handset would come back for about one hour or so and afterwards again go blank. I could not go to the Nokia Care Centre immediately as I suffered injury on my right arm on the 20th July2009.Only after there was some relief to my right arm; I went to the aforementioned Nokia Care Centre on the 27th July in the afternoon to get the problem rectified. They checked my handset and claimed that there was some liquid damage to the set and I need to pay Rs.4500 to get it working again. Although the handset was under warranty and I had told them that there has been no damage from my side to the handset, they refused to fix the phone without the money. As I had already bought the phone for Rs.13000 that too without my husbands consent, I decided to pay the requisite amount so that at least my phone starts working again. They made a job sheet and gave the date of 8th August 2009 for the delivery of handset. As I had seen the haphazard and poor way of working at the centre, I did not go on the 8th August to collect it, instead I called them up to confirm whether my phone was back from the workshop or not. They asked me to pick it up on the 10th of August2009 after 11am.I went and picked my mobile up on the 10th August and paid Rs.4500 for the job. I have a receipt with me dated 10thAugust with stamp and a warranty of 45days written on it. I took my phone back but by the 12th of August the display screen had gone blank again. As when I had gone to pick up my handset they had told me that they would be shifting the Nokia Care showroom from the above mentioned address to the first floor on the main road of the same market above some Odeon sweets on Wednesday that is the 12th of August, I did not go there that day. The next day that is the 13th of August 2009, I went to the new showroom. I met the owner of M/s Gulati Communications there, as they were performing a havan at the new showroom, it was not functional. I was asked by Mr.Hemant Gulati to submit the phone after the 15th of August as he said it was going to be a long weekend and according to him the staff would not be available to take my complaint. So knowing our Indian way of working I went to the old showroom again on the 17th of August to resubmit my phone. I was issued a temporary job sheet as their computer was not working.I was given a estimated date of delivery on the 22nd August2009.As I had gone there so many times I had got friendly with Mrs.Rashmi Gulati,who is either the owner or the mother of the owner of M/s Gulati Communications.She assured me that she will personally ask her son Mr.Hemant to look into my matter.I called up Mrs.Gulati on the 22nd August to know about the status of my phone,she in turn gave me her son Mr.Hemant’s mobile number which is [protected],as she told me that her son has been personally using my mobile.I was very surprised to know that my handset has not been sent to the factory for checkup regarding the blank inner display problem,rather it was just being used by the owner.Despite all this I called up Mr.Hemant and spoke to him about the status of my phone.All he had to say to me was that there was nothing wrong with my phone and although he has been using it for the past few days the display has not gone blank.I pleaded with him to get it checked properly as I did not want to suffer mental agony due to my mobile again.I was asked by him to collect the handset on the 25th of August so as to be sure that my handset is in working order.I went and collected my phone on the 25th of August2009 from a Mr.Rajinder and got my earlier receipt marked on the same date so as to get the benefit of the 45 days warranty lest my handset give me trouble again.A girl named Kusum working there sighned the receipt with a note saying that my handset was delivered to me on the 25th August 2009.As I was not satisfied with their way of checking my handset,I ,while returning the job sheet wrote a little note on it stating that I am not satisfied with the job done but am nevertheless collecting my handset from them.My handset worked for exactly six days and on the evening of 31st August 2009,as I had feared,the inner display screen became blank again.I called up Mrs.Gulati and told her the problem ,she in turn made me speak with Mr.Hemant Gulati.After my complaining he asked me to come to the old showroom on the 2nd September 2009, as he was little busy the next day, to submit my handset again.But as I had lost my patience and had become extremely disappointed with the Nokia service,I insisted on coming the very next day to submit my phone.On my insistence he asked me to go and meet a Mr.Rajinder and submit my phone and get a loaner handset issued from him on the 1st September 2009.Finally I went to the Nokia Care Centre,Gole Market on the afternoon of 1st September 2009 and resubmitted my handset model no N76 with IMEI No. – [protected].I was issued a new job sheet,number –[protected]/090901/22.They have given me a delivery date of 10th September 2009.But now after so much of mental,physical harassment and monetry loss I have decided to complain to you directly.I would be extremely grateful if you would look into this matter on a priority basis as not only would you be losing a loyal customer but also gaining an anti Nokia mindset in return.I would like you to either get my handset rectified completely or reimburse me with a new handset of an equal value of the full amount that I have spent on this handset,that is Rs.13000 + Rs.4500 = Rs. 17500/-.I expect to be heard and have my problem solved on SOS basis from a reputable company like yours.

