    i wants to tell dat whenever i opens my mobile, it is asking a PUK code.

    If you have already contacted your Service Provider and the PUK code provided did not work, it will be necessary to obtain a new Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) Card from your Service Provider. The PUK code is used to protect your phone from unauthorized access and if multiple attempts at entering the PUK code occur, the SIM card will become inactive for your protection.

      Dear Sir,

      I would like to bring to your knowledge that Nokia 7310 Supernova model does not function properly. I had bought Nokia 7310c Supernova IMEI:[protected] on 31Oct 2008 from Nokia Dealer in New Delhi (N-41, Connaught Circus, New Delhi). Within first 5 months of purchase, the keypad of the phone got infected. Keys 7, 8, 9 of the model had stopped functioning. I got it repaired twice from the same shop in 7 month interval. This is the third time the same keys have stopped working.

      My friend had also bought the same phone before me. She experienced the same problem in her phone within first 3 months of purchase ( I had already bought the phone by then). I think the model itself has some problem. Since I had spend dear amount on the phone, I would expect full value of return.

      I don't want to get my phone repaired 3rd time as it is not sure that the phone will not experience the same problem again. I am a working female. I do not have so much time to roam around your shop again and again. To ensure that I won't have to face these problems in future, I would like to get my entire money back. I don't want replacement of this phone as I had told you that this model itself has some problem.

      NOKIA / 7310 Supernova — Malfunctioing of Keypad

      Dear Sir,

      I had purchased a Nokia 7310 C Supernova (IMEI No. [protected] ) on 29 October 2008 from Planet M, New Market, Kolkata. Keys 7 8 9 does not work. As the phone is still under warranty I request your goodself to please help me out.

      I had purchased Nokia 7310 C Supernova (IMEI No. [protected] ) on 29 October 2008 from Planet M, New Market, Kolkata. I too am facing exactly the same problem. Keys 7 8 9 does not work. There must be a bigger issue.

      The phone is still under warranty but the service of Nokia is awesome.

        last 3 months back i was buyed a Nokia 7210supernova. now i have a problem in my mobile battery.the problem mobile is taking too much of time for charging(5hours) then also is not getting full charge, then i have a another problem also that is some time there will be no charge if i put the mobile in charge it showing battery full.
        my cell phone is stolen...

                Hello Mr.Bhavishya
                i have purchased a new "NOKIA-E66" in last november.I am a student so i ve a very frequent use of it.From the last two months i am facing d problem of d keypad.
                I asked for d repair of it, but the nokia service center (ghaziabad)use to take for the whole week and rerurned it without rectifying the problem.
                Last month i incurred wid a big more problem(keypad lights r nt working)and wid d mobile keypad and when i went for the replace of that keypad, dey told me a expense of Rs.750 and asked me for a advance payment and i have paid Rs.500 in respect to that.
                But now when i use to call them to get the status, they advised every time to call after 15 mins and their 15 mins r nt yet completed.
                Plz go thru dis concern, as i m nt able 2 get d best use o[censored]r handset.

                  UNIVERCELL, sells mobiles at special offers..saying these are out dated, but brand new mobiles.

                  I bought one mobile (6270) for a price of Rs.7175/- from UNIVERCELL, Royapettah, Chennai, on 11th May 09.

                  Within 2 days it satrted giving problems...When i took it back to them, quick came the reply...no replacement..we will try and repair it for you..

                  Poor Consumer...No choice..had to agree...gave it for repair on 18th May 09 (SR 15970).

                  On 30th May 09, i got a call to come an pick up the mobile. When i went there to pick up, they tried to switich on the mobile...They couldn't...They did something - a pat here and there and then looked at the battery...took it out and put some old one lying in their drawer and again a pat here and there...Said its fine..you take it..you can come later and we will have another repalecement battery for you..

                  A mobile supposed to be new, had to go for repair and after that when i asked them what was the problem and will it recur..? Nice honest people in the showroom..."Yes it can...It is electronic goods and anything can happen".

                  When i said i wanted to lodge a complaint, and gave them in writing a complaint, they refused to acknowledge receipt and further said, "You do whatever you want"..

