First of all i would like to introduce my self my name is SYED RIZWAN-UR-REHMAN GILANI, i belong to PAKISTAN but i am working in Doha Qatar.
On 21st November 2008, i had received an sms which came from NOKIA UK, that i had won a prise of 170, 000 Pound in some ongoing promotion.
Obviously my reaction was to be happy, i contacted over there and spoke to the no given in the sms which was [protected], to Dr. Hackmann Smith and he dropped me the following email to me which i am copying it to you.

I know and understand that this is my mistake but the thing is that they are using your company name NOKIA to fraud people like me.
I am really upset and really frustrated that what's going on .
I dont know is this true or all fraud that i will get this money.
I hope i could get a favourable response in this regard from NOKIA team.

At first chance when they opened a packet the cell phone did not worked so they gave another set. But in the second set the battery has a loose contact so while talking the line got disconnected and I need to switch it on once again. I went to the shop on the next day. When I went there I was provided with another battery. The battery is belonging to the first packet which was not working on the day I went to purchase the cell. I was told that the battery is good only the display was not working for the first packet cell. I charged the battery for quite some time and it showed that the battery is full. Today while talking over phone the cell got switched off and when I want to charge it is not showing any display. That means the battery is defective.
Now my concern is your people were aware that this is a defective set still they want to push it to someone.
In the second occasion they were aware that the battery is defective and again they want to push it.
I am using nokia since last 11 years and this is the first time I am facing a lot of problem from your product and individual.
It is easy to loose a customer but difficult to get.
And statistics says "a dissatisfied customer will tell to another 22 customer about the product.”
So my sincear request to get me a good set at earliest.