              Nokia N Series Mobile N76 — cosmetic problem

              One time replaced and again there is cosmetic problem. needs to be changed by other model of same cost

              I bought my Nokia N76 in the month of July 2007, and within 2 month my mobile cover color is coming out. Got that handset replaced, but the second handset which got also is starting lossing cover color, functionality wise the mobile do not have any problem.

              Tried contacting the customer care center, did not get any response as they are saying already replaced for onces.

              I thought buying high end product will not give me any problem, but i was wrong. Product Quality is the major problem which i am facing with Nokia Handset, and sincerely believe Nokia handset QA team do not exits.

              Dear sir,
              I had bought the premium Nseries mobile handset of your company on 22nd September 2008 from Hotspot outlet whose address is HOTSPOTS RETAILS LTD., 19, Netaji Subhash Marg, Darya Ganj, New Delhi -110002.My model is the red coloured Nokia – N76, IMEI No. – [protected].About middle of July 2009 I started facing trouble with my inner display of the mobile.The inner screen would become wavy at times. I ignored the problem because this thing would happen for only a few seconds and then get back to normal. But then by the 19th or 20th of July the inner display screen of my N76 mobile handset became totally blank. I went to the Hotspot outlet from where I had bought it to complain because I had taken utmost care of my handset and I knew that the mobile phone had not suffered any damage from my side. The people there told me that it was probably a small problem which would get solved just by getting its software upgraded at one of Nokia Care Centres.They gave me the address of the Nokia Care centre at Gole Market namely M/s Gulati Communications, 90, Bhagat Singh Market, Near Gole Market, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001.In the meanwhile the inner display screen of my handset would come back for about one hour or so and afterwards again go blank. I could not go to the Nokia Care Centre immediately as I suffered injury on my right arm on the 20th July2009.Only after there was some relief to my right arm; I went to the aforementioned Nokia Care Centre on the 27th July in the afternoon to get the problem rectified. They checked my handset and claimed that there was some liquid damage to the set and I need to pay Rs.4500 to get it working again. Although the handset was under warranty and I had told them that there has been no damage from my side to the handset, they refused to fix the phone without the money. As I had already bought the phone for Rs.13000 that too without my husbands consent, I decided to pay the requisite amount so that at least my phone starts working again. They made a job sheet and gave the date of 8th August 2009 for the delivery of handset. As I had seen the haphazard and poor way of working at the centre, I did not go on the 8th August to collect it, instead I called them up to confirm whether my phone was back from the workshop or not. They asked me to pick it up on the 10th of August2009 after 11am.I went and picked my mobile up on the 10th August and paid Rs.4500 for the job. I have a receipt with me dated 10thAugust with stamp and a warranty of 45days written on it. I took my phone back but by the 12th of August the display screen had gone blank again. As when I had gone to pick up my handset they had told me that they would be shifting the Nokia Care showroom from the above mentioned address to the first floor on the main road of the same market above some Odeon sweets on Wednesday that is the 12th of August, I did not go there that day. The next day that is the 13th of August 2009, I went to the new showroom. I met the owner of M/s Gulati Communications there, as they were performing a havan at the new showroom, it was not functional. I was asked by Mr.Hemant Gulati to submit the phone after the 15th of August as he said it was going to be a long weekend and according to him the staff would not be available to take my complaint. So knowing our Indian way of working I went to the old showroom again on the 17th of August to resubmit my phone.                 I recently purchased Nokia Xpressmusic 5310, and the bluetooth is jus working when bluetooth devices are very close . so i went to Nokia care at Ameerpet and gave my mobile there . after 4 days i went back to collect my mobile and they said that my problem was solved. when i asked them to verif y they failed to do so . and i sat with them and asked then one of the employee responded and solved my problem..

                i bought nokia 5310xpess music on 07.12.07 for Rs11000 and unfortunately the set started giving problem of no outgoing audio so i deposited the set with nokia care service centre at om ujala communications dwarka sector 5 on 08.01.08, they gave me the delivery date of 17.01.08 today on 27.01.08 while i am submitting this complaint i have not recieved my set they say the repair is under progress as set is waiting for some spare part from comany , please let me know that exact situation of my set ant till when will i get my set back it can not remain with the repair centre for whole year , and in case my set can not be repaired arrange to give new set vice it