                  This is clear harrassment to consumers...I strongly feel in the name of offer/sale, UNIVERCELL is selling old/used/repaired mobiles in new box.

                  I have sent a mail to UNIVERCELL and have also lodged a complaint with NOKIA.

                  I feel cheated and will want to give this unfair practice, enough visibility and publicity, and want this "Fleecing/Cheating/harrassment" by UNIVERCELL to be stopped with immediate effect.

                    I have chenged the security settings to lock if SIM csrd is changed and I forgot the password.
                    Now it is asking for the Unlock code but I m bot able to unlock my mobile.

                      Hello,

                      I have Nokia 6500s mobile, In this mobile have keypad problem and its have in under warrenty so for this i went to Mulund(W), Mumbai Nokia care, They solve my problem but i get new problem my mike is not working means my mobile have outgoing problem.So I went to again same nokia care center but that center was closed permanently and new Nokia Care open in Mulund(W) so i went there, so they have put my mobile for check and told me this will be send to delhi and it will take 15-20 days that time i want to go out of station for a week, so i told him i will submit after 7 days, after 7 days they again check my mobile and told me that it have IC damage so its warrenty not allow though my mobile was open only noika care so definatly damage was done by nokia care, but they are not accept my request so i am ready to charge, they charge me 850 Rs for mike repair but still I have same problem, and again i submit my mobile in nokia care and they are not able to repair and told me that come next week, come next week etc, I have fedup from last month but my mobile still have problem.
                      Please take action otherwise in future i will never purchase any nokia product and also not refer to anybody to this.I will share my problem with my friends and relative and otherrs.

                      Nokia Care — Nokia 6500 - worst service of nokia

                      I had picked up nokia 6500 in jan 08. with in a month the display of the slide was konking off and then completely gone. I had requested for a service appointment from nokia online . There was no response on the same from nokia. Post which i had given the mobile at Jaynagar service on the 25th March . Till date when ever i call them they have no clue on the status and one std reply mobile sent to mumbai ( for what they dont know and i dont understand). I called up the nokia call center today and have had the lousiest service ever had. They will take another 2 days to revert and dont know the status either.

                      No one at the service center or at nokia knows the status and they will take their own time to check and revert. What does the customer do untill then? even if it were a service or replcement 2 weeks is too a longer time with no revert.

                      I am very disappointed and sad to say that this kind o[censored]nprofessional treatment is not expected from nokia . I givena choice again would not want to go in for nokia for this bad service.

                      Poor contactablity at the service centers/ indifferent attitude of the employees / very low responsiveness - this is what nokia is promoting for. Well, i need a replacement of the mobile immediatly and want them to get in touch with me .
                      Since Nokia care center is issued by Nokia company so I think the main company must fix the global or standard price for every country for any parts replacement/changing so that there won't be any complain from existing users of Nokia.

                          I bought a Nokia 6500s handset on 13feb 2009. Within 5 days o[censored]sing my handset started giving me problems like hanging, , wallpaper goes blank and ringtone changes to default Nokia tune. I went to their Nokia Care in chandigarh and discussed the problem & submitted the phone but was not repaired then i gave there for 3 times but of no use then i shifted to Noida there also i submitted my phone with same problem and two and a half n=months passed but still facing same problem and then also no solution. I requested for the replacement but they said its not on our part you talk to customer care. They also said its not on there part i dont know what to do. Please help me to find a solution rather replacement.

                          Nokia 6500 Slide Mobile — Defect Piece

                          Hi Sir,

                          I bought a Nokie 6650 Slide model from Global Access, Cambrige Layout, Bangalore on 28th of June 2008. After 2 days I realised that there is some problem with the voice/ speaker quality in the mobile. I tried with different people and freinds to confirm whether the mobile has really some problem. They also complained about the same thing. The voice quality was not clear and it was irritating to ears.

                          On 1st of july I went to the shop and asked him to replace the phone. Initially the salesman didnt accept that there is some problem. Then after he tried with 2 3 other mobile, accepted that there is a problem and asked me to come with the bill.