                I HAD PURCHASED A NOKIA N5310 SET IN NOV 08 AND SINCE THEN THE SET HAS BEEN REPAIRED TWICE BY NOKIA SEVICE CENTRE WITH NO IMPROVEMENT. IT SEEMS THAT THE COMPANY IS USING THE INDIAN MARKET TO CARRY OUT TRIALS OF SETS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THE LEGAL SYSTEM IS TIME CONSUMING. THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING EXCUSES AND FALSE PROMISES RATHER THAN REPLACING THE SET.
                Ialso agree with Raghu Nair.I purchased 16oo model of Nokia in November 2006.It was a great news that several such models batteries were exploding for a long time.Nokia company was ready for changing the batteries of such series. My mobile phones battery also was in that series and I registered complaint at the website for such complaints. Even after one year my mobiles battery is not replaced.

                i gave my nokia 5310 mobile for repair as its software was damaged and it was under gautantee period
                at bangalore(RT nagar nokia care center).i gave mobile on 26th aprill and after that i continously making call about the status of my mobile but they din't response .they even dont pick the phone up, and when the ypick they says they have no information about it and they will make me call after 10 mins but they never called me back i fed up calling again and again but in vain.
                after about 15 days they gave me mobile back after destroying keypad of my mobile i returned to them, saying my keypad was not working but they says i have to pay for its reparing although they only destroyed.finally they said that they will send it to nokia head quarter for investigation and after that the same story started they never responded me about wat was the result, i contiously calling but no result.
                finally i went to nokia care today and told everything then they says i have to pay whatever the cause is .
                when i opposed they said to come in the evening again to talk with there boss, i am asst manager in icici bank and i cant visit there again and again .they told that they will call after consulting their boss today evening and again no response .
                sir i would like to advise you to close that nokia care center otherwise people will stop using nokia .
                this type of customer service i havnt seen in my entire life and after this experience i afraid to buy
                again nokia and further i would not suggest anyone to use nokia as you dont know what customer servise is ?
                my mobile is still with them they are making fun of nokia and you are making fun of customers

                The problem is related to no. of 4 times repair bounce cases with Nokia 5310 XpressMusic Phone, serial No. – [protected]
                Please help me to take next action or provide some Nokia Escalation Department information.
                All persons in Indian Nokia Call Center are not supportive and do not know customer pain.

                There has been numbers of bounce cases for handset repair and not bearable by me now.

                I had given my cell (nokia 5310 express music) for repair to this nokia care centre in koramangala. Job sheet no. is :[protected]/080911/98.
                There was problem in the outgoing audio speech. I had given it for repair on 11th of september, '08 and I was told that my cell will be repaired /replaced in maximum 7 to 10 working days.
                It has been already a month now & still I am not getting any reponse from them. They are saying it is out of stock!!
                Can you please look into the matter and let me know when can I expect my cell at the earliest.

                NOKIA 5310 — Nokia=Inefficiency

                I gave my new phone for repair at A-78, Sector 2 Noida on 09 Aug 08. This phone was essentially OK just that there was a loose contact at Charger point. On follow-up after a month, I was told that phone has gone to HO for repair. On further follow-up till Oct 08, the phone was still under repair. In Oct I contact Call Centre at Bangalore. Ravi Kantikar asked me to Fax Jobsheet on [protected]. Subsequently he confirmed that he received it and taking action. Till Nov 08, the phone was still getting repaired. After talking to many people, finally managed to escalate issue to Shreja. She told me to take refurbished phone from New Service Centre at Noida. She gave me contact details of New Service Centre at Noida C4 Sector 2. Noida. I was not willing to take Refurbished phone but to check the status I called up New Service centre they refused to admit that they have my phone to even date. I called up Call Centre at least 15 times and tried to speak with Shreja but she also refused to take my calls. I made people record my comments that Nokia is asking me do something illegal by making me accept Refurbished phone and I will take legal course if I am not provided New Phone as replacement. To take final status on the matter I called up Call centre today. I was told that you can go & collect yr phone as this cannot be repaired due to liquid damage. Thus now the entire story of liquid damage is being purported to save the company from legal proceeding and save company from defame. I am not going to leave any stone unturned to fight a legal battle with Nokia.
                You should do that.Good Luck!

                NOKIA 5310 — Nothing done at Nokia Care

                Its very dissapoiniting that even after submitting my cell 5310 for 3-4 times at the Nokia care center, still the issue persists. The issue is with its vibrator that is not working. I got this cell in Dec 2008 and from 2009 Jan its with the Nokia care, noida center.

                They call me saying that the issue is fixed, but when I actually get it and use it, the issue remains there. Now its compelling me to go to the consumer court.

                For a customer who has paid money for this, will really be dissapointed to go to this kind of ordeal.

                5310 nokia handset — poor service

                Dear Sir,
                I Iqbal Singh have a very serious complaint about the working of your staff members.
                I have some problem in my handset (5310) & visited to your nokia care centre on 02/sep/2009 at 10:00am at bishan swarup colony, panipat.
                After receiving the handset on 03/sep/2009, i found that its body have some marks & lock were damaged due to which there was a gap & it was not shut properly, but the excuse given by the executive is that the locks were not available, when it will be available they provide without any charges.
                Secondly, the keypad was hard in use, they said that when you regularly using it, it will be smooth.
                But the main reason due to which i had write down this letter is that:
                " The bill/sales invoice having no.476 given to me against my complaint closed has marked 02/aug/2009 instead of 03/sep/2009.
                I respond to them above given problems by mail as per their given customer care email address but they were rejected by the network

                I am really frustrated with the nokia service, especially nokia service center, sector-2 noida. I purchased Nokia 5800 XM and the EMIE no - [protected] in Feb 2009. But the handset not perform good, Vibration not working, phone get hang and restart charger pin not working. I submitted it to the center and they told me that it will go to L3 because its new launched handset and you will get it back after 15 days. After 15 day I receive my handset but the issue is same, again I submit the set. They submitted the handset 5 times for L3. Some time for 15 day or 20 day but didn't receive any proper solution. When last time I receive the handset it display screen is cracked and charging is not working. Now again I submitted the handset on 1st Sept (Job Sheet no[protected]/090901/20)and had word will Delhi Regional head and also branch head regarding it and sms me that you will get a replacement for this handset. On 23rd sept I receive call from the Regional head that collect your replacement handset. When I reach the service center they provide me old handset and told that this is new one. The Version of handset is RED but the firmware in handset is Blue. and they are saying that this is new brand set, and it’s repaired set of L3 as the handset have L3 repaired sticker. I didn't receive the set. Now I m calling Mr. Shailander ([protected]) (Regional Head, Delhi NCR) but he is not picking my call and even not replying on my sms.

                Please help me to put complaint to nokia and get me my handset back beacuse from last 4-5 month i facing thsi issue, waiting for your reply

                Ihave purchased NOKIA 5310 XPRESSMUSIC one year back from Pune.Two months back i noticed that the set lost all the memory and the ring tones also diappeared.I gave the cell to NOKIA PRIORITY CENTRE ,WANOWARI PUNE FOR REPAIRS.Iwas informed that the sonnd card in defective and needs replacement at a cost of Rs 1000/-.A fter taking 2 months i was informed that the sound grooves are gone bad hence can not be repaired at all, even in nokia workshop.Iam surprised to know how the reputed nokia can say so?You mean to say that a product costing 10000/- that time can only last just one year plus.                 I purchased a Nokia E71 mobile but after few months it developed a problem which shows sim card registration failed and insert sim card the same sim is working in other handset. I gave my set to nokia care on 3rd december and it was returned to me after 13 days , there was no relief the same problem of insert sim continued they have no answers and they keep on delaying the set has been deposited to nokia care the next day ie on 16.12.2009 IMEI NO [protected].If this matter can be reffered to any senior executive in nokia as the call centers people are helpless.

                I have bought this mobile on 22/Mar/2009 an after 01 Month of purchase it started giving me problem. Its screen become blank (Blank Display) all of a sudden an at times it hangs. Four times i have given it for repair but all in vain. It has been returned to me saying that it has been repaired but the problem of blank dispaly still persists.