                          On 2nd july I went with the phone and bill. The salesman open a new box without showing me the seal. Then I tried the phone and I found this one is worse than the 1st one. The voice quality was the same and top of that the panel was loose. But the salesman didnt agree and said either you take this or go to the service center. I didnt have any other option but to go to the service center.

                          When I showed my phone in the service center, they said we can not do anything, you please go to the shop and ask him to replace. I said the shop guys asked me to come to the service center. Somehow the service center guy wrote the complain, but his behaviour was not good. He was not willing to write all the complains and started arguing that why didnt you tell me before that you have so many complains with the phone. I told him that I am telling you from the beginning that there are 2 3 problems with the phone, but you dont want to listen me.

                          After all the arguments he said I am not taking your complain and when I requested another lady, she took the complain. Now I have to wait for 12 days to get my mobile back.

                          Can you please suggest what should I do now. I am completely fed up with both the product and the service center along with the dealer global access.

                                I am Dwaipayan Basu employed with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.Well last Saturday that is 23/05/09, i bought a nokia N 73 model which costed me Rs. 12799/- having IMEI number as [protected].From sunday itself i discovered that there is a problem with the camera of my mobile phone(After taking a snap the preview is changed into a deep yellow display), the picture seems as if some one has added extra yellow color into it.I approached to nokia care but they said that this is a by default setting, but actually it is not, since a camera phone with 3.2 mega pixel camera can't have a feature with a bad camera.Even some of my friends use this handset but there is no problem.I asked them to change it but they said we provide warranty nut gurantee, and after given for repair they said it has no problem.
                                In this case what am i suppose to do.If you can suggest plz.

                                  I have purchased a new nokia n72 on 02/02/2009 and after one and a half months there is a rubber padding in the headphone suddenly came out one day though i am not a frequent user of the headphone and maximum i had used it for seven to eight times during that period of time.The nokia care personel telling me that they cannot any action about it though i am worried. i want that the headset should to be repaired or replaced.

                                      I gave my nokia mobile handset to Nokia Care at bangalore on 10th Jan 2009 (Job sheet no:[protected] – 090110/67). I was provided 3 revised dates for picking up my mobile and all the three times i went and came back with the answer "it will take one more week time". When i went there for the fourth time was shocked to notice that the office was closed with a notice "Under renovation". The shop finally reopened after 2 months and when i enquired they didn't had any clue of my handset. They assured that they will call back within 1 week which did not happen as expected. I escalated the same to nokia care call centre on 22nd May. I was assured a call back on 26th May which did not happen. When i tried to reach the number, no one comes on line to handle my call. It has been 4 months since i handed over my handset to nokia for repair and am yet to get a status on my handset!!!

                                      Nokia 6233 — handset not returned as given for repair

                                      I had purchased nokia 6233 5 months ago and it was under warrenty period and it shown me 3 different problems:-
                                      1. Sim registration failing handset spoiled my 5 sims( 2 bsnl and 3 airtel)
                                      2. P.C. suit not working. it does not
                                      3. softwares not supporting.
                                      I visited nokia care at Mobile Clinic, Basant Chowk Near Dera Sat Kartar, Jalandhar, Punjab, India.on 15/dec./08 they told me that your handset will go for verification if it will be physically damage or wet or heated up, you will have to pay so you must confirm tomarrow. when i reached there next day handset was still not verified then i had visited them regularly for complete week. then they told me that your handset is sent to headquaters you visit us after 15 days when i called them on 06/jan./09. i was told to call on 9?jan./09. today when i called them for my hand set they asked me to call next thrusday. I had spend money on new phone to use them but am still not having handset with me nokia care executives are simply making fool of their customers.
                                      certainly what he says is correct that we customers are facing a lot of problems after purchasing the nokia mobile phone. me own a nokia c5-03 which has service warranty for 6 months.. within 3 months the touch pad of my mobile became complaint and i went to two nokia cares(attingal and pattom) for replacement of the touch pad. i became so worried to hear the same monologues from the representatives that no touch pad is available. this is so disgusting and i don't know what to do now.. the service warranty of my mobile phone is at the end of its warranty.. what happened to nokia? Is they digging their own hole????