                I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value of my money an ask you to replace the set set at earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in nokia remains undaunted.                 purchased one express music phone with mp3 player as offer @3999/- + delvery charges of 150RS, Phone was faulty from day one, does not charge well even if the mobile is fully charged the whole charge goes within a day, mobile gets cut off and switched off while talking, made a complaint to times of india shopping, they have taken back the product wiht the assurance of replacement. all this happened within a span of 10days, received the phone back along with amenities a few days back, they have send the same mobile without any repair, the problem persisists, they have also changed the mp3 player without intimating the customer and has kept a old one in hte pack instead, no reply on the complaint to the custome care till now. never given a waranty card as mentioned in the news paper advert nor given gift vouchers of inr250 rs as advertised. this is absolute cheating and can not be forbidden need to resolve at the earliest, contact no [protected]

                NOKIA 5310 — Pathetic service by Nokia care-

                I have a Nokia 5310 handset (Express Music)- IMEI No. [protected]. I had a problem that the key pad was not working. I went to Nokia Care at Shop No. 4,5 D' Gold House, Bh. Petrol Pump, FC Rd, Shivaji Nagar Pune5.
                My job sheet no. is 1023/31. I gave my mobile for repair (It was not under warranty period). The engineer Mr. Ashish said that there is a problem with keypad and they need to replace it. They charged me Rs. 1132 and said that it will be repaired in 4-5 days. Then I contacted them after 5 days and they said no its not done yet. And I got my mobile repaired after 2 days more.
                I came to my hostel, which is approx. 24-25 Kms from this Nokia care store.
                I used the handset and it encountered the same problem again and again. I have given it for re repair 5- times. Its very disgusting that since 1 and a half month over my handset is not repaired. They even got my mobile screen tilted + the keypad tabs damaged.
                I took the cell from there last night on his call saying that your mobile is ready, I have used it personally, and its functioning well.
                With a hope that this time it would have been perfect I took it but no! still the problem persists. I just don't know what shall I do now. Please help me with this.
                My anger is rising day by day.

                Nokia — Servicing of Nokia Xpressmusic 5310

                I submitted on Nokia 5310 epress music hand set on August 2010 at your service centre at 1 Ekdalia Road. Kolkata 700019.

                I regret to inform you that till date your service centre unable to give me back my set, only the centre manager is promising false. Last Saturday i.e on 26/02/2011, I was suppose to get back my mobile but again a lady of that centre told me that the partcular set is with the manager. I surprised how a responsible service person can keep a customer's mobile with him particularly when the custoomer was suppose to collect it.

                I am requesting to consider my letter not as a complaint letter but a letter which is reminding your service centre to improve their service quality.

                I hope I will get my set by this saturday i.e on 05/03/2011.

                My Nokia Handset stopped working in just 12 months 8 days though it is out of warranty period for only for 8 days, the Nokia service centre in Mysore, Nanies Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., is not able to repair. They are not even able to switch on the power of the device. Since it is a manufacturing defect Nokia care should at least repair the device or else they should replace.

                Nokia people are writing contact other service centre. From 14.4.11 till today i.e., 20.6.11 I am getting the same reply from different Nokia people contact other service centre.

                  i have bought nokia 5130 in april 2009.it was felt in water and i have given it in nokia care, c.v. road nagpur. but they are saying that the ICs of nokia 5130 are not available still. it is complitly the carelessness of company that it is almost 5 to6 month that the 5130 has launched and its parts are still not available.my mobile is in warrenty period so plz replace my cell or return me my money back.

                    Nokia E 71 — Nokia harassing me by not providing document needed to claim my lost phone from police

                    Respected Officials

                    I want to register complaint against Nokia which is harassing me from past one year. Firstly because of faulty handsets and now not cooperating with me.

                    The case:

                    My Ex-company Sterling Construction Systems had gifted me E 71 bearing IMEI no.[protected] which was purchased from Vijay Sales, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 26/12/08. (Original bill is attached herewith) The handset bought was defunct so I got a replacement from Nokia care center; Vashi Telecom with a new handset bearing IMEI no. [protected] and the job sheet no. was MUM0642297. This new handset was again a defunct one and this time I got replacement from Brightpoint India Pvt. Ltd, Lower Parel, Mumbai bearing IMEI no. [protected] and job sheet no. was MUM0660461. This handset again had some with its battery back up but I dint had any energy left to go care centres again so I plan to continue with the same handset.I anyways have written lot of mails to Nokia already complaining about the poor services of Vashi Telecom and Bright Point India but of no avial.

                    I lost this handset bearing IMEI no. [protected] on 10.10.09, compliant was registered with NRI police station. Now police has traced my handset but I cant claim it as I have lost swap note which was given to me by Bright Point mentioning IMEI no, of the replaced handset.[protected] and Nokia has refused to provide me with the duplicate copy of the swap note saying Bright Point is closed now.

                    I did spoke to Nokia customer service executive Shilpa on Nokia care line and to my dismay she flatly refused to help me stating that Nokia cant help here because Bright Point is closed now. I want to ask Nokia is it a customers fault that one of yours care centers' got closed ? When I'm providing the job sheet no. (MUM0660461) why Nokia is unable to give me a duplicate copy of the same? Is this the way an MNC should treat its customers?

                    I sincerely request to your Sir that please make Nokia provide me some proof or that jobsheet MUM0660461 so that I can claim my phone and become your goodwill ambassador.

                    Looking forward to hear something positive from yours side!

                      I purchased Nokia 6500 Slide phone (IMEI - [protected]) on 13/11/08 from Mobile Store and I have a proper receipt of it. And on 21/08/09 there came some problem with my set. I went to the Nokia Care and they told me that the warranty has expired on 30/6/09. Now they,even after looking at the bill are not giving me the warranty.They even could not repair my set fully even after charging me Rs 500.
                      And now there is some problem with my keypad and they are saying that too much work has been done on the board so it is very difficult to repair it and they now they have sent it to Delhi for repairing in no warranty condition and asked me to wait for 15 days.
                      So now what should I do .

                        Nokia-6080 — phone not working customer care not accepting phone for repair

                        I purchased a Nokia-6080 phone on[protected] and while a call is in progress it automatically dials nos (mostly 4,5,6) repeatedly.                         i bought a nokia 5300 on 16th of july 2007. there were problems with the connectivity: No bluetooth connection, camera: bad image, and keypad: key(s) do not work. nokia being a reputed brand i have been a loyal nokia customer throughout.

                          I, Shri. B. C. Chandrashekara, Inspector, bring to your kind notice that I was traveling from Mangalore to Koteshwara (Karnataka State ) on 13.07.2009 by Private Bus [ Samatha ] at 08.45 A.M. When I got down from the bus at Koteshwar at around 11.10 A.M. I noticed that my Mobile phone Viz., Mobile Make – Nokia, Model -3110 Classic, Colour – Black, Mobile set IMEI. No. [protected] & Item No. 0025430 [ Phone No. [protected] – Airtel Net work] was found missing.

                          In this connection I had lodged a complaint in police station soon after the incident with full details mentioned above. After one week, on 21.07.2009 concerned jurisidiction police authorities provided their FIR [ first investigation report ]. The police authorities has specified in their FIR letter is as follows:

                          “ we have enquired Bus Staffs and publics,
                          but your Mobile handset & SIM was not
                          found and at presently investigation is suspended ”

                          In the light of the above facts & circumstances it is crystal clear only you can provide following information on the basis of IMEI. Hence, it is requested to provide the following information with respect to my favorite / sentiment NOKIA handset (which will also help for further investigation from police authorities ).

                            Dear Sir, I have a nokia 3600 Slide with a BSNL gprs activated sim. I wonder the set is good but not its internal modem. When i use internet in pc either through BlueTooth or USB of the set, the internet speed is very very slow. Transfer speed is very slow (0.1 - 3 kbps); but when i use same sim and same setting in nokia 6223 modem i get a speed of 8-20 kbps. And also the set is becoming very slow while scrolling applications. Is there any way to solve the problem. Any s/w update or anything.

                              I m registering this complaint to draw your attention to the worse situation of customers of NOKIA.
                              I had submitted my NOKIA handset,model number-NOKIA 5130c-2 XpressMusic on 18 August 2009 NOKIA CARE CENTRE in Malviya Nagar,as it had problems like automatic switch off-on,hanging,closing of all application,smelling of burning,over heating etc.They accepted the Submission & told me to collect to handset on 21 august as it will be repaired by that time.I had done as they told me to do,but my cell was not repaired.I again submitted it on 29 August 2009 & again they accepted it and now told me to collect it on 15 September 2009.On 31 August they contacted me & told to receive it today.I received the cell on 1 September but again it has the same problem as I mentioned above.
                              Please took strict action against the centre.

                                actually it hard to believe this all non-sense.. for everyone information, i already terminate all 5 number it comes to my phone number.                                     I WANT TO DRAW THE KIND ATTENTION OF THE NOKIA HIGHER AUTHORITY FOR THE PROBLEM I AM FACING FROM THE DAY I PURCHASED THE MOBILE.

                                    i purchased Nokia 3600 slide with IMEI Number [protected] on 01 feb 2009 from mobile store, (paradise) hyderabad. on the same day i found that the mobile camera was not working as it should be. i contacted the mobile store from where i purchased the mobile, the concerned people from there told me to contact the nokia care.On 23 feb 2009 i deposted my mobile to the nokia care with job sheet Number[protected]/090223/92. After 15 lumbsum day they told me that your mobile has been repaired and collect it. when i reached there i found that the same problem was still with the respective mobile. so again i request them to send it to the Nokia company.after 10 days again i got a message for collecting the mobile and problem is rectified. but i found that problem was still there. after that i went on leave after comming back from leave this time i contact the manger of nokia care.she assured me that this time this fault will be rectified again i deposited my mobile on 22nd may 2009 with job sheet numebr[protected]/090522/39.after 15 days i got a message from nokia care that mobile has been repaired and you can collect it. this time that problem was solved. i took the mobile with me and found that i was loosely tighten all the spares from the mobile were loose so problem like volume adjustment key and the head set enchancement port was not working. again i went to nokia care deposited it there he tighten all the screws. again i went on leave same problem as earlier mentioned and one more hanging problem came when i was in haryana so i deposited my mobile to the near by nokia care on 11 july 2009 with job sheet numebr[protected]/090711/11. there the concerned people told me that there are some internal physical damage if we repair the mobile may totally be damaged that would be the owners responsibility so i did'nt deposited there and came back to hyderabad where i again contact to nokia care manager she again told me to deposit the mobile so that they could send it to the company , when i request the nokia care people to provide me the replacement of the mobile with the new one they simply refused me and blamed me that you have got your handset repaired out side because of that internal damage is there in the mobile so we can not assured you the replcament. as it was in the warranty period there isn't any question of repairing my mobile from outside vendors. Its the very much disgusting matter as the nokia care people neither repairing my mobile nor they are replacing. further i mention that the mobile still carries lot of problem like getting hanged,vibration mode is not there and the red button also not working. Now i want to put this matter before the higher authority of nokia so that they can take appropriate action against the nokia care for not completely rectifing the problem and creating problem for the defence personnel. Furhther i state that if appropriate action will not be taken then as being the prestigious citizen of india i will take help of LAW. i mean legalise action i will take...

                                    Nokia — REPETITIVE PROBLEMS

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    At this stage I have decided that my new business contract next year will definately not be with Nokia.

                                    I purchased a E 71 about 15 months ago and within two weeks I experienced software problems and in the process of repairing lost every single contact.

                                    Since 23 August 2010 my headset gave in and had to be sent for repairs!!!!!!

                                    With all due respect as it is a business phone it is extremely ackward to sit without a hand set for a week as we are in the rural areas of the Eastern Cape.

                                    The only plus point is that I can commend the customer care and service given by our local agent's lady.

                                    This is só dissapointing as I have always been keen on a Nokia and have had the same for 10 plus years.

                                    So I believe the quality of production of Nokia has gone for a loop.Sad when the migth falls like that.

                                    It also forces me to purchase an additional phone as to be able to conduct my business

                                      My cell phone was given to the above mentioned service center on 24/08/09 at 13:56, for rectification of the on/off switch(rectified by the same service center in April: charges paid Rs. 350:00) since the problem occurred again I opted to go to the same place. Once my cell phone was handed over to the advisors, I was told, the cell phone would be checked and an estimate would be given I agreed for the same. I was made to wait for around 2 hours+ and was told that the charges would be in addition to the normal service charges, however since there was no part replacement required, the engineer agreed to do it within the service charges. After around 20-30 minutes I am told that the navigation key is not working which was absolutely wrong, when I disagreed the officials argued it is not their fault it is my fault and when I insisted, I was told to leave the handset and they (Nokia) call me when the handset is ready. I did not receive any phone calls for two days, when I went back to the service center, I was given an estimate of Rs 850:00 additional which if I am ready to pay I could take the handset the same day, when I disagreed I haven't received my handset till date. I was contacted by Ismail on Aug 31:08:09 and was told some software installations need to be made.

                                      The question is why is the customer suffering when the instrument has been tampered by a Nokia Authorized service center official.
